About this condo rental
Enjoy captivating ocean views from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath condo, where you can relax with spectacular sunsets on the lanai. There is air-conditioning throughout the condo, and you can control the temperature in each room individually. Our condo is on the top level so you won’t be disturbed by neighbors above. On the main floor is the updated kitchen, living/dining room, a half bath/laundry room and oceanview lanai. Also on this floor is a 50inch Smart TV, free WiFi, and Bluetooth speakers. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a California King bed and a 40 inch smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third floor has two twins that can be made into a king. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, TVs, and air-conditioning. The clifftop complex is designed for fun and relaxation with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, & tennis/pickleball court. The barbeque area has 2 grills and the grounds are studded with tropical flowers. Close to the condo is a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. Two of our favorites are Kukui'ula Village and Old Koloa Town. Nearby there are many beaches to explore. Walk east to the world-class Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach, west will take you to Poipu Beach. Snorkel with turtles and parrotfish, ride the waves, or just hang out at a gorgeous beach. Have fun!

We had an amazing trip to Kauai staying at this condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Appreciated all of the bathrooms! Great location with breathtaking views.
Really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas.
A/C worked great in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location overlooking the ocean. We were with 6 adults and the place provided enough space for all. Convenient location as a home base to see the island. The property manager responded to our questions and attended to the fixing of the leaking kitchen tap right away. If we ever come back to the island we would book this place again.

Loved this place. Location was perfect Beach's both directions. The pool and hot tub great for relaxing. Comfortable and beautiful the bedrooms really nice. I would stay there again also I would recommend it. We used the lawn chairs several times. Had a really nice time.

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Perfect bedding arrangement for our family. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of coffee, spices, and cooking oil. Clean pool that we saw maintained every day. There's a fantastic spot to see the sunset on the property that provides great photo ops. Would love to stay again!

The perfect place for our family of 6 adults. A rare find with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Loved the location and the sunsets were stunning.

Property is very conveniently located to beaches and shopping on the south shore. We loved the ocean views and the condo was a good size and well stocked for our family. Property manager was very communicative and helped us arrange for a late checkout on our departure date. Only real downside was no easy beach access, but that is resolved by a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful Poipu Beach. Overall a great property.

This property was fantastic for our group! Five adults in total: My parents, my brother, my husband and I. This spot is an easy walk along a path to the Hyatt beach or a quick walk or drive down to Poipu beach and Brennecke’s. Lots of good food choices in the area and a beautiful view of the ocean from the property. I absolutely recommend this spot for a family vacation!

The central location of the condo allowed for easy access to different parts of the island. The three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and access to the pickle ball court was nice. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We we’re Grandparents vacationing with our adult daughter, her husband and toddler. The unit is as described, clean and well stocked with everything you need - with a great view of the ocean and the pool, and in the best area of Poipu. Walk in one direction right on to the Heritage Trail that goes by the Grand Hyatt and onward for a gorgeous hike Or in the other direction a nice walk to Poipu beach. The only caveat is that if stairs are a problem this is not a good choice. Otherwise I highly recommend.

This condo is in a great location to get to the beaches, shopping, and it is centrally located to get to events. It has a nice view of the ocean and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The third level does get a bit warm but the AC makes it quite comfortable. The facility was clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was very easy to work with and communicated all that we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location and beautiful views!! Communication with property manager and owner was great. The third floor bathroom was a bit small especially the sink but in the end the unit worked out for our group.

We (4 adults and 1child) had a wonderful stay in this Apartment. It is very spacious. We enjoyed the great location and the amenities of the property.

The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. The condo was well stocked with spices and other kitchen items. The view from the balcony is amazing. The property is very clean and easy to get to. Please keep in mind if you have anyone in your party that has a problem climbing stairs there are several stairs to the condo and no elevators. There is no beach at the property but they have a lovely pool and the beach is not far from the condo. We were only at the property for three nights but enjoyed staying and would recommend this property.

Ocean views with all the comforts of home
Very good location with pretty much most anything you could ask for in a Kauai rental. It had a homey feel with a great view. Easy access to all the Southside has to offer within a relatively easy drive!

Helpful to have beach equipment provided (towels, chairs, boogie boards etc). Kitchen was well equipped including knives that actually worked (a frustrating rarity in other rentals) & nice appliances. We appreciated the AC, breakfasts on the lanai, the lovely view. About a 15 minute walk to Poipu beach where there is great snorkeling (try Snorkel Bob's for renting equipment--very helpful & professional & excellent covid precautions). Other beach parks are 20-30 min away & worth exploring. Lovely spot with benches on the condo complex property for watching the sunset (we had a great sunset picnic there). Pool is big & was empty much of the time we were there. We were delighted that quiet hours were well respected & we never heard any neighbors. Hope we can come back again. Definitely recommend this rental.

We had friends at The Hyatt and the coastal trail outside of the condo was wonderful for a 10 min walk back and forth. I also loved the walk to Shipwreck Beach as well. My husband and I sat outside on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and one day even saw dolphins swim by. The amenities were absolutely perfect for our family. The 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom were perfect for us. I loved all of the bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and had necessary supplies. The unit having a washer and dryer was great for us. I also loved the condo offered beach amenities. Thank you Liz for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful stay.
Fantastic condo in a great location. We loved being so close to the hiking trail and to the beach. Well equipped with all of the essentials. The ocean view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

There was plenty of room for me and my family (6 total) and overall the accomodations were nice. However, the master bedroom had the only comfortable bed - the rest were passable for a night or two but were fairly uncomfortable. Also - if you want to park two vehicles let them know in advance or they won't leave two parking passes! The view out the lanai was great.

Everything you need is close by. The condo is well stocked and very clean. Lots of places to eat, swim, relax, golf, hike or shop. We saw sea turtles everyday and a large pod of dolphins another. At Poipu beach mink seals were near by but not bothering anyone. Snorkeling there is great. If you take the road past the grand Hyatt until it ends, there is a short east hike to a cave and secluded beach. Easy hike for kids and adults of all physical stamina. Though only 20 miles, the trip to Hiamea Canyon and falls takes an hour to drive to. The hike is only for those who are prepared for hills and changing weather conditions.

It was a quick 8 minute walk to Poipu Beach and around 15 minutes to Shipwreck beach and was centrally located to many activities, shopping and dining. The pool and hot tub was also great. We had a wonderful experience working with the owner Liz and especially Novella the property manager.
