Our Condo This gorgeous beach front condo is located in Phase 1 on the fourth floor of the Cristal building in Las Palomas. The unit is over 1900sf w/amazing ocean views. Condo features It is 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms w/a split floor plan. Two master suites w/ocean views w/sliding glass doors to balcony and black out blinds. A bunk room with Bunk Beds to sleep all the kids. Flat Screen TV's throughout w/70" in great room. Free Wi-Fi Sound-bar Recently remodeled Stainless Steel Appliances Alder wood cabinets Granite counter tops including back splash Large laundry room w/full size washer & dryer Keurig coffee pot & regular(please bring your own coffee) Sofa & Love seat in living room Sleeps 8 The 3 bathrooms have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid granite with walk in showers. It offers 700sf patio/balcony with 6 person high top table and to enjoy those great ocean views! Las Palomas Las Palomas is the largest master planned resort community in all of Puerto Peñasco, which means it offers more amenities to you than at other resorts. Including a Jack Nicholas Golf Course, Palapas on the Beach, Beach Volleyball, Water Slides & Kiddy Pools, Negative-Edge Pools, Jacuzzi's, Swim-Up Bars, Lazy Rivers, Lounge Chairs with optional Face Shields, Room service, Pool-Side Eateries, Upscale Restaurants, Sports Bar, onsite Spa, Fitness Center, Convention Halls, and much more. Restaurants include: Citron, & Pool-Side Eateries. Notes We are in the Las Palomas rental pool so you can contact us directly, then we can offer you the owner’s discounted rates that are the lowest that can be offered at this resort and cannot be beat. These rates provide you access to housekeeping services, room service, restaurants, pool swim-up bars and all resort taxes and fees including wristbands and all resort amenities. Must have passport or pass card if 18 years or older Our rental Management company requires the person who checks in to be 25 years or older present with valid identification & credit card and must be staying in the unit during the duration of the stay. We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. Full 3 bedrooms with lots of space. Gorgeous balcony right on the beach. This was our 2nd time in Rocky Point and we had a great time. Highly recommend this condo.

This was the quickest check in process I've had at Las Palomas. The condo was beautiful. All the necessities were present. The beds were comfortable. I spent each morning on the balcony watching the sun rise and watching the sunset in the evenings. The elevator was not busy and we rarely had to wait. It has very easy access to the beach and parking. I highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great view. Huge thank you for having sharp knives, new clean pans, and lots of Tupperware to store. We had an excellent time and loved your place. Amazing views. Saw dolphins swimming one morning. Easy access to the beach.

This condo is breathtaking. The decor is beautiful and the condo is very clean. The balcony is just amazing! Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets very much. The condo had everything we might need to cook for our large family.

We were here for my husband‘s 50th birthday and this unit provided everything we needed. Gorgeous location here very well done condo. Everything we needed was included. The bed mattresses could use a nice update but everything was perfect. We will certainly be coming back!

This place was terrific! Plenty of room, clean and on the beach. If your there just to look at the ocean the only reason to go to the beach is to feel the sand between your toes. We come to Mexico every year and will always look for the availability of this property.

Im a very outdoorsy person so I really loved the patio/balcony. It stretches along poolside and wraps around to ocean side. Really enjoyed this! Only downside of the place was that the beds were not that comfortable. There is a "trundle" that available that slides out from under the bunk beds -- even for a small girl this mattress was hard as a rock. Other beds could use an upgrade too. Blender needs replacing too. But other than that - the place is BEAUTIFUL! I would rent this again.

The only disappointments were our room was not ready at check in. We finally got into our room at 5. And only because we opted not to have the windows cleaned because we had a 1 year old and my mother in law who needed to get into our room after traveling and waiting to get into our room. The lady assured us they would come back and finish the windows but everytime I called they said no that the manager had approved the room being cleaned. So we enjoyed the beautiful view with finger prints and smudges during our stay. We also walked out on the balcony to enjoy it’s gorgeous view and there was muffins and empty water bottles out there.I cleaned it up so we could enjoy it out there. Our complaint would be with the resort . We will definitely come back but we now know we will make sure it’s completely clean before we get in. The rooms reviews were extremely clean so I was somewhat disappointed. The resort has still yet to reimburse our 150$ refundedable room fee. We checked out on the 17th of July 2022 and it’s almost August and they are still working on it . Hmmmm

Beautiful rental! Very quick response time to questions to owner. Resort was running about an hour late to allow us to check in, but everything else was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be booking this one again!

The property is in great shape and features comfortable furniture with excellent views from multiple balconies. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you might need. Location is very good with close by elevator giving access to parking and beach/pool area.

Location of unit does not get any better, end unit, views to pool and ocean. Clean and nice and well appointed. Owner was fast to respond and a pleasure. Will definitely return.

We were so impressed with the beautiful property and absolutely loved each and everyone of the staff. A special shout out to the pool staff… we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will certainly recommend to all. One slight drawback would be direction… did get lost a few times.
