Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three Cal-King beds, one queen bed, and two children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds. Beautiful scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house. The Cal-King Master bedroom with upgraded on-suite: Marble countertops, travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack 'N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgrade marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children's rooms share the final Jack n' Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have 47' LCD tv with cable tv. Spacious open concept Kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two dining tables provide plenty of seating for the whole family, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Beautiful sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead you to the rear yard. In-ground pebble tec pool, with a Baja shelf, jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage for guests' use. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central a/c and heating. Nice short walk to Disney & Disney tram. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. 2 cars in standard-size garage (NO SUVs, NO large trucks, one small car parallel to the garage). 1 car in driveway parallel to garage and we have 1 parking pass for the street in front of our home. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102 *All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. I loved it because it was clean and close to Disney. We chose it because of pool and spa. I really appreciated that it wasn’t overly decorated in Disney themes like several others in the area.

4 adults, 1 teen, 1tween, and 2 under 10. Used strollers for our “food baby” and younger ones with tired legs after long days at the park, wished there were plastic containers for bringing food into park- but grateful for the stroller- well beyond “stroller age”
Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, although it is listed as heated, and is not unless you push a series of improperly labeled buttons.
The beds were very accommodating for our party, some are more comfortable than others- so worth inspecting prior to choosing which is right for you.
Kitchen was nice and had all the dishes needed for meals at the house after long days in the park.

We had a family of 10, six adults and 4 kids and we all had a great stay. Agree with the other review that the pool alarm is annoying but with a 2 year old I definitely appreciate the need for safety reasons. The beds were super comfortable. Great communication with the host. Will stay again!

The house overall was great. Definitely a lot of weird rules like AC couldn’t be set below 72*, couldn’t use garbage disposal, quiet hours were 10pm-9am (very late in the morning in my opinion), etc.
The biggest issue we had was that the house is advertised to be a 1/2 mile walk to DisneyLand but it is not at all. Any entrance (including downtown Disney) is at least 1.5 miles. Very glad my family and I decided to rent a vehicle as we originally were not going to due to the property being so close to the park but figured with a 1 year old having a car is best. Very very glad we rented a vehicle as we would have been using Uber to and from the park had we not.
Again, nice house just make sure you read all of the instructions and rules and be informed the house is NOT 1/2 mile from DisneyLand

We had a girls weekend and absolutely loved this house. It is super close to Disneyland. The whole house is very comfy. The only thing we couldn't figure out of was the hot tub but that was totally us. We will be staying here any time it is available for our upcoming girls trip each year.

My wife lost my ring and the amazing cleaning lady found it for me in no time after we left! Fantastic honest staff, and responsive management. House is very clean, and nicely renovated, especially with the three beautiful bathrooms. Lots of room to spread out, clean pool and hot tub. Minutes from Disneyland, it was perfect. Thank you!

Property was more than what we needed, but the combination of location and pool lined up very well for our week-long stay. Clean, relatively well equipped, and great pool area. Property managers were proactive, working around our schedules to have some maintenance done in the house so that it wasn't disruptive to our stay.
While other reviews seem to complain about rules for the property, the complaints are unwarranted as these are municipal rules that the property managers do a good job of informing you of both in advance and on site (such as noise bylaws). They are not the least bit intrusive and very easy to work with.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There isn’t enough room to park a full sized car in the driveway and there’s only one place to park on the street. Older but well cared for home. Definitely too far for most to walk to Disneyland though. It’s not too far from the backside of the Park, but there’s no entrance there. Would stay here again.

Awesome home! Has everything and tons of room for multiple families. Quick walk to Disney or $6 Uber. Enough TVs for everyone. Quiet rooms for those who need to sleep vs staying up late. Fully loaded kitchen and plenty of seating. Warm pool with great safety in place if little children. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our trip. A group of us were there for a conference at the convention center and it was a convenient location. The house was nice. The customer service and communication from the management company was exceptional, the best I've experienced in a long time.

Great property beautiful time. A fence around the pool would have been nicer than the alarm if you dont remember to hit the button by the top. But good if kids around. Twice had problems with hot tub turning on but quick fix and quick response by management. Overall great time and beatufil place conveniently located

Family fun
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great because it was close to food and Disneyland. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The only thing I didn’t love about the house was the parking. The driveway was so small we had to parallel park and could not park in front of the house or the street. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect place for our famiky vacation to Disneyland. We have 6 kids and typically places big/comfortable enough for our family are tough to find. This was great. We even had two rooms we didn’t even use. Every famiky trip to Disney we’re going to search for this place first.
