About this house rental
We are located on the beach side of the highway in a quiet neighborhood in Playa San Luis on the West end of Galveston. It is just a 2 min walk to the pedestrian only beach. A Beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella/toys are provided. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home will accommodate 6 adults or 2 couples with kids. We provide a packnplay, high chair, booster chair, kids table/chairs, etc. Many good restaurants are on the West End to avoid the crowds on the seawall. We have a very nice neighborhood pool with baby pool also. *Sorry No pets/smokers/vapor users are allowed. Must be at least 25 yrs or over to reserve and must remain on property. No parties/groups/reunions/weddings). *8 max on property at all times. *Quiet time outside at 10 pm. Monitored by our HOA. No fireworks allowed.

This was easily the best rental we've ever had. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house had ever amenity you could hope for and it was very well kept. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was supplied with equipment, and they had all the beach accessories you could ever need. If and when we come back to Galveston, we're going to stay here again.

The house is spacious and held a family 8 perfectly! The beach of the neighborhood is beautiful compared to the grey sand further up the island.
The only thing I did not realize, it is about 23 minutes from the main town of Galveston. But we just planned and made it all work! The outside shower has hot water for when you are getting out of the beach. House had every basic thing you could think of that you wouldn’t generally bring. For instance, we ended up needing the first aid kit and the humidifier! House has everything for babies and toddlers! I mean everything you could think of! Enjoyed my stay here

The house was easily assessable. Extremely clean. Well stocked with the basics and close to the beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I especially enjoyed the balcony and porch swing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! We loved being able to walk to the beach. This property also has all the beach things you need so we didn’t have to bring anything other than our beach towels. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!
We loved the house, it was a bit remote and took a while to get to Galveston BUT this is what we wanted. The beach is very nice and close. It was a great week!

Quiet beach getaway
We had a very enjoyable trip. Everything was easy and exactly as advertised and we left already trying to look at our calendar to see when we could do it again. The house is definitely family friendly and it was very nice to have access to almost anything you could need for the beach and for a toddler. The ocean view and sunsets over the bay from the porch swing were a real treat.

The beach is just steps away down a sandy footpath, I would absolutely stay here again and hope I get the opportunity!

Awesome beach house for small family
This beach house had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we felt right at home in this spotless, beautifully decorated home. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck while looking out at the Gulf each morning and playing one of the many board games provided after a day at the beach (which was just a short walk away). We are already talking about booking another stay when school lets out.
