Our family had a wonderful stay in the Condo.The sofa bed had foam mattress which was very comfortable to sleep. The kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery, so we were able to cook our meals everyday. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony plus watching the whales was a bonus.And a few steps from the back of the building gets you to a small beach where we watched the turtles swimming back to the beach in the evening. It is very close to the Maalaea Harbor from where most of the snorkeling tours to Molokini crater starts. Great place!

What a little gem to have found! Beautiful lanai space to watch whales that put on quite the show in January! The sea turtles coming up on shore every evening was a bonus! Enjoyed using the pool and just a short walk down the back sidewalk to a perfect little (not crowded) sandy beach. Couple really good restaurants nearby. We will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend to others. The ocean view is beautiful. We were volunteering with the Humane Society & needed to be at different places on the Island, so the location was convenient. It's a15-25 min drive to East, West & South Maui. However, not much to do in the immediate vicinity, if that is important to you. There is a beach in front of the condo, but the tide was too high to use while we were there. A nice beach is a 5 minute walk away. The condo is a bit dated, but the price was very reasonable; don't know if this is the normal price or discounted, as many of the condo's were, due to lack of visitors to Maui after the fires. A few housekeeping items could be improved. While the floor was clearly vacuumed, it was not mopped. My feet were black walking around, so I wore socks. I'm 115 lbs and sunk into the bed mattress. We took the sheets off and saw that the bed had been made with the bottom of the mattress up. We flipped it so the pillow top was on the top, and it was fine. It is the first condo I have rented that did not have shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. No big deal, but that little extra would be a nice touch. Cleaning supplies were also lacking. I try to respect the condo's I stay in & realize some do not. But there is quite a list of housekeeping duties you are asked to do for checkout & would have been difficult if we took the early flight we originally planned. Not an issue if you are checking out at 11am.

The condominium is right on the rocky beach with great ocean views. It’s a one bedroom suitable for a single or couple. I rented a car so it was very easy to go all over the island from there. I did take the tour “Road to Hana” & so happy I didn’t drive it! I drove up to the 10,000 foot summit & all around the beaches. Look for the green sea turtles arriving around evening at the beach outside of the unit. The patio needs to be cleaned before every rental & better instructions about the timer on the AC. Also, I have never had to add water above a dryer so I wasn’t quite sure about that & didn’t see a lint filter on the dryer. The owner was very easy to contact.

My husband, two kids and I just stayed a week here and loved every minute. The view is amazing, really enjoyed having morning coffee with the sunrise, but also a nice evening drink on the lanai with the moon shining over the water was equally beautiful. We loved the location as it’s in the middle of the island so was not too long of a drive to get to many other locations. I know some say this particular area gets very windy and it is but we enjoyed the wind because it didn’t feel as hot/humid and cools off the condo nicely. We saw quite a few sea turtles during our trip but we saw the most right there at the condo. We could always see them by the rocks near the BBQ’s and sometimes 6-7 at one time, my daughter especially loved that. A few of the days we just went to the beach that’s a short 5min walk from the condo which was so nice to have it right there. We did snorkel here too but it’s best in the morning for clarity of the water. We also enjoyed the harbor/shops/aquarium all within walking distance. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We feel lucky to have found this and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Donna!

We had a lovely stay in Donna’s condo. Pros: The views were unbeatable, the breeze felt great, close to lovely beach up the street which was not crowded and gave it a private feel. Walk down a bit and it was quite sandy with minimal rocks. We got to see turtles come up on the beach at sundown, a must see. Beach chairs & umbrella available should you need them. Useful kitchen amenities were available should you want to have a few meals at home. Pool was lovely. Free parking is always a bonus and the property was well maintained. Cons: Not much within walking distance so if you don't plan on renting a car, this may not be the location for you. We had a slight hiccup at check in with a misunderstanding but Donna responded immediately and rectified the situation which was appreciated. You can rest assured if something goes amiss she will be there. Kihei was about a 15-20 min drive and was our favourite spot to hang out and Wailea Beach was not far as well. Worth a visit to spend the day. Lahaina was also about 25 min away. For the price, you really could do much, much worse, especially since Maui is so expensive. We were grateful we had such a decent & affordable place to stay with a great beach nearby.
