Situated in Gilbert, this attractive house for £144 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This property has been set up as a vacation rental with all of the amenities. Beautiful property in the desired Power Ranch master planned community. 26 miles of walking and biking trails that includes a catch and release lake. Power Ranch is a multi-award winning community. It was selected as the Best Masterplanned Community 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010 by Ranking Arizona and ranked in the top five communities since 2003. It was recognized as one of the five Best Master Planned Communities the Nation by the National Association of Home Builders in 2002. 2 community heated swimming pools, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts. Property is a short 5 minute walk to Trilogy Golf Course and Power Ranch’s heated community pool. PROPERTY Spacious 2100 sq ft. Single level home on a 14,200 sq. ft. lot with open floor plan. w/ pool & hot tub. This home is tastefully decorated in Southwestern style with natural stone Turkish Travertine floors. A 10 foot high ceiling really gives this home an open feeling. Sliding door from Master suite opens up into the resort like pool area w/ pool & hot tub. Property has Palm trees, Orange trees, Grapefruit, Lemons and Limes. The patio has a misting system, Tiki torches and a Chimenea Fireplace for those cool evenings. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom is huge with private bath which includes bathtub, shower and double sink. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and pool area. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a leather lounging chair with ottoman. The bedroom also comes with a 46 inch LCD TV with cable and Netflix. Bedroom 2 comes with a Queen sized bed and 21 inch LCD TV with Netflix Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed AMENITIES Gourmet Kitchen w, 5 burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and counter top to allow creation of large meal if needed. Well stocked with most of the kitchen appliances: blender, toaster, crock pot, cutlery, pots and pans and dish settings for up to 10. Kitchen table has seating for 6. As a coffee lover myself I have you well covered with 2 coffee machines, a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee machine with a Burr coffee grinder for that fresh ground coffee in the morning. Vacation Rental has a 6 stage Alkaline RO system for better than bottled water quality. Private pool which can be heated by request for an additional charge. Hot tub to relax in after a busy day sight seeing. Property has a newer front loading washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry. There is a game room for playing cards and has a convertible Poker table with Roulette. The game room could also be used for dining also and has seating for 4 people.

The house was spotless and had all the amenities advertised plus more, and is perfectly set up for short term rental. The neighbourhood was quiet and well kept, and it’s located close to anything you need.
Chris was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to anything I asked.
Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again if in Phoenix.

Wow! Totally Awesome house. Fully stocked kitchen,quite neighborhood beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to anything you need or want to do. It was fun to watch the rabbits,quail and other birds in the backyard. Chris was great to work with. You are greeted with a bottle of wine and wonderful fruit trees. We will be back in the future. Kris was an accommodating and responsive host. You don't want to bother the owner, but sometimes little things arise, such as burned out patio bulbs which were immediately replaced. And he gave us access to the locked mailbox so we could receive meds as our stay was for 6 weeks. .
The property was one of the best we've rented and we've rented plenty and once were vacation rental owners ourselves. Nice quiet neighborhood and lovely area for walking. We arrived at the home to find a welcome bottle of wine and a bowl of citrus, from the variety of trees on the property. A tremendous addition to the backyard, which was nice and private. The house was immaculate and the amenities over the top. This rental was such a find because of the added value received for unexpected items that were more than just a "nice touch. To name a few:
access to the garage
endless television channels (none of that roku streaming content via your own account)
regular coffee pot and a keurig, with an assortment of pods
extra supply of paper products
home decor amazing but some items not suitable for the hands and curiosity of younger children
quality, quality furnishings and most noteworthy the yard furniture made of cast iron and thick cushions (none of the plastic stuff or thin cushions)
amazing variety of drinking glasses including beer mugs, margarita glasses, only ones still needed were champagne glasses.
Needless to say a 5+ star property. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet location with a great home for families. We enjoyed the pool and living spaces in and out. They have thought of lots of little things to make your stay easy. Pool toys, floaties, kitchen is well equipped and towels, sheets are plentiful. Laundry and cleaning supplies as well. Easy to communicate with and always helpful with any questions. Lots of trails to hike and cycle.

Supposed to be 6 of us but due to circumstances it was only 4 for us for 6 days and then the 2 of us for 5 weeks.
Pool was great.
Once you get to know your location it is easy to get to different places. San Tan mall is a short 10 min drive.
Salt River Tubing was excellent we had so much fun.
The surprise proposal of our nephew visiting from Scotland was great . It happened The Top of the Rock in Tempe
Only negative was the barking dogs at 6am in the morning and no one attended to them.

Lovely Home
Casa Kit is a lovely home, more spacious than the pictures suggest and very clean. The pool is delightful and we spent most of our time, when at the house, in the pool. It was extremely hot the week we were in AZ so the pool was essential. There is a roll out awning for shade, misters, and tiki torches (which we forgot to use!). The master suite is very nice but the bed is a bit too soft for me. For people with back issues, it might be better to sleep in one of the other rooms, with firmer beds. Also, the light in the master is fairly bright early in the morning but the other rooms remain dark. The check in process was easy, the neighborhood quiet and close to everything. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
For example, we had already been to the store for our food and supplies and realized when we got home that we were nearly out of paper towels. Chris sent the housekeepers over right away and gave us some paper towels, which was immensely appreciated. Our family had a really nice time in AZ, despite the high heat, in large part due to the comfortable digs at Casa Kit. We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was perfect - pool, hot tub, patio, tv’s, kitchen furnishings, linens, location - everything. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Because everything was just as we wanted/needed, we had no reason to seek help from Cris, but I’m sure if we had he would have taken care of our needs. If you want to enjoy your stay without worry, this is the place.
