Nestled in Seabrook Island, this charming house for £296 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 915 Sealoft From the moment you walk to the front deck, you will be struck by the peace and serenity of the marsh that surrounds this home. But the marsh view is not the only highlight. Upon entering, you will notice the simple beauty of this appointed home. The deep green and blue decor offers a cheery retreat. Hardwood floors add warmth to this open home. An electric fireplace adds ambiance on crisp evenings. Enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the large 4K HDTV. The wall of windows allow sunlight and lush views. Comfortable furnishings invite you to relax. The updated kitchen features soft gray granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a deep sink, and pretty white cabinetry. Glass doors offer a glimpse into the well stocked cabinets. This is a chef's paradise. The island even has seating so you can enjoy company while you cook. The dining area is surrounded by windows allowing sunlight to stream. The rich wood dining table seats 6. The open floor plan allows a great flow of conversation between your family and friends. Barbecue on the gas grill stored under the home. There are three bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king sized bed, an HDTV, en suite bath, and sliding doors to one of the home's 3 decks. The master bath has a large vanity and a shower. The deck has a bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the egrets fish for their breakfast. The 2nd bedroom is also on the first level and has a queen bed, an HDTV an adjoining, updated bath (also accessible from the hall) with a shower/tub. Head upstairs to the loft that has 2 twin beds and desk with a TV and DVD player. The loft nook overlooks the living room and offers space to read or play a game on the small table for two. Sliding doors lead to a deck with chairs. Catch the sun's rays or watch the stars shine at night. The view of the lush marsh is breathtaking no matter what time of year you are here. There is an outdoor patio with with chairs and table facing a large grassy area for playing yard games. There is also an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach. While peaceful and serene, this home is also conveniently located to so many of Seabrook's amenities. It is only a matter of steps to the recently improved Sealoft community pool. A short walk takes you to the beach boardwalk with miles of beach and the beautiful Atlantic. The Beach Club pools, Seabrook Island Club, Pelican's Nest restaurant and golf courses are only a half-mile away. ** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (legally 2 Bedroom + loft) Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Up to (1) dog (up to 30lbs) welcome! Additional fee to apply. Great location, beautifully appointed, and access to all of Seabrook's amenities! This is the perfect villa to spend your Seabrook vacation! Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0814

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Not only was it well equipped and beautifully decorated, it was spotless…I mean beyond clean! With just a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from each of the three porches, our stay was everything we could have wished for. We have stayed in many places on Seabrook but this is definitely our favorite- will book again!

Great location but serious roach problem
The location of this villa is amazing. Very close to beach and Ocean Club. The pool two doors down is great as well. However, this villa has a significant roach problem that needs to be addressed and the kitchen had dirty dishes put away and dog food still in bowls from the previous renters when we arrived.

Convenient location!
This property is close to boardwalk 3 and the community pool. We have stayed in Sealoft villas before and love the quiet friendly neighborhood! This villa had everything we needed in the kitchen and also access to their storage room with extra bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs and more. The outside patio overlooking yard/marsh area was wonderful! Outdoor shower is a must at the beach and this was a nice one. There is also a hose at the front of the villa with a great nozzle for cleaning off sand from beach equipment. My only complaint would be the upstairs loft area gets hot. There is a AC unit vented out the window but it just had a hard time cooling it down. Temp would be 80 upstairs. Great decks and a fun time had by all! Thanks!

Clean and fairly comfy. A few updates to the master would be greatly appreciated. The owner left bikes to use, and that was really lovely. The community pool was so close and we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Experience
We loved our stay at Seabrook. The house was so cute and perfectly decorated, and the beach was only about a five minute walk. I loved waking up early to watch the sunrise, and seeing all the wildlife.
The check in and check out process was easy. Everything was described and the house was spotless. We took advantage of the bikes, and the Lake House. The market was a short drive, and the Beach Club was a nice walk. My favorite things about the house were the three balconies with such nice views, and the comfy beds. We stayed in the sea turtle decorated room, and loved it.
Charleston was about a 40 minute drive, so we enjoyed all the typical tourist activities. This was a gift to my parents for their 70th birthdays, and they could not have been happier (especially after having to wait a whole year when Covid forced us to reschedule.)
This was our second time with Coastal Getaways, and I highly recommend staying at any of their properties. We hope to be back soon!

Great beach vacation home.
We’ve stayed on Seabrook Island many times and in the Sealoft neighborhood 4-5 times. This is the nicest Sealoft home we’ve stayed in. While all Sealoft villas have A/C that is uneven across rooms we were OK with the cooling. Lovely updated kitchen, comfy living room furniture and beds. We hope to return.

Fabulous location & needs some maintenance
Being within walking distance to the beach was a fabulous feature, we took advantage of this every day. Also loved being able to include our little dog on this month long vacation. The photos accurately show the property, however, some deep cleaning & minor repairs could go a long way in getting an excellent rating. We’d rent this cottage again.

We had such an amazing time in Seabrook. Everything was just as advertised. The villa was comfortable and clean. We were in close proximity to the beach and beach club. The amenities included with the access cards were wonderful. It was a dream vacation and we can’t wait to go back.

the Rental company was great about sending me emails to make check in quick and convenient. All my questions were answered before I could ask them! The house was nicely furnished, we loved the amenities and having the amenity cards included with the rental was wonderful! We also REALLY appreciated the wonderful extras that came with the home to make going to the beach not just easy but Possible! I don’t know what we would have done without the beach wagon to help haul our things back and fourth! And the beach chairs provided were nicer than the ones I brought! Could have left ours home and had so much extra room in the car!😂we very much enjoyed our relaxing vacation and would rent this villa again!

Perfect vacation!
I live on Cape Cod and love the ocean beaches and beautiful marshes here. However, the early spring can be gray and chilly – Seabrook Island was the perfect escape to enjoy some warm sun and water. Our Sealoft home was welcoming and so comfortable- we left knowing that we would return! The house is well situated for privacy and stunning marsh views, yet close enough to all that Seabrook has to offer. We appreciated the beach chairs, home conveniences and beautiful details. If you like to prepare your meals on vacation, the kitchen has all you need for preparation and serving. We simply enjoyed morning coffee on one of the decks overlooking the marsh. Thank you!
