The condo was clean and in an amazing location (walking distance to anywhere you'd want to go downtown). We planned our trip to Cabo at the last minute, and there was not much availability at other properties, so we feel so lucky we found this gem. In addition to being a great location, the front desk staff was very helpful answering a few questions we had and arranging a taxi for us to the airport the night before an early morning flight.

It was the contractor pulling Shenanigans (Just like the U. S. 😁) Lulu even arranged a nice spot to get married. This is the only place we will ever stay in Cabo. If location is important to you ... this place is perfect!Very close to restaurants, bars, beach and both of our boating activities began at the marina.The front "large" balcony overlooks the charming and surprisingly quiet marina. The owner was very communicative. Thanks Nancy.

The property seems a bit dated and requires some basic maitainence like grout, paint, fixtures and most definitely a deep cleaning...But again, the location is exceptional.

Perfect location to everything Cabo. Condo was great and had everything we needed. Deck had ample space with great Marina views and great people watching! We initially were concerned about noise being on the Marina however it was a non issue because the Sliding glass door door was well built and kept out nearly all noise. The a/c fan handled everything else. Nancy was great and the staff at MCP made check in and check out quick and seamless. Will definitely be back!

First of all we would like to thank you Nancy and Pete for allowing us to stay in your condo we had a fabulous time and was a pleasure to meet the both of you.My wife and I stayed there for 5 weeks which included Christmas and New Years,the unit is very clean and spacious for two people.If you want to be right in the middle of all the action this is the place to be,you are walking distance to everything you need.The balcony over looks the Malecon in the marina,we spent many hours their people watching.The unit is very well equipped with all your needs met.From beach chairs and umbrella to everything you will need to fulfill your cooking needs.The only small complaint I have is that we couldn't sleep with the patio doors open as we like the fresh air due to the noise from across the marina from all the nightclubs.If I had of brought earplugs then it would of been doable.But with the doors closed you do not hear any of the noise.Once again Nancy Abby and I thank you and Pete and it sure was nice to meet your mom as well,pretty spry for 97 years young.If you guys are ever up in Canada in our neck of the woods please drop us a line we would love to get together,we look forward to returning to Cabo and would love to stay in your condo again. Our 2nd visit to Marina Cabo Plaza was as extraordinary as the first. We returned to this unit after having been fully satisfied with the amenities and location last year. It was almost like coming home (if home happens to be in paradise). The condo is a short (5 minute) walk from Medano Beach. Although the path to the beach displays some effects from hurricane Odile, it remains an easy walk. Medano beach is one of the few "swimable" beaches in Cabo. The water is clean and most often - calm. Our favourite part of this condo is the huge balcony. For morning coffee, pre-dinner cocktails, or a late evening nightcap, there is no better place to be. There is plenty of room out here to barbeque and dine and we had as many as 6 people eating at the outdoor table. The staff at Marina Cabo Plaza are warm, friendly and inviting. This also extends to the staff at all surrounding establishments (Mango Cantina, Mis Suentos, El Patio Choyero and The Usual Suspects). It was so wonderful to be welcomed back with hugs from the staff that we met last year. We have visited many different vacation destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, but have never experienced a place that felt so much like our second home....even moments after arriving! I can't wait to return again next year. The owner is a pleasure to deal with....prompt with communication and always ready to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We spent 2 weeks at the Marina Cabo Plaza and it was absolutely idyllic. The unit is very spacious (compared to other units we viewed). The key feature for us was the balcony. We like to spend as much time as possible outdoors and the balcony was our home early in the AM as well as for post-beach cocktails. We were travelling with 2 other couples and were all staying in the Marina Cabo Plaza. The unit was large enough for us to gather, prepare dinner on the barbeque and all eat together on the balcony. There is plenty of closet and storage space so we weren't tripping on suitcases all the time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are somewhat flat. The air conditioner worked very well and was not noisy. Preparing meals on the barbeque was fine and the 2 burner hotplate provided adequate backup for cooking vegetables and making rice. A trip to Walmart provided the groceries we needed for our occasional "eat-in" meals and cost $10US each way for a cab. The unit is up a flight of stairs which is secured by a locking gate. You must remember to take a key with you to get out of the stairway, but this extra level of security is welcome. Working with Nancy (the owner) was a treat! In addition to making our transactions very smooth, she also helped our friends find another unit in the same facility so that we could all vacation together. We loved spending time on the quiet end of Medano Beach...just a couple blocks from the front door. You can rent umbrellas there and enjoy quiet time on the beach without the steady stream of vendors. (visit the little shack at the entrance to the beach - "Blue Umbrella Activities"). The condo comes complete with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Medano Beach is one of the nicest beaches we have seen anywhere in the world. The sand is not powder fine but is certainly not too grainy. There are no rocks, coral or seaweed....just pristine, clear water. Some people complain about the sellers on the marina, but we treated them with respect, politely said no gracias, and within a couple days they became our "friends" and addressed us by name. Be kind and polite to them and just enjoy being addressed as Amiga and Amigo. We fell in love with this place so quickly that we rebooked for next year on our 2nd day of vacation. The condo is not brand new - no granite and stainless steel showpiece, but it is comfortable, very well equipped, in an outstanding location and is truly a piece of paradise.

My husband and I just spent 6 wonderful days in at Marina Cabo Plaza. The unit was comfortable, clean and provided us with everything we needed. Our favorite part by far was the veranda overlooking the harbor. Watching it come alive in the early hours with our cups of tea and coffee and then at the end of the day when the fishing boats returned with our happy hour margaritas. We loved that everything was just a short walk away. The reception staff were very helpful in negotiating great rates for our activities - zip lining, wave runner and snorkel trip to Pelican rock by Lover's beach. We loved the following restaurants: Mi Casa, Gardenia's, the Office and for my birthday dinner, Edith's. We look forward to future visits to Marina Cabo Plaza.

The location was excellent, and as the header says, for me, it was a piece of Paradise. Thoroughly enjoyed the ability during the day to take a short (maybe 5 minute) walk to the beach, and in the evening the short walk (maybe another 5 minute walk) into downtown Cabo to enjoy the food, and spirits, and to watch the people. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing, for those times when I decided to chill. The opportunity to shop and look thru the many duty-free shops, and stores with items indiginous to the area was amazing as well. On my next trip, I anticipate trying the fishing, as well as a sunset cruise. Many different things to do. I own a place in Florida that I visit frequently, and this will be a nice alternative for me going forward.

We returned yesterday from a 5 day/4 night stay here and had a great time. The staff on site is excellent and we found that it was simple to reserve with Nancy via email and phone, and then pay the mgmt. staff upon arrival. The staff was a great help in finding the best places to go and how to get there. The location is overlooking the busy marina. While not exactly quiet, it's also not too loud to sleep with the patio door open, which we did every night. There's lots of boats and people coming and going and always something interesting to watch. There are lots of restaurants and shopping choices on the marina boardwalk. Medano beach is about a five minute walk away and it's a very beautiful beach. It has quiet areas and sections with lots of fun activities and food and drink. Any activity that you can think of is available at the marina or medano beach. The village is likewise about a 5 minute walk away. It starts across the street from the marina and mall. We walked a lot in the village at night and never did it feel unsafe. This is a very friendly town. The room (101a) is very nice. It has a comfortable queenbed, TV w/DVD and a few movies, A/C, ceiling fan, and a small stereo to dock your iPOD. There's also a loungechair, plenty of closet space, a dining table with 2 chairs, a nice kitchenette with a large counter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, hotplate and plenty of dishes and utensils. There's only one frying pan, but really there's everything one would need for a complete meal if needed. We did no cooking. The patio is small but adequate and has a good sized table and two chairs. All floors and counters and the large shower are mexican tile. It's very nice and nicely decorated too. There is off street parking near the entrance of the room. We thought it was a very good value for the price and would stay there again as well as recommend it to a friend. Our favorite restaurant was Las Tres Islas. it's about a 10 minute walk through the marina and into the villiage. It is an open air place that was recommended by locals and the seafood was the best we had at the best prices as well. It's worth finding early on. This condo is a good choice for a fun, centrally located stay.
