This is a wonderful location - quiet and right on the ocean. Simple, clean and a nice place to stay. Lots of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Condo is a great location. On the beach, easy to walk to beach, the pool is great. Easy directions, easy to get in to the condo. The furnishings need a serious redo. The outdoor furniture (which we sat at every day to see the beach) was worn, torn and extremely uncomfortable. I had to sit on a pillow bc the material was so frayed it hurt my skin. Stains in the sink, stains on kitchen seats. The wallpaper in the bathrooms were peeling off. The toilet handle held together with a hair tie on the flushing mechanism (we had to repair 2x). 6 inches of water in the washer from a drip. I did a spin dry to remove it but it came back. Light bulbs out in living room light and main bedroom light. This condo could be a great place. The insides need some serious maintenance.

Property is older and reasonably well-maintained. Lanai cushions could be replaced, an extra set of sheets and a blanket would be useful. The property location was great and a corner unit overlooking the ocean was ideal. All in all, a good value for the money. Would stay there again.

Needed work

My husband and I came down to watch our Granddaughter play in a softball tournament. This place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and the beach wasn’t crowded and the location was perfect. We definitely would recommend Spanish Main 61.

The property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room, a great ocean view from the balcony, safe convenient garage parking, and all the furnishings that we needed.

Second floor end unit provided great views of the ocean as well as rocket launches from Cape Canaveral . The garage was an added advantage. The only negative is trying to leave the property to go south.

We really enjoyed this property! It was so cozy and comfortable with tons of space. The owner was very quick to respond to any message that I sent. In the beginning we had an issue that was beyond the owners control, he immediately put us in contact with the property manager. The manager, Cathy, called us and addressed the problem right away! She was so great and so personable and really wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!!! The space, location, everything was great!

This time we decided to stay downtown, and we're very happy that we did! The location offered us a number of new drinking and dining experiences (Alibi cocktail lounge, Jazzy's Mainely Lobster, 4th Street Fillin Station), and staying in a beachfront unit can't be beat!

Condo was clean when we arrived. Owner was great about responding quickly. We were there during hurricane Ian and he helped us and allowed us to stay longer. Condo is basic not all the upgrades. But I won’t complain about that. Definitely outdated. But doesn’t mean it’s a bad condo. It was comfortable and clean. View was priceless. We would definitely stay there again. Pool and view and price made it worth it.

One that really stood above the rest was a little place in old downtown Cocoa Beach was “Lulu’s”. From the outside it looked a little sketchy. However, the second I pushed open the door, the interior was beautiful! Family owned and operated and the service was amazing! The “bar food” was a joke! It was almost not just “bar food” but a foodies dream!! Best burger I’ve EVER HAD!! Blue cheese with a blueberry jam !!Sounds strange however you MUST try this!!! The unit was nice but I would suggest letting the users know which garage to utilize. They are not numbered. 🤷🏻‍♂️ And my only negative is that PLEASE, please give the guests a couple decent trash bags that aren’t tissue thin!!! All in all our stay was wonderful! The pool was great, with easy access to the beach!! I will definitely suggest this unit to my friends and family!

Condo was full of extras; toys, television, wi-fi, towels; very professional. One shower didn't work, that was the only issue we had and that wasn't bad because there are two full bathrooms.
