This 3 bedroom cottage is situated in the popular area of Old Ocean Grove. Just a short walk to the main Ocean Grove shopping strip (700m) where you will find a great selection of restaurants/cafes, shops, large supermarket and park. Only 1.2kms to the beach. The house is fully equipped and contains modern, tasteful furnishings. Comprising 3 bedrooms and sleeping up to 8 guests, it is the perfect place to holiday with friends or family. There is a large garden and undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Fully enclosed backyard provides a secure and private area for children to play. Ample offstreet parking for cars/boats. Ocean Grove beach is a well-known safe swimming and surfing beach which has life saving patrols. Sleeping up to 8 persons Bedroom 1 - king bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed + single bed Bedroom 3 - double bed + single bed Mattress protectors, pillows, blankets and doonas provided. BYO linen and towels. Linen supplied on king bed only. Tea towels and hand towels provided. Portacot available (no additional cost). We had a lovely stay. The house has all the basics you need and comfortable beds. Kids loved the backyard, table tennis and basketball hoop. Ocean grove and surrounds are lovely to explore.

Couldn’t fault Julie’s house. It was clean, well equipped and great location. We loved it and will be back again. Julie accommodated our pets and the yard was great for our boys to shoot hoops and burn energy.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home in Presidents Ave. We walked almost everywhere, even with our pram as the house is in the best location in town. The backyard is safe and enclosed which we required not only for our dog, but our two small children. Inside the house we were spoilt with an awesome stove top and oven, new washing machine and dryer, comfortable beds and couches. This wonderful property gave my family the opportunity to create lasting memories.

Great place excellent beds! Big fully secure backyard for the dogs. Easy access to great local fishing spots. Will be back in the future.

Spacious and comfortable
Didn't get to spend much time there as we were at the rowing all weekend but the house was comfortable and spacious with lots of room in the backyard for the dog to run around.
Older style beach house, but it had everything we needed.

Excellent summer holiday home
Clean , well equiped home.close enough to amenities but also far enough to be peaceful. Beds are so comfortable..thanks. We loved being able to have our dog with us. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you Need
We had a gtreat time, everything you need is there. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and everyone enjoyed it. The king size bed was so comfortable - I’ve never slept so well. Thank you.

Fantastic getaway in a great location
Myself and three friends stayed two nights at this great house. It is in a great location and the house is neat and has everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable and outdoor area is great for a glass of wine and a spot of table tennis. I can't wait to book in again!
