Wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in Vercorin! Das Haus würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist top, die Wohnungen sind sehr modern gestaltet und das Personal äusserst hilfbereit und freundlich.

Nous avons séjourné trois jours (deux nuitées) dans le complexe de Vercorin. Le personnel hôtelier et l'infrastructure sont de qualité supérieure. Le personnel est accueillant et compétent. Le bâtiment et le mobilier sont récents, propres et cossus. Le restaurant The Bistrot est agréable, mais la cuisine ferme rapidement s'il n'y a pas de client. Ils ont refusé de nous servir à 20:30, ceci n'est pas en adéquation avec le standing du complexe.

Pour la 5ème année, nous avons réservé dans la résidence parce que jusqu'à présent nous avions beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Mais cette année nous avons d'abord été désagréablement surpris par le prix à la réservation. Et ensuite, déçu par l'appartement qui était plus petit que les précédents, avec une vue pas terrible et très bruyant (donnant sur la rue et en face d'une résidence avec des camps de ski...).

Schade das der Alarm im Spa ausgelöst wurde und niemand darauf reagierte, resp.der Alarm auch nicht von Gästen ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Konnte so an diesem Abend die Sauna leider nicht besuchen.

Die Nähe zur Gondel war top! Erste Bergfahrt, Mittagessen in der Wohnung und letzte Talabfahrt - perfekt!

Das einzige was uns störte waren die Preise im Restaurant und dass die Speisekarte weder auf DE oder EN gab. Es ist leider nicht wirklich ein Familienfreundliches Restaurant obwohl alles sonst sehr für Familien ausgerichtet ist. Das fanden wir schade

Die Nähe zur Gondel war top! Erste Bergfahrt, Mittagessen in der Wohnung und letzte Talabfahrt - perfekt!

An ein wenig Ruhe war nicht zu denken. Die Appartments zum Innenhof oder hinten Richtung Strasse waren jeweils viel ruhiger.

A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un petit souci de fuite sous la lavabo ds la salle de bain et le lendemain matin le problème a été réglé avec une grande efficacité et comme toujours le personnel est toujours très aimable !!! Merci pour cette jolie semaine !

Sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles ist gut organisiert und das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das online Vorab-CheckIn war einfach und zeitsparend.
