The house is within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and about 1 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. A cab ride to Disneyland costs about $10-$15. It has easy access to major freeways and truly the best location you can find. Various grocery stores and restaurants are also within 1 mile. The house has an indoor/outdoor resort-style living concept with modern furnishings. The kitchen brings your family together with a large island, quartz counter-top throughout, pro-style 6-burner range with 36’' oven, and a beautiful refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and tools for you to prepare delicious meals for your family. The house is 4000 square feet. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering. The house is 5 bedrooms plus large den and loft, sleep 13 comfortably. The loft upstairs has a sofa bed within the sectional. We also have a futon and sleeper sofa. Your party will completely enjoy and relax in our spacious house with heated pool. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard, backyard, balcony, garage, bedrooms, etc. Imagine enjoying the pool and spa while taking in the fireworks? All bedrooms and bathrooms showcase a modern and contemporary style. High-end linens and salon shampoos are provided for your enjoyment and experience. There are four parking spaces on the property. An EV outlet in the garage for electronic vehicles like Tesla and Mustang. Our fees are simple: rent + tax + cleaning No pool heating fee Pool, spa and outdoor activities 9am-10pm. Nice accommodations, temperature kept changing downstairs despite trying to keep it at 70, would have like to have some apps on smart tv to watch other things besides regular tv.

This property is a very comfortable place for a large party. The rooms are not right on top of each other and there are a few separate sitting areas in the house as well. The pool area is gorgeous and you really can see the Disney Land fireworks quite well from the veranda. Our hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs and the location was very desirable.

This property exceeded all of our expectations.
We had a wonderful time with our family. They loved the pool, hot tub and slide. As stated in description, “Location, Location, Location.” It is easy to get to Disneyland, fireworks nightly from pool area or balcony and grocery store within a mile from house.
Diana, the owner, was so easy to work with. If we had questions she would respond to them quickly.
I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time with family and my four grandkids. They loved the pool and a hot tub! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. As stated “location, location, location“ we were able to walk to Disneyland in 20 minutes or take an Uber if you were tired. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent villa, clean, spacious and brilliant pool. Location to Disney is fantastic and the host Diana on hand to any issue we had. Would highly recommend for families of all ages. You also get the Disney fireworks everynight on your doorstep for free

The house was wonderful. There is a bit of road noise from the busy street out front, but it was never an issue. Kids enjoyed the beautiful pool with slide and hot tub. We walked to Disneyland in less than 15 minutes and it was easy to get on freeways to go other places. The owner was great. She responded to every question or request we made, immediately. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

This home was perfect for our two week vacation that included 6 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 12. The pool was amazing. It was a big hit with the kids. There are plenty of pool tours and life jackets. Everyone, including the adults loved going down the slide. Seems like a fairy tale sitting by the pool as the accent lighting began to come on at dusk illuminating the beautiful landscaping. Being able to watch Disney's nightly fireworks from the pool and balcony was the cherry on top. Our week at your beautiful home was everything we hoped for. The close proximity to Disneyland made it easy for all of us to walk if we wanted. The house had more than enough room for everyone to sleep, play, and find a quiet space as well. The pool area was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The owner was so prompt in turning on the hot tub and pool spillway; it is the best way to save energy. Everyone was sad to leave, but the memories we made will be with us for a lifetime. 11 members of my family rented this house for our Disney vacation. There was plenty of bed and bathrooms for all. I think the kids (ages 9 to 15) enjoyed the pool, slide and hot tub almost as much as Disney. Diana the owner, was very responsive to all our needs. House was ready and clean when we arrived. Very close to Downtown Disney, and Uber travel was fast and easy if you don't want to walk. Thanks for a great time.

If you are looking for an amazing home, this is it! The home is glamorous, spotless and an easy walk to Disney including for my granddaughter in her wheelchair. We had such an fabulous time gathering in the huge kitchen, relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney, and finally retiring to one of the luxury suites for a great night’s rest. Check in was sooooo easy! Parking in the garage was great and every evening was wrapped up with a spectacular firework display from the back yard and upper balcony. I seriously could not have asked for anything more. This was a 10 for family vacation! Thank you so much!

The location was perfect and really close to Disneyland, restaurants and shopping.
Diana was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

There were 9 adults, 2 infants, and one baby. We had more than enough room for all of us. The house was well insulated from any noises coming from the inside or outside of the house. It was extremely clean when we showed up. Diana(manager/owner) was above and beyond nice! Probably one of the most genuine and honest people I’ve dealt with! The price of staying was cheap considering what you get. This is where we’ll be staying again when we go back to Disneyland. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and clean as well. Thanks Diana!

We just returned from a family trip to Disney. This home was GREAT! It is the only newer home close to Disneyland. We walked through Downtown Disney to access the parks daily. It was an easy walk from the home. We pushed the kids in strollers. We swam in the heated pool every day. The pool with a water slide was a huge hit! The house was very well stocked. There were so many options for the kids to sleep. The kitchen was huge. The owner always responded immediately. We will definitely stay in this home whenever we return to Disneyland. It was a wonderful week.

Our family of 12 adults and young adults really enjoyed this property! Both the pool and Jacuzzi were big hits, and I loved how easy it was to contact the owner so that they were heated when we were ready to use them. The location is right near Disneyland and we had the pleasure of watching the fireworks each evening. The kitchen and dining room were large and easily accommodated our big group.
Three of the five bedrooms (actually one was a playroom/bedroom) had en suite bathrooms, but there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. The dining room was big, perfect for a large Thanksgiving meal! Lots of dinnerware and cutlery. The property also contained both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We had a couple of questions for the owner, and she was very easy to reach via text and responded immediately. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommend.

This property has a great location! We were able to walk to Disney every day. The private pool and hot tub were so so nice and relaxing. This property is also amazing for kids. They have a game room and huge area for playing. Kitchen is giant and well stocked also.

I'm so happy I booked this months in advance for the Halloween weekend so I could have a small family reunion that given the number of families and people that were there, if we did this at a Disneyland property with rooms big enough to hold us all near each other, we would be looking at literally 8 to 10 times as much in cost. Sure we weren't stepping out into the park but the walk was actually very easy - especially when going to Downtown Disney and going through that monorail security entrance instead of the fiasco entrance at the front of the parks.
The bedrooms were great. Everything we needed was there and leaving the park for 3 hours with a $7 Uber to a pool/jacuzzi to rest and relax before heading back into the park was amazing.
Great communication with the owner who was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

The house itself and location was amazing. The host Diana was very nice and accommodating. We had Great Grandparents, Grandparents, kids and Grand kids on this trip. We all Loved the pool, hot tub and water slide, almost more than the 4 days at Disney parks. Besides some house repairs needing to be done. It was Amazing! We would definitely book this house again.

This is our second stay at this home. It was amazing! We have a 3, 5 and 9 yo. We came for the 9 yo birthday. We walked to Disney in the morning, back to swim midday and back to Disney in the late afternoon evening. Everything about this property is fantastic! We'd stay again

We all loved this place so much! Perfect location for a Disney vacation. Walkable from Downtown Disney, although most days we just took an Uber. Everything was clean, organized and ready to go for us. As nice as this listing is, the photos can’t capture how large this mansion is - we were blown away. The pool and backyard was perfect. The pool was the icing on the cake, right after being able to watch the Disney fireworks from the balcony! Communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. My family had a great time staying at this rental house during our trip to Disneyland. The location of the property was close and convenient which allowed us to leave Disneyland during the hottest part of the day and return later in the evening. The pool and spa were used by the kids daily and they thoroughly enjoyed the water slide. The house was in good condition and provided ample space for all of us.

Everything about this experience was extraordinary! From the check in process, to simple communications with the host, the property was even better than in the photos! Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, had a wonderful time. It was a quick 15-minute walk to the tram leading right to the Disneyland entrance. This made it easy to take breaks from the Disney crowds and lounge at the pool. Even the teenagers loved the experience!

This size of this house worked well for our group of nine. It’s a bit more of a walk to Disney than expected. We were happy to see strollers in the garage for the little ones. Everyone one really enjoyed the pool but the owner had to be contacted each time we wanted the waterfall and hot tub to be turned on. Overall, a good stay.
