A great choice for a beach condo. Only crossing the street to hit the gorgeous white sand. The weather was unusually cold for us so we spent the time looking for shells, walking the beach and relaxing but with nice weather, this place would be a wonderful place to have a beach vacation.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities and then some. The location was perfect across the street from the public beach and a short distance to the village. Alex responded with a question I had within minutes. This was our first time at this property, but it will not be our last. Valerie in the office is amazing as well! Everything met our expectations and we cannot wait to book for next year. Thank you Alex for renting your place to us as we celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday in Siesta Key. On a side note: there was everything you needed for the beach as well: floats, chairs, umbrella beach mats, towels and a cooler. The property was extremely clean and quiet.

We were celebrating my retirement and our wedding anniversary, by choosing Siesta Key ! The condo was so perfect and clean with the greatest view, ever!!! The condo manager made us so welcome and accommodating, that we made a new friend in Siesta Key ! We will definitely be coming back for another amazing vacation !!!

We enjoyed our time in Siesta Key! Condo review: 2nd fl unit, no balcony, windows don't open this made it a little disappointing. Nonetheles; beach view from room is beautiful. I saw a baby roach, I talked to property mgr. The condo was suitable as far as space but very limited on places to store your items in the bathroom, a small vanity, no medicine cabinet. Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned the best hair/dirt. The shower had hair on walls/railing from previous guest. Linen dingy/stained. I did notify Alex the owner, & received a prompt response apologizing for this issue. Note: The refrigerator is kept down low so it takes a while for groceries to get cold. AC works great. There's no pool, there is some outdoor seating near the grill. We used the grill for dinner one evening. The walk to the Village is about 15m, they also have the trolly, & TIP shuttle rides that take you up/down the main street &, over to the village which is nice on those extremely hot days. Bathroom needs updating, kitchen was fine, living room decent, bedroom fine could use a dresser in there to layout personal items, we made use of the 2 nightstands, nice sized closet. The exterior itself kept clean, no amenities outside of the grills, I believe a few bicycles. Laundry coin operated, there is a coin machine takes single dollar bills. No dustpan to sweep up dirt. Overall, not bad. Needed more of the amenities we prefer, pool, balcony, fitness ctr. We walked beach for morn exercise. Hope this helps!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Royale. The unit was clean and layout was good. Proximity to the beach was ideal: it was across the street from the public beach and the view from the living room was great. Communication with the agent and on premises manager was also good. The unit had plenty of good lighting, the bed and linens were comfortable and covered parking was a plus. However furnishings and the bathroom are quite dated and pans and kitchen accessories are spare.

Excellent location with a view of the Gulf right across the street. Due to the flight cancellations, Alex was wonderful in accommodating our needs. Highly recommended. We will be back 😊

Under the Amenities section of the listing, it is stated that a housekeeper is included. That is not true. I was charged a cleaning fee when I booked, which is fine. But when we arrived, management's paperwork stated that if we wanted to use beach towels, or more than one set of towels per person for the ENTIRE week, that we would have to provide our own laundry detergent and use the coin-operated machines located on each floor to wash them before our departure. These policies should be stated up front, before booking. I always leave the unit as I found it. Toilet/shower cleaned. Dishes washed and put away. Floors swept. When I'm paying a cleaning fee, the towels and sheets should not be my responsibility. Or, at the very least, provide laundry detergent for the machines, just like you do for washing dishes or running the dishwasher. The unit itself is directly across from the beach, and I've stayed in this complex before, although in a different unit. The view is great! The furniture was comfortable and the appliances were fine.

Location was solid, right across from the beach and not a terrible walk (about 15 minutes) from Siesta Key village. The beach equipment was ok, chairs worked fine but both umbrellas were broken so we had to buy our own. The condo itself was nicely decorated but not the cleanest.

Nice place. The condo was clean and it was in a convenient location. It had close access to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. The property manager was extremely kind and helpful. She was a highlight of our stay. The only thing that could have been better is if we had access to a few beach items.. We had to rent a couple of beach chairs and umbrella. Overall we had a good time.

Great spot, super nice, updated, CLEAN, comfortable and amazing location. It had everything you need and will be staying there again! It was just two adults here and it was perfect, the building was also very quiet which was nice. Thank you for the ease of check in and having everything we needed prepared!

The condo was spacious and clean! Conveniently located around the corner from a trolley stop (the trolley app is not great, but just know that the trolley comes every 20 minutes)! Bed was comfortable and huge. Couches and sitting area comfortable as well. Storage closet with umbrellas, beach chairs, and a wagon was helpful; could use some cleaning and ventilation, but otherwise great. Laundry is coin operated, just FYI! Overall, a great spot with great views and close to the Siesta Key village!
