Located in State of Sinaloa, this charming villa for £275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. VILLA DEL MAR at BAJA PARADISE offers Cabo Pulmo’s only oceanfront vacation-rental home in Cabo Pulmo. VILLA DEL MAR is a stunning, luxury oceanfront home offering quests conveniences not found elsewhere in Cabo Pulmo, including three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spectacular oceanfront living. Our motto is “If we don’t provide it, you probably won’t need it”. VILLA DEL MAR’s large, airy living room, with six sliding patio doors, puts you right at the ocean even when indoors streaming on our flat screen television. VILLA DEL MAR offers guests a super-complete cook’s kitchen which includes microwave oven and dishwasher with center-island seating for seven. Our dining room seats up to ten guests. VILLA DEL MAR has three large bedrooms: a king-bedroom right on the ocean with large private bath; a second bedroom which has a queen bed plus two twin beds (bunks) & private bath; and a third bedroom offering a king bed or two twin beds with a third bathroom a few steps away in the laundry building. Overflow sleeping is accommodated on VILLA DEL MAR’s covered patio on a double futon sofa. Ample patio furniture & hammocks make outdoor time perfect. BAJA PARADISE villas provide complimentary housekeeping as needed & grounds-keeping services, complimentary satellite internet, DVD players, CD stereo, dishwasher, purified water, gas BBQ, ceiling fans, and laundry facilities. Our extended family of 8 shared the villa and casa. There was plenty of space and nicely separated rooms. The houses are definitely older but maintained adequately. Highlights include the location directly on the sea, fun kayaks/SUP’s and full snorkel gear, nicely outfitted kitchen. Things to know… We had some uneven hot water supply and a few cockroaches were seen. Overall a great experience. The host and caretakers were accommodating. Cabo Pulmo is really laid back and different from other towns. It’s quiet and friendly but there’s not much to do other than relax and take in the amazing snorkeling/diving. If you are confident in the water you can easily SUP or kayak from the house to the reef in front of Pulmo which is teaming with marine life - I saw a bull shark, a morey eel and so so many fish… you can also drive to other snorkeling spots or take a tour on one of the Pulmo boats.

We had a great stay (even despite the very hot weather). The house is beautiful, SO well appointed, and we enjoyed snorkelling, swimming, playing games, eating in, and eating out at restaurants in the quiet little town of Cabo Pulmo.

This was our second trip to Cabo Pulmo. First trip we stayed more inland and we definitely enjoyed being by the ocean this time. We stayed for six nights at Villa del Mar. The house is in a great location, lots of space, and great amenities. Betsy was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay to a couple of issues that emerged beyond the owner's control. The house is definitely showing it's age but if you're not looking for a luxury experience but want an oceanside experience for a bit larger group and a fair price then this house is a great option.

We had a great stay at Villa Del Mar. The place fit our larger group and had everything we needed. The gear shed with water toys was a really nice perk. We hope to be back someday!

Cabo Pulmo is truly magical and Betsy’s place was the best. We had a lovely stay with family friends. We were a group of 8 with 4 young adult children. Cabo Pulmo is off the grid, rural, rustic and full of natural beauty. The house is full of everything you’d need including LOTS of water toys. The views of the ocean in front of the villa are lovely and nearby beaches are spectacular. The effects of climate change are sadly evident as the sea level has changed and is approaching the front breaker wall of the patio. We didn’t mind the construction to try to shore or the area, but I would be mindful of having young children unattended, which one would do near the water in any case. The outdoor area has lots of room for lounging and dining. The sleeping accommodations were flexible and some of the kids set up the futon in the living room.
We hired local folks for some great adventures snorkeling and fishing outside the Park. We enjoyed day trips to the area beaches as well.
We had an amazing time and would not hesitate to return! Thank You for sharing your home.

- the exterior of the property is in disrepair relative to the photos. The palms on the seaside are gone, and many of the terracotta tiles have broken and are in some state of under construction. There are also not stairs to access the beach from that side of the property, with a 3-5 foot drop to get down to access the beach. Again, would have been good to know w smaller kids

What a unique place to stay in such an amazing place. Right on the water, with plenty of privacy. Very well appointed kitchen. The sounds of the surf made for great sleeping conditions. We had the good fortune of visiting when the owner was in town and appreciated hearing some of the history of the place. We'll be back!

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and the beachfront setting idyllic! We cooked some meals and also visited some of the restaurants in the area. Great swimming and snorkeling right in front of the house. It was perfect!

We were wowed as we walked through the door and were met with the incredible views of the turquoise water. The layout of the common areas is perfect. We spent much of our time as a family of two couples and a grown adult, around the kitchen island and the dining table outside.
We were greeted by the on-site property manager who was very nice and welcomed us in. We did have to go back and knock on her door to ask where the third bedroom was and the laundry room...we didn't want to snoop around as another rental is on the property. We did not see her again for the rest of our stay, but we did know how to contact her which suited us fine.
My husband and I enjoyed the front master bedroom with the water view and sounds of the sea. The other bedrooms are not of equal 'value' so need to figure it out. We ended up paying a larger share of the rent. The other couple slept in the room with a queen and bunks and the single adult slept the in the bedroom not attached to the house (you need to go outside to access the bathroom for this bedroom). We had read all of the reviews and figured all of this out ahead of time so there were no surprises when we arrived.
We would not hesitate to rent or rave about this property. It is a gem in an area that has so few rentals, especially with this type of water view. Many thanks!

Beautiful home in beautiful spot!
As advertised, Villa Del Mar is a very beautiful home, really well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. It is right at the spot where some of the diving/snorkeling boats launch, and my grandchildren loved watching the boats going out and coming back. We loved our vacation there. Only warning is that the third bedroom is actually in a separate building - so don't plan on having young children sleeping there - we just all piled into the two bedrooms in the main house. Also be sure to stock up on groceries BEFORE arriving into Cabo Pulmo.

True Paradise
I stayed in the CASA and it was wonderful. Everything I needed was right there. All the beach toys you could possibly need. Plus great restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

For the PERFECT Vacation...This is it!!
This is the ultimate getaway! We have stayed several times at the Villa and have to tear ourselves away when it's time to go home! The house is amazing! It is wonderfully decorated and the staff is first class. There is plenty of nature watching (we saw whales everyday for 10 days) and I love that the beach toys and snorkeling equipment are available for us to use. My friends can't believe the water is as blue as it is in my pictures! I got my scuba certification at the local dive shop there few years ago and couldn't believe on my second dive I was in one of the most beautiful reefs in the world! We are planning our return trip as I write this!!

I stayed at El Nido with 3 friends in May 2012. We had a great time in Cabo Pulmo. The service by the property owner was excellent. El Nido is a very comfortable place to stay.

Paradise and more!
Just walk out onto the beautiful patio overlooking the sea, the moon, the roaming horses and you'll realize that you are in paradise. Beautiful, spacious, clean, this home is perfect. We walked to our snorkeling excursion, restaurants, hiking trails, and a very nice organic grocery. We will be back.

Best place to stay in Cabo Pulmo!
We stayed at BAJA PARADISE for a week in VILLA DEL MAR, the only beachfront rental in town. We've been to Cabo Pulmo many times but this is the first time we stayed in VILLA DEL MAR. This is by far the very nicest rental in Cabo Pulmo. All the other rentals I've stayed lack in comparison. To be able to be right on the beach, have TV, internet, maid service, use of ocean stuff like kayaks and snorkel gear, made our stay the best ever. Son't let the price scare you away! Even though there are some cheap rentals in Cabo Pulmo, you don't get what you don't pay for. BAJA PARADISE offers the best value of all because they've thought of everything, all of which is already on the property for you to use and enjoy. We're already planning our return trip to BAJA PARADISE~
