About this condo rental
Located in Mission Beach, this charming condo for £412 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. * See below for calendar issues on instant booking. This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below. The condo has a hotel queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen airbed, leather sofa and leather recliner. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer, and the living room a couch, recliner, TV, DVD player,, and stereo. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants, Daily room service is not available. Non smoking. *VRBO is having trouble with the calendar. Bookings for Oct 2023- Feb 2024 may not allow you to book. but they are available. Or they may say 1 night booking. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST. The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities.
I would definetely stay here again.
Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom.
But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessities. I’m always concerned with the quality of beds in a rental, but we had nothing to worry about. The Queen bed in the primary bedroom was firm and very comfortable for 2 people. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Jef and Marianne were very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were visiting our son who’s stationed in SD, and we wanted oceanfront. This 2-bedroom condo was updated and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items for a meal and also two options to make coffee. The host was very responsive and helpful getting us oriented to the property, the amenities and the location. It is right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean which is exactly as advertised. Both TVs are large and smart so very easy to stream your favorite shows. The condo is not air conditioned but honestly with the ocean breezes and fans, we didn’t notice. It’s also very close to some good restaurants. Our favorites were Mollys and Moes. Also we appreciated the puzzles and games since none of us are after-hours partiers. Hope this is helpful!

This condo is a real gem! I've stayed in SD several times at a resort, but this condo was better! The location is perfect for walking the board walk/beach and you are surrounded by great restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. You are so close to the ocean! The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed. There is a dishwasher and laundry right across the alley which was a huge plus for us. We loved our beautiful, large, ocean view front bedroom and our kids had lots of room in the back bedroom. It was very quiet at night. The condo is larger than you think and had a great living room space and big bathroom. The condo owners checked on us often and were very attentive and kind. You will love this condo!

No problems with the unit, had everything we needed, walking distance from shops & restaurants. Owner was friendly & checked with us a couple times to make sure everything was OK with unit. Highly recommended!

My wife and I booked this rental for our honeymoon and loved it. The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing from the balcony/Master bedroom. Easy parking and great location to many shops and resturants. Location on the boardwalk is decent. About a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. We booked our rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were able to cook a small meal in the kitchen without issues. Would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back.

The Condo was very clean and spacious. There were boogie board and chairs to use for the beach which was very nice. Walking distance to plenty of quality shops and restaurants. Access to beach was very convenient. Parking space was plenty big for our full size truck. Jeff ( Host ) made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us via a phone call during on stay. We already booked again for next summer, this is a great place to stay, it is comfortable ,safe, clean and close to everything you need. Thank you.

Location was the most important thing to us - we wanted to be right on Mission Beach and be within walking distance to all the local attractions, so we booked this condo as it was very reasonably priced. We were not disappointed - it was right smack in the middle of Mission Beach, with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. The biggest surprise for me is that the condo was actually larger and even nicer than I had expected. Usually photos are taken so that rooms appear larger and more spacious so I was expecting to open the door to a tiny little cramped location. I was wrong about that - the condo was quite spacious and nicely decorated. The view from the main bedroom and balcony was incredible. In addition, the owner was really great - he knew some of our itinerary (we decided that we would go to Disneyland) and he provided helpful tips for that journey as well as recommending nearby coffee shops/bakery and restaurants that they enjoyed. We all thought it was a fabulous vacation at a fabulous location and we will definitely be doing it again!

Very nice condo on the beach. We loved the ocean views from the master bedroom and patio. Perfect location; beach, shops, restaurants, liquor store all within a 1-2 minutes walk Jeff was very thorough and has everything covered for an awesome stay.

FUN BEACH GETAWAY!
Fun week at awesome condo! The location was amazing - we walked to restaurants, stores and along the boardwalk which was right outside the condo. Seaworld and the zoo are very close. The place was fabulous with a stunning view of the ocean! Marianne and Jef were great hosts. We can't wait to return next year.

Perfect Condo On The Beach!
The condo was amazing - clean and very well maintained. The views of the ocean from the private balcony and rooms were spectacular and we could see dolphins frequently. The owner's checked in with us to insure that we had everything we needed. They even left us a welcome gift - very nice and thoughtful. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our family.The private balcony was great for people watching on the boardwalk and we even saw dolphins! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and well equipped with beautiful new furniture in the living room and master bedroom. The website photos do not do it justice. We will be back.

Very peaceful!
The location is unbeatable! Everything we needed and more! Marianne and Jef were very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We slept listening to the ocean each night and watched the sunset from the beach in front of the condo. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Holiday
We stayed in this property from 11th August - 18th August and enjoyed a wonderful holiday.
The property was exactly as described and the location is excellent. The beach and ocean are right outside the condo and Mission Bay is a short walk away where you can enjoy water activities. There are plenty of restaurants and shops also a short walk away.
We are a family of four and there was plenty of space in the condo, the ocean views from the balcony and floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom are spectacular.
The property is very well equipped, there is plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to eat in and a lovely touch was the BBQ on the balcony, surf boards and deck chairs.
The owner always replied promptly to any questions that I had before our holiday and during our holiday was easy to contact via the telephone within the condo. Following the holiday our deposit was repaid promptly.
I would not hesitate to book this property in future .

Stunning Ocean Condo!
We had a great time. The beach could not have been any closer! We liked the decor and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A nice feature was the sliding door from the master bedroom onto the balcony. We saw dolphins every morning - what a treat!! We hope to return next year.

This place was extremely clean and perfectly placed for us to enjoy everything in the area. We loved the views of the sea. The owners were very kind and thoughtful. The furniture was the most comfortable of all our San Diego 5 trips. We did not give this a 5 because it is definitely not the fanciest or biggest place along the beach, but it is great.

Beautiful ocean setting
Right on the Ocean Walk, the views are magnificent and change by the hour as the tides change.
The accommodation is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need for, in our case a 10 day stay. We started our car twice to take in the nearby sights. The Ocean walks are accentuated by Mision Bay just a few blocks away. Varied eating and refreshment stands are close by to accommodate a very relaxing holiday.
