About this condo rental
Situated in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for £216 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. WELCOME Siesta Key Beach is the perfect spot for sunning, shelling, or taking a siesta. The Palm Bay Club is known for its resort amenities: two heated swimming pools, large hot tub, lighted tennis courts, beach side grills, boat docks, fishing pier, game room with ping pong table, exercise room for both men and women and more. There is free Wi-Fi wireless internet access in all rooms and pool areas! MASTER BEDROOM & BATH The master bedroom features a King size bed with new mattress and box springs. There is a matching full length dresser with mirror and two bedside tables with lamps. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master bath has been totally updated with new tile floors, shower, and new granite sink top. GUEST BEDROOM The guest bedroom has new bedroom furniture with two twin beds with night stand and a full dresser. There is a large flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. The second bath is located next to the guest bedroom. This bathroom has also been totally updated with new tile on the floors, shower/tub area, and new granite top. This bathroom has a tub with shower. All towels and linens are provided including beach towels. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has been totally updated with new cabinets, new appliances which consists of a french door refrigerator with bottom freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, flat top stove with self cleaning oven, built in microwave, and disposal. Other features are a coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have also laid new tile in the kitchen floor. LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM The living room has a sofa and two chaise lounge chairs for your comfort while relaxing and watching cable TV. The living room floor has been replaced with new tile. There is a flat screen TV, DVR and DVD player in the living room. The dining room adjoins the living room and offers a table and 6 chairs. The condo is approximately 1100 sq ft and has been recently painted, new tile floors throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms. LOCATION Our condo is located on the Gulf side and is a short stroll to the beach which has the beautiful white quartz sand that Siesta Key is known for. Siesta Key is rated the #1 beach in the country. The white sandy beach does not get hot and is very nice to walk on when taking your walks on the beach or watching the sunsets. The Sunsets are beautiful!! You won't want to miss seeing the sunsets. You may also want to see the Drum Circle that is on Siesta Key Beach every Sunday evening. This condo was perfect for a girls trip to FL right before the Hussle and bustle of the holidays. The condo was clean, amazingly stocked, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Communication with Phyllis was easy and prompt.

Had a great week here! Beautiful warm pools, spa, and the most beautiful beach! House was well equipped with everything needed including beach things, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and owners were nice enough to check on us after arrival and prior to our leaving! Would stay again!

The condo was very clean and in a great location, Had everything we needed, cooking utensils, beach gear and towels,owner had great communication with us as far as anuthing we needed. Weather was great, got lucky, week before hurricane! I would highly recommend and would like to stay there again. Great beach, workers there deliver your beach chairs where you would like them. Would like to look into renting in the winter for a month or two. We had a great time!

Siesta Key was beautiful, relaxing and warm. Water temp was like a hot tub. The condo was stellar. So clean ( and I’m very picky) , beautifully updated, all the amenities. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the condo but it was right there and always available.
Phyllis was attentive and responsive.

I loved everything about this until we found some palmetto bugs, which to me are cockroaches. The owner got someone out pronto , but we had plans and were not there when treated , found more the next night. I had a hard time sleeping after that and we had to wash everything , which took time and money away from us. No compensation offered.

My family and I loved our stay in this lovely condo in Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key Beach, FL. We have stayed in Palm Bay Club a few times before but we loved this condo the most thus far. It was very clean and nicely updated. It also had fitting beach decorations. Check-in and check-out process was simple and as instructed. During our week-long stay, the weather was enjoyable and we spent most of the day at the beach or at the pool. We also were able to watch a fireworks show on the beach for the fourth of July. The Condo associations’ office also let us bring my emotional support dog which was forever appreciated - We had to send over our documentation for their review and approval. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever revisit!

We really enjoyed this condo! Our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club, and wow we really loved it! The grounds are just beautiful. This condo was conveniently located near the Gulf side pool and clubhouse with the fitness center. I felt this location seemed in the middle between the ocean and the bay side. The bay side is absolutely gorgeous so we enjoyed using the pool over there. So peaceful and you feel right on the water. The condo was very well appointed! Looks like the photos online. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the water pressure in master shower. The owners were excellent in communications with us. My only “ complaint” and it’s very minimal, was that the master bedroom doesn’t get as cool at night as living quarters. You feel as if you need the ceiling fan in master on ( we prefer cooler sleeping conditions) but when you turn the ceiling fan on, it rattles, and in turn makes the vertical blinds clink against one another. So we would have to just keep blinds more open and just use our sleep masks to block out the AM sun. We are light sleepers and this might never bother anyone else ;) I highly recommend this unit!!

Phyllis was very helpful - made sure we were able to get into the apartment and checked if we needed anything. The apartment was super clean and was well stocked with small extras in case we forgot anything (shampoo, sand toys, etc.). Excellent location just steps from the beach. Perfect!

We had a very nice stay at Palm Bay in Siesta Key. The beds were comfortable, the condo was well kept with many generous amenities that many owners would not have for guests. There was a little trouble with the toilet in the master bath but the owners quickly responded and resolved the issue. We would love to rent again! Thank you!!

We started off looking in March (for our winter holiday vacation) and found this Magnificent 2 bedroom property on the most beautiful beach in Florida...Siesta Key! The booking and planning were flawless without any issues at all.
Our host, Phyllis was very accommodating and very good with communicating all our information.
... So we left the winter and worries behind us in Toronto, Canada and drove to this lovely community. 😀

This property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and the beach is superb. Lovely white quartz sand. It runs from the gulf over to the bay where there is a hot tub and pool right on the water. The condo has some of the best cookware we have experienced in a rental- a very well equipped kitchen. Loved all the furnishings and especially enjoyed the master bath shower!! Beach towels and umbrellas were also supplied, and the resort has beach chairs. Really everything we could have asked for- just missing a nice outdoor space with a water view. So many pluses though- very large pool great for lap swim and tennis/pickle ball courts very close to this unit. Property owner was very responsive and communicated promptly whenever we needed. Definitely worth a return trip.

Comfortable stay close to the beach
This condo was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and close to everything. The space worked well for me, my husband, and our two grade school-aged daughters. All of our beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was nice. It felt like we were staying with friends or family, not in a rental. It was only about a 4-minute walk to the beach (and I’m a little slow due to a long-term medical condition). We only used the pool by the office and it was clean and there were always plenty of chairs. The grounds are well maintained and we frequently saw maintenance and security personal working throughout the property. I liked having a private section on the beach with free lounge chairs. The beaches here are amazing with the soft white sand.
The only “negative” for us was not having in-unit laundry, but we knew that when we booked. The laundry room nearest this condo was in rough shape, but machines were available and they got the job done.
Phyllis was so kind and helpful. I contacted her with a couple of questions and she was prompt in following up.
The best part of this condo was that nearly everything we needed was provided (dishwasher and dish soap, hand soaps, a roll of paper towels, etc). We grabbed a few extra things from the store, but this was by far the most well-stocked vacation condo we’ve rented.

Updated first-floor condo
Nice, updated condo with comfy beds. Pretty much includes everything you need for a weeklong stay. We had an issue with the tvs after a breaker blew and the owners very quickly resolved the problem. Very close to the beach.
The beach towels provided were little and thin so we bought a couple; the outdoor sitting area was small and closed in without a view so we didn’t use that. Also my kids’ bedroom was up front by the road and the traffic noise bothered them, especially when very loud trash trucks would come very early in the morning. For those reasons, we wouldn’t stay in a first floor condo again.

Palm Bay club is a great property and #168 is as advertised. Clean and having the keypad entry is so easy for teens. Would definitely recommend.
