This house, situated on the bayside of Long Beach Island is a short walk to the beach with a traffic light for easy/safe access across the boulevard, a half of block from the bay with a beach shore line, and the best part.... 1/2 mile from Fantasy Island and all of Beach Havens attractions. Enjoy days spent at the beach, evenings on the Ferris Wheel or take a walk to the bay to watch the sunset with cocktails in hand. The second floor unit has an open concept feel with new appliances, views of the bay and a private ROOF deck with adirondeck chairs for enjoying coffee and a good book in the morning or watching the sunset with a glass of wine at night. There are 2 bedrooms, a trundle with two twin beds in one, a queen size bed in the other, also the living room couch has a pull out queen bed for additional sleeping. Apartment size washer/dryer in master bedroom closet. The 2nd floor has a deck that is being built in the Spring of 2024 for private outdoor dining and relaxing. There is a foot wash and outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach and 2 parking spots per unit. Again, leave your cars in their spots and walk/bike ride to all that LBI has to offer. Did I mention there is an ice cream shop at the end of the corner and wonderful restaurants within a few blocks? This home on Waverly Ave. is the perfect location for your next vacation on Long Beach Island. 3 Beach badges are included. Linens and towels are not provided. Had a great long MDW weekend in this space. The second floor apartment is incredibly spacious with a full kitchen and living room, and private roof deck. The AC worked great, rooms had comfy beds, and was in perfect proximity to all the things you want to do in Beach Haven. Owners were responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was clean and with everything needed. We stayed 2 weeks and all of us had a great time. Susie and Mike were very responsive when contacting them. The roof was our favorite place followed by the backyard. Close enough to walk to beach, restaurants and attractions and still quiet at night. We highly recommend this rental. We are planning to reserve again for 2022 👍

We had a wonderful time at the second floor unit of this property. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had a gas stove (which we used a few times to cut down on eating out). The sunsets from the rooftop deck were lovely! I recommend bringing a small outdoor lantern if you'd like to hang out on the rooftop deck after the sun starts to set as there are no outdoor lights that we could find up there. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This property was perfect for our family of four with two kids ages 10 and 7. Sunset and bay views swim the roof deck, quick walk/bike to a variety of eateries and attractions, 5 min walk to the beach, what more could you ask for? Unit was clean and adequate and communication with the owner was impeccable. Highly recommended - would stay here again!

Great location, property, and vacation. We were looking to have some family time close to the beach. This property was close to both the beach and the bay and we ended up spending quite a bit of time paddle boarding and kayaking on the bay. You can park the car and leave it for the week.

Perfect for a family trip. The washer and dryer are inside of the master bedroom so you can pack less. The open living space was great during meal time. Overall nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We had a very nice vacation here. The neighborhood is very quiet. Upstairs apartment was clean. Downstairs vacationers were very nice. I would add beach badges to the package since there were none when we arrived. Basically, all you need at the shore. Looking forward to next year already.

Clean, comfortable, room with a great location. Nice open concept in living areas. We like being near the bay for the sunsets, which could be viewed from the roof deck. It was within walking distance of a number of attractions either north, south, or east on the island. Ice cream stand was right there on the boulevard and restaurants close by, too.

Owner's agent a doll and very responsive and pleasant! Unit is small - LR open to kitchen, two small(ish) bedrooms, and bath, but rooftop patio (for use only by second floor renter - us!) was very nice and has good views of bay. Living room loveseat and arm chair need to be replaced or well cleaned, as does the carpeting in the LR and "master" bedroom. No large frying pan, cheese grater, pasta colander and some other kitchen ware you'd expect to find. Outdoor shower the bomb as was Weber grill (easy to operate and automatic on) with picnic table(s) for dining. Reasonably good location. Enjoy if you come!

Very nice beach house but small. We loved the open living and kitchen area. We stayed on the first floor last year and although that was nice as well I think I like the layout of the 2nd floor better. Nice back yard and great outside shower. The washer and dryer was a plus. Curtains in bedrooms would be nice. Even with blinds it was so bright in the morning which woke my grandson up earlier than we would have liked lol. Overall we enjoyed the house.

We loved it here. The home was so clean and came with literally everything you need. It felt like home. There is a washer and dryer. And the roof top was beautiful. It's so close to everything, fantasy island and bay village are within walking distance same with ice cream, fine dining and golfing. Easy walk to the beach. There is wifi. And the landlord was so helpful with all my questions. I absolutely recommend this rental and intend to rent again
