Situated in Indian Shores, this lovely house for £1,132 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors. Please note that no pets are not allowed at this property with no exception. The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation. On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area. The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience. With an elevator for the grandparents, pool for the children, hot tub for the middle generation, plenty of space, beautiful and practical furnishings and kitchen set up, gorgeous beach front property, fabulous sunsets, plenty of beach equipment and toys, responsive hosts; there couldn’t have been a better home for a three generational family gathering!

We had an amazing time at Blue Horizon! We especially loved the immediate beach front access and privacy! The beach is just incredible! Gorgeous views, spacious living areas, cozy beds, and so many amenities! The kids loved playing in the pool and adults loved lounging by it too! So many extras included that are not immediately listed, so if you forget to pack it, they likely have it! Tons of beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas etc. Many things tucked away for infants and children with helps tremendously as well! We did have to contact mangers and they were quick to reply and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again! Easy access to restaurants and off street garage parking. We loved this little slice of paradise! Can’t wait to come back!

The house very clean upon arrival. It is bigger than the pictures on-line made it appear. It suited our family wonderfully. It was closer to the ocean than we thought it would be. The pool was great and I think our youngest grandson is still water logged. Overall, it couldn’t have been better for our family to get together. Thank you!

Alex and Liz did a great job and were wonderful host. Great property, everyone in our party enjoyed it. Only negative was there were no handrails on the pool steps and the hot tub steps were to steep. Everything else about the place was fantastic.

Really enjoyed our stay with 8 adults and 6 kids (4 months to 5 years old)`! Location was awesome right on the beach. House and all furnishings are very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beach paradise house! It met everyone of of our needs with ages 1 to grandparents! The baby items, high hair and pak n play were needed and used. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Just steps to the beach, which made the garage items easy to carry and use in the water. Alex was available always when needed and Kelly provided all necessary info, as needed. Phillip was present for post hurricane pool issues (which was fixed and cleaned quickly) so pleasant really great to chat with. The entire team made our stay smooth and without incident. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful week at Blue Horizons!! This property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Super spacious, well stocked and clean! Our family consisted of our 4 adult children and 9 month old grand baby. The baby items on site was so nice to have, he was living his best beach baby life all week! Alex was super quick to respond when I had any questions. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

This home was completely stocked with everything you would want or need. The only thing I could suggest would be a railing to assist getting in and out of the pool. Would highly recommend this home to all interested in a relaxing enjoyable time.

Property is exactly as shown. Very well stocked and very spacious. It was perfect for our multi-generational family of 13. Location was great - across the street from a lovely coffee shop and a fun dive bar. Only things we would have liked would have been some extra blankets for the beds and plastic glassware to use at the pool. Otherwise perfection!

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. The house is perfect for a large family. We love waking up and having breakfast on the balcony and then spending the day jumping back and forth between the pool and the beach. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We made a countless memories and can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for us and proximity to the beach was amazing! The hosts were extremely responsive to to every inquiry I sent and easy to work with from start to finish! We had a total of 13 ppl. Our parents stayed in the master, my brother and his wife and child had the 2nd master, my sister and her husband had the king and queen rooms with the Jack n hill bathroom and my family had the king room w Jack n Jill bath to the bunk room. The house had more than enough space without feeling too gigantic and we really appreciated the “pay it forward” bar and kitchen items, both upon arrival and departure. It was a terrific week for our family and definitely a property and location I would highly recommend!

We took our family of 11 (ages 11 months to 36 years old) to this beautiful home right on the beach. It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more!! Vrbo, Sun and Sand Rentals and Kelly the house cleaner were so easy to work with, communication between all of them were excellent. When we first walked in I started to cry as the house was even more beautiful in person and was SO clean! The grandkids loved the pool, there were so many pool toys already there for them to play with. And lots of sand toys also. The house was fully furnished from towels, pool towels, bathroom essentials, laundry essentials, kitchen necessities and puzzles. The bedrooms were all beautiful with great mattresses and pillows. Location was also excellent, close to coffee, a very interesting and fun bar right across the street, mini-golf and restaurants. We made so many fun memories with our family while vacationing at Indian Shores, so thankful for Vrbo and Sun and Sand Rentals for making our family vacation a very memorable one. We would definitely go back to this location in the future.

If I could we would have given this property 6 The location is wonderful. You can watch the sunset from the pool. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds with high quality linens. Nice big kitchen. Very private. Thank you for being flexible about our dates. It’s a bit unusual but we needed to change dates due to my daughter giving birth in June.

This is one of the few VRBO that actually looks even better than the listing pictures!! Property managers were super helpful and check in was easy! Unfortunately, we only got 2 nights before we had a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Ian!! We were so disappointed, but plan to try again!! If you come August thru November get the trip insurance. Expensive mistake.
