The cottage is conveniently located close to the village of Charleston where there is a marina, boat launch and boat rentals as well as a restaurant and ice cream parlour. Home is separable into 2 levels. The upper level (over 1,000 square feet) walks out to the lake and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, fullsize modern kitchen with dinning area, and a large sun room with large TV/DVD player. The lower level (which can be closed off for noise!) is about 800 square feet of brand new construction has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and large common room with large TV/DVD. There is also a Cabana right at the dock which has a large sitting area. Pre-approval of Pets required.
