About this house rental
Nestled in North Forest Beach, this charming house for £1,974 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to 115 Dune Lane, a place for vacation memories which last a lifetime. Nestled in the heart of North Forest Beach, our beautifully furnished six bedroom oceanfront home welcomes you with antique heart of pine flooring and majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering full views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you open the door. On the main level, a spacious living room with large SMART HDTV, a dining room with built in buffet and an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar allow for wonderful family gatherings and meals. A powder room is located off the living area. The master suite is located on the main level. The suite has a king bed, double vanities, jetted bath and large walk-in shower. The suite opens onto the pool deck with a full ocean view. A spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are available. The pool deck is equipped with a dining table and chairs, chaise lounges, side tables, gas grill and a covered gazebo. Pool and beach toys are abundant. There is a private boardwalk from the pool deck to the beach. The hot tub and pool are connected with a flowing waterfall. PLEASE NOTE: . POOL IS DIRECTLY BEHIND HOME AND IS NOT FENCED IN. PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $500 FOR THE POOL AND SPA HEAT TO BE TURNED ON. The upstairs master suite (queen bed, private bath) adjoins its own private sitting room which opens to the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy coffee in bed as you watch the sun rise! The private sitting room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV and DVD player. The Upstairs King # 1 in the main house is beautifully furnished with a king bed and a private bath and opens to a private balcony with ocean view. The Upstairs King # 2 in the main house has a comfortable king bed, a private bath, a sitting area with love seat, and its own oceanfront deck. 'The Loft' has two sets of bunk beds and plantation shutters which reveal a majestic horizon. 'The Treehouse' bedroom has two beautiful wrought iron twin beds as well as a private bath. Beds can be converted to a king, when needed. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and has its own television and DVD player. There is also a separate family room with a 65inch HD Smart TV. Games and videos allow entertainment for all. A full size refrigerator/freezer and a full bath in game room. Two queen sleeper sofas are located in the game room. All was good and very comfortable. In the upstairs king bedrooms - water in tub drained very slow and other bedroom , the bathroom floor was very slippery. Guest fell in bathroom but did not get hurt.

We loved spending a week here with lots of family members. It was a great place for all ages with the game room for kids, pool and hot tub. Convenient location and comfortable house with such easy beach access. We'll be back soon!

We had a wonderful time and the weather cooperated thank goodness! The house had more than enough bedrooms for us all. The kitchen refrigerator was extremely slow on ice cube making, but game room refrigerator ice maker worked well. Missed having a pool skimmer to use. The trees near pool were dropping little black seeds (or something) that accumulated in pool and on the deck of the pool area. Small inconveniences that in scheme of things weren’t that bad. Hint - when shopping for supplies buy ant spray for outside, we went through a few cans for pool deck area and area leading to the beach. No ants inside the house.

Property was as advertised. Being able to swim in the pool and hot tub and enjoy life on the pool deck while seeing and hearing the ocean waves was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family and the property manager was responsive when we needed assistance. Exactly what you want from a vacation rental in Hilton Bead.

This property was perfect for our multigenerational family with large indoor and outdoor seating and tables! Great beach access with option for kids to also enjoy the pool and hot tub! Bedroom situation with everyone having a private bath was perfect and the game room allowed the kids to play cards while the adults relaxed in the family room. Kitchen was well stocked (needs a can opener) and outside gas grill appreciated! This house is baby friendly with pack and plays, high chair and baby gates! Lots of books and games to use!
Only issues were the overall cleanliness of the property… the rugs are pretty gross, the chair seats and cushions are stained and need to be replaced, as are the dust ruffles on most of the beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean but there is peeling paint and water stains from leaks throughout the house. Loved the location and amenities but the house could stand to be freshened up quite a bit!

We planned a family get together for the 16 of us (including kids and grandkids) for summer 2020, and needless to say, COVID made that impossible.. We have been waiting a long time for this, and enjoying the time at this great property on the beach in Hilton Head made it all possible. The beach house easily slept all 16 of us, and the time between the pool, the beach, and excursions made it all worthwhile. The property manager was easy to work with and answered all of our questions along with providing great instructions.

Our family iss 8 adults, 7 children (3-13 years), and we rented early June, 2022. The location of the property is perfect. Just a short 10 min bike ride to Coligny Square. The beach in front of the home is lovely and huge. The property manager was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend the location and the manager, David.
As for the house....it certainly was big enough to accomodate all of us. But we felt the pictures were a little deceiving. It's not as big and "open" as we thought it would be. And there are a number of things that need upgrading. The kitchen frig icemaker was frozen up, so we never had use of it for the week. The stove and oven controls are completely worn off, so it was difficult to figure out which dial went with which burner / oven. Little things - like light bulbs not working, broken window covering slats, dusty fixtures, one of the pool loungers totally ripped and unuseable, etc.
In the end, because of the expense of renting this home for a week, we were expecting a little higher quality home.**
**I DO want to mention that, when we read that beach towels were not included, I wrote to the manager. When we arrived at the home, there were 2 boxes from Amazon with 24 new beach towels waiting for us!! Also, there were new beach chairs and new pots and pans. In speaking with him, he mentioned that they ARE working to upgrade this home.
Bottom line - because of the location and ease of working with David, we would recommend this home.

It was our first time in Hilton Head. This house is probably the best we ever rented. There was plenty of room for everyone, 7 adults & 8 kids under 12. Beds were very comfortable. The towels that were provided were very nice. We were just steps from the beach. The kitchen was so well stocked & had really decent new/new-ish pots & pans to use. I was amazed at the "library of books" this house had & plenty of games too! It's apparent that the owners take great care to insure a comfortable stay. The location is great, it's about a .09 mile walk to shops, excellent ice cream & restaurants. We loved every minute of our vacation.

The property has great amenities and location. It can handle a lot of people which is good and bad. With that said, a lot of people equals a lot to clean. Maybe to much for it to take place in 4/6 hours. The manager was great and very accessible and again the beach, hot tub, pool combination is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay.

The ocean views from almost every room of this beachfront house were spectacular! The home was well-equipped to accommodate our group that ranged in age from 8 to 70 years old. After long walks on the beach, we loved relaxing in the heated pool/hot tub. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. I only have good things to say about this amazing property.

We booked this 6 BR/ 7BA beautiful beach front home for our 18 member family to celebrate Thanksgiving! Everyone enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub, the walks on the beach, the bike rides, and the view of the beach was spectacular!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I and our 2 children (both under the age of 4) and our parents were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is easy to get to from the airport and David is very kind and easy to work with. The heated pool and spa were wonderful and access to the beach was convenient. Would stay again. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Hilton Head again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this large, spacious home. Everyone had plenty of room and their own bathrooms. The location is fabulous and we were within minutes and getting everywhere we needed to be. Dave (owner) was always ready, willing and able to do whatever requested. We will highly consider staying there again if our travels take us to hilton head.

The house was perfect for our multi-family reunion- lots of room and ample gathering spaces indoor and out, as well as plenty of private spaces. Well equipped kitchen and bar area- great for big dinners together. The pool was beautiful with a beach view, and the beach stunningly beautiful at all times of day. Worth getting up early for spectacular sunrises. The owner was super responsive to any questions or issues- very quick to respond, and happy to help as needed to make our trip amazing. We had a wonderful week & highly recommend.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT POOL AND POOL DECK. HAVING YOUR OWN BEACH PATH IS SUPER NICE. TRUST ME...AFTER 30 WEEK LONG TRIPS OVER THE YEARS, YOUR OWN BEACH PATH MAY BE WORTH MORE THAN THE HOUSE!! POOL AND DECK IS DUNE HEIGHT WHICH IS ALSO HUGE. YOU GET THE VIEWS AND WIND THIS WAY. OTHERWISE, IF YOUR BELOW THE DUNES, NOT ONLY CAN YOU NOT SEE THE OCEAN FROM THE POOL DECK, BUT IT IS A LOT HOTTER. THIS WAS JUST A WIN WIN IN EVERY CATEGORY.

The Berry Beach house was clean, fully stocked kitchen, and had ample refrigerator space. Beautiful views off the porch and from the pool deck into the ocean. Great location, great hosts. We had two families with littles and two other couples stay with us. Everyone had more than enough privacy especially in the second wing of the house. The downstairs master bedroom was beautiful. We spent all of our time outside by the pool and cooking in the kitchen. The hot tub got very hot! And pool stayed warm the entire time. We never had to leave! Being only steps away from the beach made beach life easy!! Would love to stay here again!! 5 stars!!

Since we’ve been locked down for almost an entire year and our school system has yet to return to in person, my husband and I decided to bring our three children for a week to get a change of scenery. The children were able to remote school while my husband and I teleworked during the week. The internet was blazing fast. The house was large with plenty of room for all of us. It was well stocked with all the basic amenities. The location speaks for itself and was nothing short of perfect. There is a small grocery store about 1 mile away at Coligny square plaza and another larger one 3 miles away. We forgot a few things but Amazon saved the day with same day delivery of wetsuits, headphones, and additional chargers for our devices. Everyone around us was friendly and warm. Note: Masks are required in public areas (shopping areas) and in all stores, but few to no people wore masks on the beach. This was not a problem because people were very respectful to socially distance while on the beach.What the adults enjoyed: Watching the sun rise from the bedrooms, from the heated pool, from the beach (pretty much watching the amazing sunrise every morning), seeing and hearing the ocean waves from the pool deck, the heated pool which we swam in early in the mornings and late at night, the spacious kitchen and eating area, the ability to walk to Coligny square and enjoy the restaurants (It’s Greek to me was amazing!). There is a paved sidewalk across the street that takes you a full mile all the way to Coligny square. It was very smooth and well taken care of, so the kids could rollerblade and hoverboard on it.What the kids enjoyed: That there was a TV and DVD player in every room, playing the piano, playing the board games (the house is stocked with many), the heated pool, the LED lights in the pool that changed colors at night, the hot tub, racing their remote control cars on the beach, flying their kites on the beach, seeing the *dolphins* from the pool deck in the mornings, how big the house is, hoverboarding and rollerblading to Coligny square in the mornings before school and enjoying a pastry (Your Local Coffee Shop was yummy and had gluten free pastry options!) and the POPS store (a local candy store). What my teenager enjoyed: There is one bedroom that is away from the others with an attached living room area and private balcony. She loved having her own “apartment” for the week!Amazing! I highly recommend this property.

Our family gathered at this beautiful location to celebrate the holidays. Every detail was considered by the owner, from games, movies, books, and puzzles to the decor and layout of the house. We were 4 different units of the same family and were able to have our own space when desired as well as a great gathering space for meals amd games. The 10 person table was perfect for good conversation and competitive games. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting - many a good story was shared around the outside deck and in the water. The owner was great to work with, very responsive and welcoming. We have been traveling to HHI for over 30 years and this spot is excellent! We highly recommend 115 Dune Lane.
