Summary: Enjoy a luxury vacation home located in the Waters Edge community - only a 20 yard walk to the sand! You'll hear the soothing sounds of the surf and enjoy the close proximity to shops and restaurants. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee from your balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico before heading out for a bike ride along the coast. This home is the perfect setting for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The Space: This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Each rental includes a complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup to make your day on the sand as relaxing as possible. Bicycles are available for scenic rides down highway 30A to the town's many shops and restaurants. The home is complete with a private, heated pool. **Beach chair service runs for stays from March 1st through November 30th. During the offseason, you can pay $50 per day (plus tax) for the setup. **The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/night. **A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival. **A recreation package can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please reach out for more information or if you would like to add any of these additional amenities. Guest Access: Our guest relations team will provide you with a door code prior to your arrival The Neighborhood: * Seacrest Beach is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to local restaurants, shops, and spa. * A 17-mile walk/bike path is located just outside the entrance * Tom Fazio golf course is 1 mile away * Local offerings include: Bike Rentals; Kayaking; Fishing; Sailing; Tennis Courts; Fitness Center * Publix food store is approximately 5 minutes away by car (head East on 98)

We were most impressed with how many amenities the property had to offer. Yes it had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But it had so many things that we usually bring with us. There were beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, stair gates, a pack n play, a booster seat. So many bulky items that families usually transport for a weeks stay. There is even a single beach setup included. We added another since there was quite a crowd on the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty nice as was the gathering area, more than adequate seating for our 6 adults and 4 children. We played games, some games were on hand at the property and watched TV in that space. The grandkids loved playing games on the sturdy wooden coffee table. The kitchen was so well furnished. Better than nice appliances, a large refrigerator and extra nice gas range. All the other countertop appliances were first class as well. Plentiful pans,cooking utensils, platters and storage containers as well. Very nice propane grill by the pool too! The dining room table seated 10 and there was room for 4 at the bar if needed. Three cars will fit but it’s tight the way the neighborhood is set up. We walked across the street to a very happening town center, nice shops, a tap room and a couple of pizza choices. I’m sure there were others. There was another retail area further down the street we didn’t visit but it looked nice too. It’s perfect for air travelers who can’t bring much, and it was great for us.

Terrific location just 1 min walk from the beach. Home was spacious enough for all of us spanning grandparents to grandkids. Heated pool was a nice touch to the home!

Beautiful vacation home. The perfect location for both beach access and access to seaside. The layout of the home is perfect for a multigenerational family with ages 12-73. Unfortunately many maintenance issues. Grill did not work, fireplace didn’t work, handle of dishwasher broken off, unable to use master jacuzzi bathtub due to serious pipe leak, and I came across at least a dozen roaches.

We spent Thanksging with family. We had everything needed to prepare. Loved closeness and ease of access to beach. Pool was great as the week was too cool for much beach swim. Beautiful beach for walking , relaxing and kids playing.

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

This property has everything you might need and more. The house is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The layout is perfect for children and adults. Getting to the beach took less than five minutes. We highly recommend staying here on your next beach vacation!

The property was as described, and one of the cleanest I have ever rented. It is obvious the owner takes special care of the property. The location is the best in Rosemary/Seacrest and can’t be beat. 2 min walk to the beach chairs, directly across from the sundry market for anything little you need, quick walk to downtown Rosemary for shopping and dining. Owner had a selection of bikes to borrow but you could really ditch the rental car and walk where you need to go (with grocery delivery) and not miss having a car. The small pool in the back was awesome for the kids - we paid to have it heated and I am so glad we did as it was cool in April. Would absolutely book this property again.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was just perfect from the information we received prior to arrival to the wonderful welcome basket of goodies when we arrived. The house is beautiful and convenient to everything in Rosemary Beach. We have two small dogs and they loved it too! Thank you Natalie and Linda for everything you did to make our vacation really special! I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was not only beautiful but meticulously clean! Our family had plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. Steps away from the beach made our stay just that much better. The welcome basket was a nice surprise to come into as well. The entertainment complex across the street was a nice convenient shopping and eating spot and the 3 minute walk was so convenient! Thank you for a wonderful week! We hated to leave!

We had 2 families stay in this house, and it worked out great. It was so easy to walk to the beach for the day, rinse off, and jump in the pool for a while. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.

Stayed with our family of 5 and had a great time. The property was wonderful. Great location to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up each day; bikes provided for the entire family; pool was perfect and house was as advertised. Location to restaurants and shops is perfect. Property manager Linda was very responsive- replaced empty propane tank within hours. We could not have asked for a better experience

Beautiful, clean home and super easy beach access. Daily chair setup was perfect. Coordination for arrival was simple. Property manager typically quick to respond. Only concern was a missing toilet seat and no lights for pool at night. Be aware you can only park 3 cars here, so if you have a larger group you will need to make other attangements. Our group would definitely stay here again.

You literally are one house over from path to beach and then it’s just a strut until you are down the stairs. Bikes and chairs provided and set up everyday was an extra bonus. Overall, a great stay and great house. Only 2 issues, but very important ones. Our contact, Linda Presnell, was very helpful and understanding. But these 2 issues did cause problems.#1 we paid a per day payment for a heated pool. Upon arrival it was not heated. The cleaning person said she turned it on. It still did not heat. Another pool person ( not assigned to our pool) came over and fixed the heater and cleaned the pool which was dirty. We gave him cash because of his help. We lost 2 days of a heated pool. Linda said she would make the adjustment.#2 the grill was old, broken and non functioning. It smelled of fish. There was a note that a new grill was ordered, but that didn’t help us. Someone came out mid week to get it working but that was after our planned cookout party.Everything else was fantastic! Thank you!

Beautiful beach home with gorgeous decor! Wonderfully close to beach access. Small gated neighborhood, which made the beach uncrowded and safe for social distancing. So nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day! Wonderful vacation!
