Nestled in Nafplion, this charming condo for £248 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 175 m2 apartment is located in the historic part of Nafplio. It has been fully renovated, preserving the authenticity and style of the mansion with antique furniture, while providing all modern comforts to its guests. The apartment is located in the historical, picturesque part of Nafplio , which used to be the first capital of Greece after the Greek war of independence. This unique Venetian mansion was built in 1707 and served as the residence of the local Pasha during the Turkish occupation. After the Greek war of independence it hosted the Executive Committee of the Greek Government. It has a beautiful view over Nafplio and has been classified as a historic monument by the Greek State. It has been decorated with antique furniture and can accommodate 6 persons. Apartment consists of: - Two bedrooms with king-size beds (bathrooms en suite with hairdryers) - One room with two single beds (bathroom out of the room with hairdryer) - Kitchen fully equipped with plates, cutlery etc.,coffee machines (instant and espresso), microwave oven,washing machine and small dishwasher. - Sitting room and dining room with balcony - A 60 sq.m. yard Minimum stay is 2 nights. We will be available for assistance during your stay. CHECK-IN : 16.00-20.00 CHECK-OUT: 11.00 The seaport town of Nafplion, capital of the Prefecture of Argolis, is situated on the northeastern tip of the Peloponnese. It is located approximately 145 km from Athens, which is a 1.5 hours drive and the route has clear signage. Nafplion is a town that can satisfy all kinds of taste : a variety of museums and sightseeing, plenty of bars and restaurants as well as beach resorts. The town is close to many archeological sites, ideal for daily excursions like Tiryns (4km), Mycenae (25km) and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (30km), among others. Public parking is available 150 meters from the house. Public buses station and taxi station at 400 meters. -------------------------------------------------- RULES OF THE HOUSE. Dear Guests, During your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules: - Please make sure that the front door and the street door are locked and the windows are closed before leaving the house and during the night. - Please make sure that the shutters are always fixed so that they don't bang in case of wind. - Children are most welcome but we ask that you look after the house ( walls, furniture etc.). - Also, please don't move/remove beds and tables etc. to other rooms. - The use of the yard between 15.00-17.00 and 23.30 and on should be with respect to the neighbours. Also, chairs and other furniture from within should not be used outside, since there are outside sitting chairs. BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT PLEASE leave the apartment in a decent state: - Throw away all fresh food and open packets, tins,etc. and empty the trash. There is a bin in the street just outside the entrance. - Leave the kitchen clean and tidy. - Make sure to turn off all lights, central heating and /or airconditioning. We were 3 friends for a month in Napflio. This property was perfect and had everything we needed - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, super clean, all amenities including a Nespresso coffee maker (complete with coffee), and a quiet central location. Be aware, there are a large number of stairs required to access house, parking and old town - you will get your exercise! All in all a wonderful vacation.

Nearby parking is easy morning/day. Not very likely at night but about 10 min walk wasn’t so bad.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath property was exactly what we were looking for during our one week stay in beautiful Nafplio. Air conditioning worked great, it has large bedrooms and common areas, it is in a central location to shopping and restaurants, and it is airy and tastefully furnished. If you plan to cook extensively while you are in town this may not be the right property for you as the kitchen is a bit cramped but since we primarily ate out it was a great location for us. Nafplio (like much of Greece) is hilly and requires you to climb many stairs to get around. This property also requires you to climb many town stairs when coming from or going to town but if you are in good health it is worth the climb. We would recommend Anna's lovely home to Napflio visitors!

We really enjoyed this apartment. We travelled as a family of 5, with 3 grown children and there was plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Great location, close to the restaurants, shopping and lively square and still a quiet location. Very helpful hosts, Dia and Anna!

Nestled in the beautiful town of Nafplion, this property was much more than expected. Charming, historic and very accessible to the the village and all that surrounds it.
Rooms are quite large with three full baths. Beautiful courtyard and picturesque surroundings.
Wi-Fi was intermittent during our stay. But anyone visiting Nafplion should not need to be on the internet. Rather, taken in the views, walk the village, swim in the beach and stroll the castle grounds; or simply enjoy this beautiful property as we did. You will not be disappointed.

Two friends and I enjoyed this lovely home for a one weeks day. On a quiet street, it is steps away from the old town with many amenities. The house was lovely, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the patio exquisite. I enjoyed my breakfasts outside.

Ourselves and another couple stayed here for a week and this apartment was perfect. Very spacious, beautifully restored and a fantastic location, Just minutes from restaurants but far enough away for complete peace and quiet We used the patio every day for breakfast and a place to sit back and relax. Anna was such a responsive Host as VRBO had problems processing our last payment and she was so understanding and helpful. We would come back to Nafplio and stay here in a minute. We would give 6 stars if we could.

Reminded me of an Italian Villa
I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful home.. it was like an Italian Villa.. a family of 4 stayed there so comfortably.. we could’ve had 4 more people stay. Right in the heart of Nafplio. When we come back we are going to stay here again. Loved the property manager! I highly recommend this house 100%… I wish we could’ve have stayed longer!

Well located and charming house in Nafplio center
This house was a perfect location for our family to explore Nafplio. It was all stone on the outside and charming decor on the inside. My only suggestion is to have the kitchen a little more stocked with things like olive oil and salt which we had to buy. The last few properties we stayed at in Greece were stocked with all these things plus coffee and snacks. Other than that it was a fabulous place to stay.

Incredible property in Nafplio
This property was perfect. My wife and another couple who are dear friends of ours had the great fortune to stay in this lovely, pristine three bed three bath apartment in Nafplio. The apartment is perfectly appointed, incredibly clean and a short 7 minute walk to all the best restaurants and shops in this beautiful, historic town. The proprietress and her partner provided helpful suggestions for dining and shopping. You will want to stay here for months, not days.

Great location as it is in the old town but at the same time very quiet and calm and everything is near : restaurants supermarket etc...
The house is so nice and well equipped for the holidays, the air conditioning was working very well and our host had provided everything for washing ( dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder) tea coffee coffee filters etc .. very appreciable

A sojourn in a Venetian Palace
This property was spotless and well appointed. We had the feeling of being in a Venetian palace with the furnishings and decor. Anna and Dia were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. The house keeper was thorough in her cleaning each week during our one month stay. We would highly recommend this well located property.

Amazing location and property layout
Stayed here with my family and in laws, 4 adults and 2 kids.
Layout was perfect for us and the location is unbeatable. 2 minute walk to the center of Nafplio where you have all the restaurants and cafes at your finger tips.
The parking can be a challenge in Nafplio on busy week ends and we stayed during August so it was a bit of a niggle. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Lovely patio for the morning breakfasts and afternoon relaxing in the shade.
Anna was very responsive and helpful.
We would most definitely stay here again if/when we go back to Nafplio.

10 days in Nafplion
We had a lovely time in the house. The accommodation is the first floor of a restored Venetian building with plenty of room for our family of 4 (3 full sized bedrooms), spacious living/dining room and compact kitchen. Everything worked perfectly and checking in and out was very simple.
As for Nafplion and the Peloponnese, we loved it all. Very hot during the day (usually 31C to 36C - the air-conditioning in the accommodation was a must), but so much to do in the town itself and the various archaeological sites and beaches.

Gorgeous Home in Nafplio
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well located home in Nafplio. The patio was so pleasant and we dined there often enjoying home cooked food and a cool breeze.
We had thought from the photos that we would have a view of the sea but sadly no. Otherwise, we certainly recommend this rental.

Nafplio is a lovely town and the property was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths generously accommodated our family of 4. The common areas were well equipped and the location could not be better. Minutes from the beach and town. Easy check in and out. Home was a bit challenging to find but we quickly got the hang of it. Highly recommend!

Nice modern comforts in a 300 year old villa. Very close to town centre (40 stair steps). Bedrooms are ample with en-suite and a great relaxing patio under a lemon tree.

The dishwasher broke and the owner had a serviceman over that evening, amazing service.
