This cozy home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a few days away from the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very clean. It was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. We definite would seek this property out again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was immaculately clean. Management was very accessible and responsive to our only concern (with cable tv). It was resolved within an hour. I would recommend staying here.

The house was exactly as advertised, was clean, and was in a good area, centrally located in Cape Cod. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wide range of age groups, from grandparents to infants, and everyone was happy.

My family and I just stayed at this lovely, spacious home. Very clean, well appointed. Two small heads up: the fireplace in the living room has a notice on it that only the owners can use it. Owner said they will update the listing to reflect that. Also, no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap so be sure to bring your own. Huge backyard. Very short drive to the Chatham Main Street and lighthouse. We were all huge fans of the place and my family and I felt very spoiled. Thank you!

This home is in a great location and has great amenities. The yard is very private and we enjoyed spending family time there with our dogs.

I need to commend your cleaning company very nice work the home was immaculate when we arrived. The new AC wall units were outstanding during a very hot week and the cellar with almost new ping pong table was a nightly retreat. The backyard was perfect great Weber grill and fire pit was such a nice touch which we took advantage of. Overall I’d say great rental and would highly recommend for new and old visitors to Chatham. Last thing the location is insane being a few miles from downtown but all the stores literally a half mile away was so amazing the location is probably one of the best parts of the stay. Enjoy!

Not to be ignored...is the location. House is so close to downtown Chatham..we would go out for icecream some nights...and as we can attest..Chatham is the cutest town on the Cape.

The house was worn down, filthy couch, never vacuumed under furniture.
I would not recommend this property for a vacation rental, this was very disappointing. I will only rent through a realtor in the future.

Not so happy campers.
The management company was very professional, nice to talk with and responsive. The property itself was difficult. There is no air-conditioning on the main floor (living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms have underpowered window units that were very loud all night long. The property is getting old and needs care as the deck collapsed on us during dinner. The windows and screens were really dirty. Will not return to this property.

A lovely home in Chatham
This was a lovely home. It was close to all beaches in Chatham and the “downtown” area. The house was big enough for 6 and did not feel crowded. It was unfortunately unseasonably hot when we got there so the house was very uncomfortable for a couple days, as only the bedrooms have air conditioning. The outside patio furniture and grill were lovely as well. During our stay there was a tornado and many of the trees in the backyard were broken , luckily nothing was too damaged. Our power was lost for several days , but the rental company brought us flashlights the first night so that was very nice. I am sure they will have many properties to clean up after the bad weather, but they were very nice when I called to report the damages. A strange twist to the vacation, but I would definitely stay here or at another DelMar property again!

DARLING, QUAINT, PERFECT
Never been to the Cape, after much research decided to stay in Chatham for a 5 day girls trip with my Mom & Sister in law.
This house can sleep way more people than the 3 of us, but it was fantastic to have our own separate bedrooms & bathrooms.
The house truly couldn’t have been cuter.
Very nice yard/patio/picnic table in the back we would have used more if it wasn’t as chilly.
Lots of privacy here on a small side street with plenty of evergreens shielding neighbors, esp at the back. Fun to watch bunnies come into the yard in the afternoon & dusk.
If I come back to Chatham - and I’d like to-I would look into renting this place again.

Perfect house for our stay on Cape Cod with everything we needed
The house was warm and welcoming when we arrived on a chilly March day. Kitchen was fully equipped with all that our family needed.
House was clean and very comfortable, lovely place to come home to at the end of our busy days on Cape. Would definitely recommend

Great Place!
This house was great! Close to stores, restaurants, beaches and downtown. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was a plus since we had our family with us. Also, being able to bring our dog was nice so we didn't have to kennel her. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We made a call to maintenance to replace the outside lightbulbs and he came out promptly. Would definitely rent here again!

Simply awesome
Rented house for week for family vacation. Completely exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Very spacious, great yard, convenient to town and to both Oyster Pond and Hardings Beach. Spacious enough for 8 adults, 2 dogs and 2 18 month olds. Would highly recommend this property and the property manager. Will look to book with this group again.

Wonderful clean home in the heart of Cape Cod.
We were so pleased with the accommodations this house had to offer. Very comfortable and clean that was a perfect location to get to different towns on the cape. There was a ping pong table, video games for the kids, spotless kitchen, ample comfy space for everyone. and a location close to town. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous Cape Cod Home!
The home is super clean and comfortable. It is well maintained and well appointed. Nice layout inside and out. Wonderful private flat yard with patio and outdoor shower. Plenty of room for outdoor play and entertaining. The interior has all tastefully decorated and has great space for an extended family. The bedrooms are all situated for private space. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, utensils, and cookware. There are PLENTY of wine glasses and coffee cups which is always important for an enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect for a long walk to the beaches or to Chatham Center (short drive to both). It is nice that it is one block over from Dunkin Donuts, Liquor Store and some local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a nice walk on the beach and a Wedding at the Chathams Bar Inn while we were there. We also spent time at Squires and shopping in Chatham. I hope to have another opportunity to stay at the Salty Seashell! The management company was fabulous as well. They were communicative. Check in and Check out was easy and well directed.

Very neat and clean.Nice location,centrally located to everything
We just loved the house for the most part.A few suggestions are,it would be nice to have a tv in the rooms,if not all at least the larger adult bedrooms.On both days the shower water was luke warm,not to enjoyable.On the outside,the chairs to the table are ripped,looks like you might fall through if you sit in one.Having to make the beds when we got there was a slight disappointment.Also they should ck after people leave that all windows are locked. when we arrived there was 4 windows left unlocked upon our arrival,just a fyi,but it is a beautiful home and would deffinetly stay there again.Thanks for everything we had a great time!!!

Great first time visit
Very nice home, in a quiet neighborhood. Well furnished home, only 4 guests on this visit. Short distance (1-2 mi) to Chatham Centre - shops and restaurants. Harding Beach about a mile away - for nice sunsets. Plan to return.

Fantastic
The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was great, close to town and close to Hardings Beach. Great customer service from the management company. We ate at Del Mar restaurant, Bistro on Main and Chatham Bars Inn. All fantastic!
