'Restaurant row' is a five minute drive and there is a local cafe and shopping just down the hill. We have a secure 2 car garage and Lake San Marcos has its own 24 hour security patrol. This was the perfect spot to settle into for our vacation! The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and gave us easy access to all of the activities and venues of San Diego, one of our favourite cities. Thank you Carolyn!

The condo was magnificent and exceeded our expectations. Carolyn and Ralph were very accommodating and responsive. The condo is clean, charming and tastefully decorated. The hosts go above and beyond to stock everything you might need, including basic food stuffs, hair dryer, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and well setup. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping, Convenient to places to buy groceries and eat out. Definitely would rent again.

This is a luxury condo with an abundance of features and all the amenities you need. It's an end unit with a spacious master bedroom, adequate second bedroom, good bathrooms, nice study, dining area, well equipped kitchen with breakfast area and attractive living room.It's located about half way up a high hill, faces east and offers scenic views of the Lake San Marcos Community and Palomar Mountains from the kitchen and living room with it's balcony with table and chairs. There also is a balcony off the master bedroom which connects to the dining area via another sliding glass door.The floor plan is really genius given it's approximate 1200 square feet. Plenty to see and do in North San Diego County and San Diego about 45 or so miles away. ,

My husband and I stayed here for four summer months and enjoyed it very much. The web site was true of all that it was expected to be. The views were fabulous and two lovely patios to choose from and one equiped with a nice clean BBQ. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and immaculate. The location was great and the condo sitting upon a high hill made the neighborhood very pretty around us. The pool and clubhouse just afew steps away to enjoy. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable along with a well equipped kitchen for enjoying company as well. Nice quiet area and within minutes to the beach area of Carlsbad and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys the beauty and comfort of a nice condo on a hill. Being an end unit makes it even nicer. We would definitely come back.
