The house is very beautiful and offers a lot of
space for a family. There are so many bedrooms and the themed ones were a huge hit for my about to be 3 year olds. This was a birthday trip for my twins and i’m very happy overall with the stay.
I will say though that the property needs a solid weekend of TLC work done. The pictures were probably taken right after a renovation or cleaning and this home has been very well loved since. Throughout the property you can see where they tried to fix mishaps because it still has duct tape on the walls or hasn’t been painted over. The grout is brown where it is supposed to be white. The outside is okay. The shuffleboard court needs a repainting and the playset needs to be replaced. I couldn’t let me kids plays on it because of the broken metal and rust on the underneath part. I did let the property manager know and they said they would have someone out to look at it.
But some deep cleaning, repainting of walls (and cleaning of the walls in the kids rooms that you can see the dirt), washing of the princess dress up
clothes and few legos we found, etc would go a long way.
The roku/TV situation isn’t great. When you do get it to work, the wifi isn’t great so it isn’t the best picture. But that being said, it was nice to not have so we were able to hang out as a family without screens.
The games provided are definitely well
loved so I wouldn’t count on those and would bring your own. I’m glad we did.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Frontierland. From the start the booking process was easy & communication clear. The house was perfect for my large family gathering. There were plenty of beds for all of us. The house is well furnished & the amenities are wonderful. The extras they provide like a stroller & beach chairs assured me they had thought of everything. The location's proximity to Disneyland is what first drew our attention to the home. Even if I wasn't going to Disney, I would still rent this home. You should, too.

We enjoyed the area house was nice but we had to clean dirt around the knobs they were pretty stained with fingerprints, not a big deal but a little gross. The rooms were great. The kitchen was great I did not like the restriction of not being able to go outside before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m. Pool was clean and wonderful. BBQ was terrible, broken gas lines ?? I cook a lot on the BBQ so that was a disappointment. Overall a great stay. If I had to make any recommendations, Fix the BBQ, and attach the Dishwasher so it doesn't try and pull out when opening. Maybe add a couple of bikes to check out the area.

Just Awesome!!! It was perfect for our family of 15. Lots of space and clean. The rooms were beautifully decorated and our grandbabies loved the themed rooms....princess, lego and cars. They called the backyard a park because it was big and had the playground and we all loved the pool. It was close to walmart which we loved and close to freeways and to Disneyland. We loved it and would definitely book again.

So many rooms and bathrooms! Super spacious living and kitchen area. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Location is great, house was very clean, communication from management was stellar, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and we really enjoyed the pool area. House is older, walls don't deaden sound well and this rental home needs some TLC. Fridge water filter was leaking, removed to stop leak and reported but couldn't use filtered water. Filter wasn't replaced while we were there. Also noticed a roof leak that was melting through drywall in a bathroom and reported. Manager and Maintenace, responded quickly but was a distraction. Inside: Simple things like more than one dish towel, a couple decks of cards and minor finishing touches would go a long way. Outside: Outdoor furniture is old and tattered. Stray cats pooped and peed on chairs and in the yard. Stinky. Side areas should be cleaner. Pool should be cleaned more frequently, I scooped it twice during our stay. Ping Pong Table was descent, but paddles weren't usable. I paid $30 for 4 paddles so we could play. Replace old shuffleboard with corn hole, do something about the mosquitos, we got eaten up. Provide candles or some other bug deterrent. Maybe screen in the porch? Thought we might see a discount offered for all the challenges but wasn't. Nice place but not for the price.

The stay was very nice, rooms accommodated the amound of people we had and it was nice that there was a separate entrance to a bathroom from the pool area. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, but still in a very convenient location to all the places we needed to be at. The only real critics we had during our stay here was no dustpan so we used a flattened cereal box during our trip and that the AC would not stay at the temparature we changed it to. Before going to sleep we would change it to 70, but then there would be times where i would be waking up in the middle of the night because it was so warm in the house and the thermostat would be back at 75 degrees. We are from Hawaii so we are used to the heat, but our girls still slep with all the fans on that were available in the house ans it was still warm for them. The pool jets would also rabdomly turn back on at times after we would turn them off.

The house was fantastic I think kids actually liked the pool and Swing set in backyard more than Disneyland. This house is just minutes from Disneyland. This is a great house for large families. There is parking for 4 vehicles. We played Ping Pong in Backyard everyday

We had 7 kids ages 3-12 and 8 adults; the house size was perfect and back yard was great. Kids especially loved the pool/hot tub and enjoyed the pool toys and extra floaties. Pool is bigger than it looks in the photos! Kitchen was large with a lot of empty cabinet space, good for all our food storage. Bedrooms were separated nicely - kids bedrooms and 2 king bedrooms upstairs, and a king master suite downstairs plus another queen master suite off the kitchen. Neighborhood was lovely too, and made for great short walks. Disney only 8 minute drive away; also a Walmart and Target less than a mile away. Overall a really wonderful stay.

The house was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic. The only negative I have is whoever installed the sprinklers did a horrible patch job, just awful, didn't even try to match color or texture. Having said that, it didn't affect our stay at all. We even changed plans so we could spend more time at the house, swimming and playing shuffleboard. Was close to a Wal-Mart for grocery shopping and close to taco joints for lunch. I would rent again.

This was a great place to stay for our multi-generation family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out and to be together. We struggled a little with the pool and hot tub temps. The shuffleboard court was unplayable. The "quiet time" was hard to maintain with 9 kids who just wanted to be outside as soon as they woke up. But those were minor details in an otherwise beautiful stay. There were so many extras that we really appreciated like games and puzzles in the cupboard and strollers in the garage. They even had princess dresses in the girls room. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this home! We had 13 in our party and we all had lots of space (and we didn’t use one of the rooms). It was super clean, the beds/ bedding were comfortable. There were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, a crockpot and kitchen items for us to use to prepare meals. They had plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and shampoo/conditioner. There are extra fans and bedding if needed. We always had plenty of hot water. The ping pong table and pool table were so fun and the pool/ hot tub were absolutely glorious!! Beautiful neighborhood and sweet neighbors. Right next to Walmart, Costco and other stores/restaurants.They didn’t require anything for cleaning at checkout but we were more than happy to help with towels. Thanks so much for an incredible stay! We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay— from our little people all the way up to grandpa. The bedroom themes were fun, the kitchen was fully stocked, the backyard added extra activities. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming.

Pirates Lair was a fantastic property for my family of 14. The property was spotless inside and out, and well equipped. The location made the trip to and from Disney easy. Having the pool and yard provided a great alternative for the down days. Finally, dealing with the property owners was so simple and they were very quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this property!

This is a nice property for families and it worked well for a multi family group with little kids. We had kiddos from 4-10 there and they loved the rooms and the playground. The back yard was a little disappointing in that the patio just needs a good scrubbing and the yard sprayed for spiders. The paint was peeling on the shuffle board and ladder broken on the playground. Other minor maintenance issues throughout the home. Overall though, this is a good space for families.

This property worked beautifully for our group…we were grandparents and Three great uncles and aunt as well as two families with kids ranging in age from 0 to 14. Six kids and nine adults. One end of the upstairs has a king size bed and then two rooms Disney themed for kids… The other end of the upstairs has one queen size bed and another kids room themed for Legoland. There is a gate for the stairs. N the main floor was a beautiful master suite which was perfect for the grandparents. There was a queen bed en suite on the other side of the kitchen. One family crammed into a kid room upstairs but it worked. The Legoroon which was supposed to hold one parent and one to your old was actually empty thanks to Covid…4 1/2 bathrooms were also key.
The kids lived in the pool, the adults were mostly in the spa though some pool games with kids were popular. Many learned how to play shuffleboard. The pool and spa are safely behind metal gates. Also the outside eating area and gas grill are shaded under an upper balcony. Everyone was comfortable.

Great Family Vacation House
We stayed in the Pirates Lair for our family Disneyland vacation. Overall it was great. There were 15 of us (9 adults & 6 kids) and there was plenty of room. The outdoor amenities were awesome! We wish we’d booked an extra day at this house just so we could’ve actually enjoyed the property more. We only ended up sleeping there because we were at Disneyland all day long, but this house has a great yard and pool we wish we could’ve taken better advantage of. The adults slept like babies in the comfy beds and the kids crashed every night in their adorable themed rooms. Highly recommend! I was surprised by the fairly intense check out expectations given the higher cleaning costs. We had to prioritize finishing one load of laundry and starting a second in the midst of packing and preparing for a long road trip all before a 10am checkout. (Oh, and only one home glitch-one tub has a wonky handle that feels like it might break on you and leave you with a never ending stream of water. But the property managers reply quick enough if that were to happen. I’m just glad it didn’t bust on our stay.)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Quick and easy drive over to Disneyland from the property, but still an amazing home to come to each night and relax after a long day on our feet. We loved the pool and the hot tub and yard. Tons of beds and space for our very large family (we had a group of 16 people) and we were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Everything in the house was clean, well maintained and in good repair. I was particularly blown away by the level of detail they put into the property website when checking in, with very detailed check in and check out instructions, instructions on how to use all the equipment, etc. Added bonus was that they also had a double stroller there for us to use. Many of the themed rooms were a lot of fun for the kids. I would also add that the neighborhood was actually nicer than I expected, gorgeous tree lined streets and a very quiet residential area. We also appreciated the extra box fans in all the rooms, which some of us put to good use. I only have two very small "improvements" I would recommend. 1. For a house that is supposed to be for large parties--there were only 8-10 forks. We had to run to the store to get some extra forks, which was a small annoyance. 2. The code to access the front door is very long, 10 or 12 digits or something like that, which was annoying because it was too long to memorize, and so we had to look it up every time we wanted to come in through the front door. I would have loved a shorter code. Obviously, those are both minor issues and overall, we LOVED our stay at this property, thank you so much for having us!

the hot tub did not work the first 2 nights after we paid to have it heated and we were sad but the house was great and worked well for my team who had to work a trade show all day.
