Situated in Pebble Beach, this lovely house for £1,236 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Are you looking for a peaceful place to gather with friends and family? Do you want to be centrally located in Pebble Beach? Close to Carmel, Monterey and Big Sur? Do you want to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean out the window and wake up to the sun shining on the pacific? Look no further! With hundreds of the World’s best golf courses and dining opportunitites within 20 minutes of the house, you will have easy access to the best kind of vacation. The easy access to outdoor activities (walking, running, hiking, golfing) provide rejuvenating opportunities. We hope you will join us. This light, bright & open contemporary Pebble Beach home located halfway between Pebble Beach golf Links and Cypress Point club - within walking distance to The Lodge and adjacent to the Lone Cypress tree along the 17 Mile drive with views of the Pacific from almost every window is the perfect getaway. This home, originally built in 1970 in the Sea Ranch Style has recently undergone a complete remodel. The open kitchen/great room now has additional windows to the sweeping views of the Pacific where you can watch the waves crash and the otters play. A large wood deck opens towards the ocean through sliding doors from the Kitchen. This is the area where you will spend 90% of your time when in the house! There are three buildings on the property. The main house, the guest house and the garage. The main house includes a huge Primary bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bath complete with double sinks and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom also includes a large sitting area with sliding door access to an adjacent outdoor patio. Up the stairs is a second large bedroom and a loft space separated by a bathroom. This bedroom boasts a King bed. The loft/den adjacent to the upstairs bedroom has a sitting area with a Flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa for sleeping additional guests. This rental includes a detached 300 square foot guest house. This separate space is the perfect solution for either teens, in-laws, or couples - allowing for private space - yet connection to the main house via the patio - all behind the locked gate. The Guest house has a mini-fridge, it's own en-suite bath with shower/tub and in the sleeping area has a Flat Screen TV and a great reading chair, dresser and book shelf. The very large living room with its abundant windows provides views to the ocean. There is a large dining table in this room to either gather to play games, do a little work or eat a meal. The newly renovated kitchen/great room has a sliding glass door out to an ocean side deck, a large flat screen TV in the sitting area, full sized washer/dryers behind a pocket door, all new top of the line appliances, a large island with seating and great views of the ocean. Each of the three full bathrooms have also been completed remodeled with all new plumbing, cabinets, flooring, lighting. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, modern and VERY functional. There is also a powder room right off the main entrance in what used to be a small closet. There is ample parking at the top of the driveway as well as a several spots along the 17 mile drive, which belong to this property exclusively. There are times when 1 or 2 spaces are available for use in the garage. (please ask if interested). The property also has a Tesla charger in the garage and is available for guests. Enjoy your morning tea/coffee from one of three outdoor patio areas and watch deer, listen for birds, and observe the beauty of the Del Monte Forest which surrounds this special home. You might find more luxurious options, you might find cheaper options, but I can guarantee you won't find another place as unique, special and timeless as this modern tree house in the heart of the Del Monte Forest with the wide pacific expanse out your front door. Oh - and let's not forget the neighborhood - Best Golf in the world. Easy access to Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey and more. A vacation experience you will long treasure. You'll soon realize why our guests return again and again..

We so enjoyed our 3-day stay with two other couples. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfy and plenty of extra towels and sheets were provided. The kitchen had everything anyone would need. The setting is so peaceful and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from most rooms in the house. Sitting on the patio with the firepit going and listening to the sounds of the ocean was so restful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We particularly enjoyed the three-ring binder in the kitchen that had ALL the info you could possibly need. But what we really enjoyed about the binder was reading the history of the original owner (so interesting) and seeing the before and after pictures of the remodel. So well done! We would love to return again. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us!

The Cole House is a very comfortable California style home with lots of glass to view the ocean across the street, and fully updated living and kitchen areas with decorative nods to the home's 1960's heritage. Multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas provide ample space to visit or just relax and listen to the waves. It was a great house and location for our group of three couples. The owner and local team were great!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is walking distance to the Lone Cypress. We spent several hours on the terrace in front of the fire pit listening to some music and drinking some good California wine.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cole House. It was a little getaway for our all-adult family. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking our dinners in and the kitchen was fully equipped. Extra bonus was each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The large family room was a great place to spread out and relax with great views. We would stay at the Cole House again.

Wonderful property located in a fantastic location. Walk to the lone cypress and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Wake up to deer and hummingbirds flying outside your windows. Perfect location to explore Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey. My family had a lovely time and the home was perfect for enjoying everyone’s company but spacious enough for my two teens to have their own space. The host had everything you needed to kenjoy meals at home and s’mores by the fire. Simply magical. Definitely would recommend this beautiful home.

The house was everything described. The layout was perfect for 3 adult couples and a large gathering of family and friends. Communication with owner and house manager for excellent. From the beginning, this was a great experience. The communication with the owner and property manager put us at ease right away. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location! As golfers, we were among the best courses in the land. The house is funky, retro and inviting and comfortable. Beautiful property, excellent service!
This house was beautiful and in a very special location. We left behind a pair of glasses after leaving and the property manager immediately went to find them and sent them to us so they arrived by next day. We were very impressed by how efficient and helpful she was!

Magical location
My husband and I and our two dogs were extremely happy at this house. The location is convenient to the Pebble Beach shops and dining. The view of the trees and ocean is breathtaking. The home is really done well - aesthetics are the perfect mid-century modern style, the beds are comfortable and parking is easy. We will be back!
