Beautiful and tastefully decorated Non-Smoking /Vaping condo, on a Non-Smoking /Vaping property, Pets are NOT ALLOWED (HOA Rule) 2 bedroom (1 king,1 queen) 2 bath, very clean, end unit, oceanfront condo. Sleeps 5 comfortably, Primary bedroom is oceanfront, flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and Smart TV in living room. Cozy, comfortable furniture, positioned just for you to relax and watch the ocean waves crashing on the beach. Custom shutters throughout to darken your room for an afternoon nap. Filtered water, central heating and air conditioning. Full size kitchen fully stocked (all pots and pans, dishes, silverware etc.) including a Kuerig coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker for the Hardcore coffee drinkers. Brand new over the stove microwave. Brand new dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Balcony bistro table and chairs so you can enjoy eating every meal oceanfront. Literally only steps from the beach, and an oceanfront pool. When you see our pictures, you will understand how close to the ocean you really are. Nice CLEAN laundry room in the South building and outdoor BBQ grills on site outside of both buildings. The outdoor grilling areas are the ONLY area on the property where Smoking and Vaping are allowed. Private coded door lock with deadbolt lock for extra security while you’re inside the condo. Gated parking lot and pool area for added security. Guest will need to bring their own linens and paper products. If you wish to use a linen service there are some in the area, you may Google to find them. HOA allows Only 1 ONE vehicle permitted in the parking lot. Spectacular views of the sunrise and dolphins playing, unspoiled views of Waites Island, a nature preserve and Hog Inlet, a great place to relax and fish. A wonderful place for an early morning stroll or finding beautiful shells, sand dollars and shark teeth. Nestled at the “end of the road” “Where the inlet meets the Ocean! You’ll soon realize why we call our condo, “Paradise at the Pointe” We would love to share .... “The Most Beautiful View on the Grand Strand” with you and your family. Once you stay at “Paradise at the Pointe” you will want to return often! A Family Oriented Property *JUNE, JULY and SEPTEMBER are WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY ***When accepted you will receive a contract and occupancy list which must be filled out in its entirety, signed and returned to us within 48 hours of receipt along with a copy of a current photo ID, driver's license, passport etc. A signed contract and verbal communication with the owner are required to keep this reservation. Failure to respond in a timely fashion may endanger your reservation status. We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, internet, which is beyond our control. (Example: weather, downed powerlines etc. The internet (Wi-Fi) is a privilege and is offered to you at no additional cost. Abusing this service by downloading or streaming illegal content or attempting to order any programming On Demand will result in immediate eviction with no refund. ***ALL Ocean View Villas HOA rules must be followed as posted on the premises and/or in our condo. Any house or HOA rules that are broken will be considered a breach of contract.

Very relaxing time. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful views. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very nice and communicative with us the whole time. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay ! We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset every day. The deck was just perfect. The unit itself was lovely and comfy and clean. We really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful place and view. Didn’t realize that access to property parking required pass which was inside condo. Had to find parking on street which was difficult. The owner was very pleasant and easy to contact.

Loved the quiet location of the building, and view from the balcony and bedroom window. It was nice to walk right out past the pool to the beach. Overall a very nice stay, just a few little things i would recommend to be updated for convenience. Loved it!

Location, location, location. The ocean is literally at the step of your balcony. The unit is on the first floor which makes 'loading/unloading' a breeze. The property is located at the end of Cherry Grove, so it feels very isolated. The pool is refreshing and has a deep end which is very nice. Pool is private and you have to have a fob to gain entrance from the beach. The TV's and internet are very easy to use. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances. I highly recommend this property. I can't wait to go back.

My family has been coming to Cherry Grove for years and the point has become our happy place. This condo is the perfect location as we can see the point from the balcony! It’s beautifully decorated, clean and just steps from the beach. A must stay for vacation in this area!!

I specifically chose this property for its location on the first floor, proximity to the pool, as well as the beach. My husband is in the mid- stage of Alzheimer’s. I was able to grab a few hours each day, on the beach with my book while my husband watched TV ( his favorite activity now). 😄 We had daily, glorious walks on the beach!!! Our swan song could not have been more perfect!!!! ☀️⛱🌊❤️

Our stay at Paradise at the Pointe was wonderful! The close proximity to the pool, beach, and inlet are fantastic, especially with kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! I also loved the gated access and key card access for the pool area.

We spent our 30 year wedding anniversary at "Paradise at the Point". It was everything we expected and more. The location is the best. The beach at the point was beautiful. We did some fishing and a lot of relaxing. Definitely is "Paradise at the Point".Rick & Jane H.

This unit is a great value. We really enjoyed the ocean views from the point. Remember to bring linens, towels, and all paper products. This is listed prominently in the contract, but I missed it (that's on me). Getting to and from the beach is very easy. It is a first floor unit right beside the pool, which is convenient for loading/unloading bags and groceries, but you do have people right outside your unit at times. The owner was great to work with; very responsive to questions. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Our family had a really nice beach vacation.
