Completely remodeled in May 2022, Condo A11 boasts all new living room, dining room, bedroom furniture & window coverings. New Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. Ceiling fans provide air movement as well. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. Our well-appointed KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home. Please plan accordingly if you need more of these incidentals during your stay. The bathroom features a glass wall, walk-in shower & grab bar. There is a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Your favorite hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you. Enjoy a quiet, tranquil night’s sleep on a new KING mattress & quality sheets. Room darkening window coverings ensure you'll be able to sleep in if needed. From our OCEANFRONT PATIO & POOL, you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated & stretching for miles in either direction. You'll find plenty shade under lawn & table umbrellas - perfect for reading that book you borrowed from our library. Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA, beach cooler & beach towels await you in the condo closet. Two oceanfront BBQ grills are where you'll create your island cuisine while gathering with family & friends. You'll love the ocean view from your lanai after you've spent the day in the sun. Start your day with a RELAXING beachfront walk, followed by stand-up paddle boarding in the serene waters of our incredible bay! Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas just steps from the beach. Start each morning with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am daily). Evenings, watch BEAUTIFUL sunsets while grilling dinner & sipping tropical adult beverages. Safeway, Target, Walmart & Costco (as well as local shops) are all located less than a 15-minute drive away. A short walk down the beach you’ll find a Fresh Produce Market featuring locally grown produce & flowers; ABC Store for those forgotten grocery items; Sugar Beach Bakery, known for it's fresh-baked malasadas, coffee & bakery items; & Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui!) There are an abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale nearby in South Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, perfect for getting your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight. One of the unparalled advantages to our property is access to whale watching from the beautifully maintained grounds of the beachfront patio. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui.
