This warm and cozy Mountain Brook townhouse has just the right combination of charm with all of the conveniences of home. Located right in the heart of Waterville Valley, it is situated on a safe, quiet, private street overlooking a X-C ski trail and a brook. Park your car and forget it! Conveniently located, it is just a few minutes walk to the Town Square with its shops and dining, the White Mountain Athletic Club and the Town Recreation Department. There is also a free shuttle around the town and to the ski mountain. The condo has 2 bedrooms and a loft. It can sleep 4 - 6 people, with a maximum of 4 adults. There are 2 full baths. All bed linens - sheets, pillow cases, pillows, blankets and mattress pads supplied. There is a large (lockable) ski closet right outside the condo. Main Level - There is a bedroom with a double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room has a fireplace, a skylight and lots of windows, since this is an end unit. There is an HD Smart TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table can seat 6 people. In the warmer months, enjoy the deck overlooking a babbling brook. Second Level - The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own sink. There is a stacked washer/dryer combination. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Loft - Perfect for children. There is a built-in twin bed and one folding beds. Nice skylight, too. There is also a smart tv with netflix. This is a beautiful, safe resort. Relax and enjoy your stay - there's no traffic to worry about! Please - No Smoking. Pets allowed - approval required. Amenities - Wireless Internet access is available throughout the condo. Our guests have access to the White Mountain Athletic Center for a nominal guest fee. It has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, weights, cardio equipment, a game room, pro shop and a restaurant. Activities and Attractions - So much to do! -There is great downhill skiing at Waterville Valley Ski Area at Mt. Tecumseh. A free shuttle bus to the ski lifts stops right at the end of our street. -There is a XC ski trail right behind the condo that connects to the Cross Country Ski Center in the Town Square and the entire network of trails. There are also dedicated snowshoeing and fat biking trails. -The indoor Ice Arena is adjacent to the Town Square. There are public skating sessions and even pick up hockey games. Rental skates are available. Check the schedule for times. -The Town Recreation Department runs many activities, especially for families with kids. A schedule is available. Wonderful location. The walking path is directly behind this condo and overlooks Mad River. The condo was comfortable and clean. There are steps in and out of the condo and inside too.

Just what we needed

We had an amazing stay at Mountain Brook Condos for a week in June to celebrate some of our closest friends wedding. Sarah was very responsive to our emails when we were choosing a place to book last fall and on the day of check-in. The location of the condo was right on the walking trail, making it super convenient to get to everything Waterville has to offer. Interior was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and a dog. Would stay again!!!

Amazing weekend! My daughter got married at the Waterville Convention Center this weekend! The condo was great, within walking distance to everything, super close to venue! The property was super clean, would definitely stay again!

Cozy condo
We have stayed in this condo twice now and have loved it both times. It is very comfortable and quiet. There's everything you need in the kitchen and it's very close to the shops in the Town Square and the ski slopes at Waterville Valley.

We loved our stay. The condo was just as advertised, and the sound of the river right outside the property was such a nice bonus. Everything was clean and tidy and we had plenty of space even with our puppy. Great location: easy walk to the town center or to the athletic club. Just a great place to spend a week in the valley.

Great weekend away!
My wife and our three children (ages 4, 5, and 7) had a great weekend! Sarah was great to work with and provided quick, clear communication before, during and after our stay.
The condo was perfect for us! It was incredibly clean, well maintained and it had everything we needed. My children loved the loft and the fact they could watch a show in “their room”. We cooked dinners and breakfast in the kitchen and it is was well stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace made for a couple cozy nights, parking was easy and the location close to Town Square and the Athletic Center was ideal. While we weren’t skiing, we ventured out to the Hacienda in Town Square, the Coyote Grill at the Athletic center and managed to fit in 4 trips to pool! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sarah!

We enjoyed our stay ! Good bed, kitchen was well setup. Fire place was great ! One little hiccup many of the lights don’t work or need new light bulbs. We had a great time and will be back.

Nice, spacious and pet-friendly Waterville condo, close to town center
We're a family of five and a dog... We stayed at this property for three nights during a cold school vacation week... The condo was large and comfortable enough for us... A kerosene heater and wood burning fireplace provided good warmth... It's very close to town center; less than a 5 minutes on the scenic walking trail... Maybe most importantly, the owner, Sarah, is excellent... She responded to our messages quickly and in detail... She proactively provided useful condo information a couple/few days before our visit... We had only one issue: The downstairs neighbors are very sensitive to noise and did approach us once... If you have kids, you should at least be aware of this.

Cozy Ski Condo
This condo is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6. Cozy, clean, and well equipped with necessities. We have stayed in larger, more updated condos at other ski resorts over the years and our teenage children loved this one the most! Located just a few minutes from the village shops and restaurants and ski area. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Waterville Valley!

Well maintained cozy mountain house
Stayed for three weeks at Sarah's property. Found Sarah very easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. The condo, like nearly all in the area, is a little dated but Sarah has kept it nicely decorated. She also had the place very well stocked with good quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as having plenty of soap, napkins, toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen is well stocked maybe the only addition would be another frying pan as one of the ones there was not in good shape There are plenty of blankets and pillows that were mostly on the newer side. The living room area is small but comfortable. The location was excellent with a 5 minute drive to the mountain and the quaint village square was within walking distance The only areas that could have been a little better were things not so much in her control. The house cleaners miss details like light switches and around door handles, and as I am a clean freak about surfaces that lots of people touch, I cleaned them. I would also say the parking is a little tricky as the plowers are not thorough. A side note, if you bring pets, please remember to pick up dog poop, so many of the neighbors do not and it creates a lot of "landmines" to watch out for when getting in and out of your car

Cozy Snow Retreat
This cozy condo was exactly as stated. The location is amazing!-we snowshoed from the back of the condo and listened to the stream off the deck. It was exactly what we were looking for. And the owner gave great instructions and was nice. The only downside or rather making other renters aware if you get cold very easily or prefer the house to be hot then this is not for you. We loved our stay!

Clean, cozy, great location to the slopes. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were a tad too soft. Otherwise, Sarah was a great host, and answered all emails promptly. Thanks for a great stay.

Great time!
The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Great location with a short walk to town. The cross country trail was right in back of the condo. I would definitely rent there again. Downhill skiing was great.

Clean and cozy
Very convenient location, close to square, shuttle to the mountain very close by, cross country ski literally on the House backyard.
Fire place is very nice addition to coziness. On the kitchen cabinets we found everything what we been looking for. We had a great time there.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable
Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean and welcoming. The only downside was that the steps to the condo were very icy and the street was poorly cleared. Would rent again if I return to Waterville Valley.

Very comfortable condo, great location, and well maintained
A very cozy and comfortable condo that provided us with all we needed for a short get-away to the ski mountain. A family of 4 with our dog.... plenty of sleeping room, well maintained and nicely decorated, right on the x-country trail making it so convenient for us and a short drive to the mountain for downhill. The owners were very responsive to all e-mail inquires/ questions/ information making us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our time there and would return.

Great condo in a great place!
The condo provided all that we needed. We were greeted with a thank you note and a nice bottle of wine. It was clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. We utilized the kitchen as we were there for three nights and found everything we needed.
It was close to the town common for restaurants, groceries and of course the hockey rink. We enjoyed walking the dog on the ski paths behind the condo. Everything worked great - there were televisions in every level.
If we are back for the tournament next year we will stay there again!
