Situated in Four Corners, this lovely villa for £125 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Be Our Guest at 'Villa Mickey', the perfect villa located on the FABULOUS Resort-Style 24-hour gated community of Windsor Palms. This 5-star resort is just off Highway 192, less than 4 miles from the gates of Disney. Our spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is set in a quiet, private location. We offer a private pool and separately heated hot tub, cable TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and laundry facilities. Villa Mickey has all the amenities for a perfect get-away. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample drawer space and a walk-in closet with floor mounted safe. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, separate toilet area with entrance to pool and hot tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ample drawer space, and ensuite facilities including large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with brand new colorful linens and comforters, and is decorated in a Mickey and Friends theme. It includes a cable TV and dresser. Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds and includes cable TV and dresser. The villa has been carefully and tastefully decorated. The Living-room has a new 65” Smart UHD LED TV with a PS4 (Blue ray DVD player/game console). A selection of DVDs and CDs are also available for your enjoyment. We also have desk & chair work station, and FREE Wireless High-Speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen area has all the amenities you need, including microwave, stove, fridge, ice-maker, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking utensils. We have two nicely furnished dining areas for your convenience - a breakfast area overlooking the pool and a more formal dining table. A separate utility room, just off the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with drying rack, iron and ironing board. The villa is equipped with baby-friendly equipment for our guests to make use of, including: 2 travel cribs (1 has a change-table built-on), 2 strollers, a high-chair, electrical outlet safety plugs, door knob covers, and a small plate/cup set. We also have a newly equipped games room featuring a top quality Foosball table, table tennis, iPod compatible CD player and a kids play area. Guests renting our home get FREE unlimited use of all the on-site facilities. These include: a luxurious air conditioned Clubhouse, a fitness center with flat screened TVs, a large heated community pool with sun deck and hot tub, toddler’s wading pool and play area, private 58-person movie theater, games room including pool tables and video arcade, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, picnic and BBQ area and an on-site sundry shop offering bike rentals. What a great opportunity to enjoy time with your family and have lots of fun! Pool heating is turned on from November to April and included in the rates. If guests would like to have pool heating between May to October this is optional and for a cost of $20/day. Let us know at time of reservation if you would like pool heating added to your stay. Our Property management company is local and manages many villas in the area. They are friendly, helpful, and reachable 24/7 to enhance your vacation. Chris and Lisa have been such a dream to deal with from the onset. They possess incredible communication skills, are quick to respond to even the most mundane questions, and made us feel so welcome at Villa Mickey..
The home is lovely and far more spacious than photos indicate. The rooms are pleasantly appointed with luxurious linens and the kitchen is beyond well-stocked.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and it was a magnet for our granddaughters. The hot tub is such a welcome asset at the end of a day at the parks.
Thank-you, Chris and Lisa for helping us realize the dream of spending a disney vacation witb our granddaughters while simultaneously experiencing luxury and value. If i ever have the opportunity to come to Florida again.....I'll come 'home', because that is what villa Mickey was for 2 weeks. Sadly, i doubt that our travels will get us there again, as there is a big world i would like to explore with my granddaughters.

Chris was easy to work with and had excellent communication with us. The home is exactly as described. Very clean which is MOST important to us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, Keurig, and large TV in the common area. Highly recommend and we would choose the property again! Thank you!

Great house and location, every thing was as listed. Booking and communication with owners were easy and they provided great information for our trip. The house had plenty for all to do during down times. The pool and hot tub were both great for relaxing after a full day at the parks.

This is a very nice cozy house in a desirable neighborhood near Disney parks. There is a lot to do around here with many amenities. Host is wonderful and responsive to any issues that come up. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Everyone was very complimentary on the house, the furnishings and its amenities. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool was awesome and warm. A minor issue was handled immediately. The owners are top notch and were easily reached. The resort was perfect for our needs. We had a great time. We stayed at this property (group of 4 adults and 2 kids), the villa is great, hot tub and pool really good, and kitchen well equipped for our needs. Location is great, and you can even see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the back deck. Communication with owners very good too. Would definitely stay here again.

We used this condo to visit all 4 Disney parks. Great location! Our party of 5 had more than enough space. We cooked dinner every night in the kitchen and used the pool every day. We appreciated the foosball and other games. The accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and roomy. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Overall the stay was excellent. Our 1st night we had a minor issue with one of the beds and the owner fixed it immediately and was quick to respond back and forth on a weekend outside the property manager’s window.

The house was a perfect base for our family trip to Florida. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos, and was extremely comfortable for a family of 5.
The house is well appointed with everything that we required to self-cater during our stay, with more than enough equipment in the kitchen and plenty of bedding / towels. A drying rack or similar would be useful to dry washing outside.
The only minor disappointment for the kids was that, whilst the property is advertised as having a PS4, there was only one golf game. The PS3 games do not appear to be compatible. The kids enjoyed the table football and tennis instead though.
The location is ideal for Disney, and there are plenty of shops within a short drive. We would stay in the property again and recommend it to others.

This property had everything we needed. We spent almost 2 months here (Jan 7 - Feb 28 2023) and found the property, community and surrounding area all fit what we were looking for. We had a few issues that were resolved by the management company and/or Chris (the owner). For instance, we raised a concern about the stove. A new range was ordered that day and arrived within a few days. Chris and his team were really dedicated to ensuring our stay was comfortable.
We found the beds very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and all other amenities were as described.
We've stayed in this community before and although the area is very busy with traffic, it also has absolutely everything you would ever need for a stay in Florida.

We were a party of 2 mature couples staying over the Xmas break. The Villa was very well equipped with everything we needed.
Lots of kitchen equipment for us to cook Xmas Dinner and lots of clean towels and pool towels which was very welcome.
The location is ideal for visits to the attractions, Celebration and Kissimmee. We hired a car and travelled all over. It was lovely to come back to the homely villa at the end of the day.
The bonus for me was no stairs, all in one level as I have mobility issues, so really accessible for me.
The clubhouse was a short walk away with a lovely pool area, shop, bar and gym.
You can have food delivered and users are allowed on the complex to pick you up if you don't want to drive.
Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you Lisa & Chris for letting us stay in your fabulous home x

We loved staying at Villa Mickey. We were splitting our week between Disney and the beaches. This house was such a quick drive to Disney, it was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were so nice after long days of walking in the parks! Chris was quick to respond to any questions/issues that we had. The only thing that I wish we knew prior to booking was the thermostat in the home had a sign that we were not allowed to set below 74. Luckily we had decent weather, but there was a couple days that the home was stuffy, even with the fans on.

This home is exactly as listed. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for travel throughout the area. Stores are nearby. Amenities at resort were a short walking distance away and the kids loved the movie theatre. Pool and game room at home were used daily. Communication with owner was always prompt and kind.

The property was clean great area to stay kids loved the pool. We was on the go go go so didn’t use much of what the villa had there. One thing I wish was there was cleaning supplies. Had to go buy stuff to clean up etc dish soap scrub wipes for counters toilet paper hand towels dishwasher tabs. It’s the first home I stay in that had no Essentials

Lovely house. Easy to get to Disney (5/10mins). Lots of restraunts nearby and a few minutes drive to a huge Walmart. On site facilities were also great with a pool & bar. We booked the cinema room too which was great. Plenty to do in the villa with TV, pool, hot tub & games room. 5 Adults stayed and there was plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great owners who sorted out some damage to screen due to hurricane Ian. I would recommend heating the pool later in the season although the temperature was hot in Florida the pool was too cold for us. Once I arranged it to be switched on it was fantastic. Wow , we loved this place. A perfect experience from the detailed communication we received prior to getting there to everything in between. The home was perfect for a family vacation. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the location was near many restaurants, retail and Disney but far enough away to be out of the business of the area. I can not find a bad thing to say about this rental, the pictures shown on the site are exactly what you find when you walk in the door. I will look to rent this again if I come back to this area. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Location is in a desirable spot. Shopping and attractions all within 15 min. Quiet at night. View of Magic Kingdom fireworks from backyard. Owners communicate in timely manner & make you feel welcomed when you enter home.

Loved our stay at Villa Mickey!
This house was very much as listed! We loved staying at Villa Mickey. The house was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The wifi connection was strong! It seems the owners really took the time to think of everything you might possibly need for families of all ages. My kids ages (8 and 12) enjoyed using the pool, ping pong table and fooseball table. They also had a nice selection of games and books we didn't have time to play with due to our schedule. We had to communicate with owners due to a problem with the hot tub and they responded very quickly to any communications we had with them. The location of the house is perfect for Disney, about 13-20 minutes away depending on traffic. The community is also close to tons of restaurants or any anything else you might need (groceries, pharmacies, etc.). This house really is a gem, and it was so nice to return home to a house that felt like our "home away from home" after long days at the Disney parks.

Super home away from home
We rented this villa as an off-property place to stay for our Disney family trip. It was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items. There were plenty of towels and the villa was very clean. No bugs. Location was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The garage was a little too warm during the day to enjoy the ping pong and football tables. The clubhouse is a short walking distance away with access to a small game room , movie theater, workout room and larger pool. We had a leak under the kitchen sink that was fixed the next day by the property manager. The villa did get warm during the day and took some time to cool down in the evenings but overall was comfortable. We loved the ceiling fans in the rooms. We had a a fabulous trip and would definitely rent this vila again! Thank you!

Covid meant three attempts at renting the villa, and we finally arrived at the end of April! We weren't disappointed - Villa Mickey was just perfect! Spacious, very clean, good decor and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and easy to use. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses.
We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and coming back to swim after a long day at the parks was just excellent.
This was our first time renting a villa and we will certainly be back!
