About this house rental
Our home is located at 7 Grizzly Lane. It is just a short 3-4 minute walk from the Sunriver Village and a brief walk to SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center). Rental of our home always includes UNLIMITED-USE passes to SHARC for 6 guests. This peacefully decorated and comfortable, 1100 square foot home was recently remodeled, has A/C, and is filled with all new decor and furnishings. There is a new private hot tub on the deck at the home, as well. The home is a brief walk from the SHARC and a 3-4 minute walk from the Sunriver Village where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants and day spas. The home was just remodeled with new floor coverings, new bathrooms with vanities, tile showers, fixtures, updated kitchen, and new furnishings and decor. The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and master bedroom both have a HD TV's. There is a blue ray player, as well. The beds are all made with new crisp linens and bedding. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own supply. The home has a cozy private deck with BBQ, hot tub and comfortable patio furniture. There are 3 adult bikes and a 1-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum. Kayaking and hiking are plentiful in Sunriver and also along the Cascade Lakes Highway during the summer. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Sleeps Six: - Bedroom 1 -King Master Bedroom/bath - Bedroom 2 -Queen Bed + a set of Bunk Beds - Living Room - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Shared hall bathroom Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

We stayed new years day 2024 for the entire week with our 3 young children for a ski trip to mt bachelor. The house is a great value price which my husband really loved, my kids loved the being 2 min from the sharc and i like having the village so close that i could walk for morning coffee or a quick run for groceries if needed. The house is small, living therej full time with 3 rambunctios children would wear on us but for vacation it has everything you need. The added sharc passes, closet of kid games and hot tub ammenities make this house enjoyable all week. We didnt end up making a fire but we could have. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub was great. We planned to prepare meals, the kitchen was stalked with basic cookware and we appriciated the coffee filters and grinder. The tv in the master was nice after putting kids to bed. The bunk room with a queen was great for our kids. The master bath shower was scalding hot (wich i love) its the worst when you can only get luke warm water. There is trash pick up twice a week which is probbaly necessary, our only grip is the noise when the trash guys haul the cans from the back of the house to the front- woke up kids too early. Juat sucks on vacation. But i wish our trash got picked up twice a week at home! Lol. This isnt the house to rent if you want pretty updated, show room beauty to entertain. Its perfect for young kids. Its. Got two bathrooms and washer and dryer and a huge closet right by the door for all the ski gear to dry. It was well stocked with plenty of towles too. We actually didnt use them all. The house is pet friendly- we dont have pet the house didnt smell nor was it obvious that pets had been there. It was clean upon arrival, no complaints there.

This place was perfect! Cozy and clean! And you were super quick to respond to my email asking if I could extend my stay. So thank you. I'll be coming back frequently as my house is being built up the road and this place will be the first I look at when I need a place to stay.

Very nice spot-hop skip and jump to the village. Comfy bed in the master. A little bit dusty in spots (lamp bases, etc) and there really should be safety bars in the shower/bathroom, but otherwise everything was great. We will stay again

There was a slight problem when we checked in and it was immediately addressed and fixed to resolution (thank you!). The property is across the street from The Village, thus coffee and ice cream were easy. We enjoyed our stay.

This cozy cabin has it all. It is really well set-up for guests. It is walking distance from the Village and is close to all other activities in the Sun River community. We do not think that it could have been any cleaner when we arrived. No issues whatsoever. Thank you for the opportunity to visit.

House was not cleaned upon arrival, had to repack everything and drive into town and stay at another house, the tepack and do it again…show up for our original house and key code had been changed, we could not get in!

Great location! Walking distance to village and SHARC! Home was very nicely updated! AC units are a real plus! The owner might want to know that neither exhaust fans were working in the bathrooms. Might just need circuit breaker turned on. Also, there is a 2x4 loose on deck, left of hot tub (great tub!) that needs screwed down before someone trips. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you. Great location- cute house. Loved the hot tub and floor plan. We had a person in a wheelchair and it was more steps into the house then we thought- should have brought a longer ramp. Also difficult to navigate a wheelchair on the stone driveway and inside the house with tight corners and narrow doorways. Half of our party had terrible allergies our whole trip- there was a lot of dog fur on the carpets and couch. The extra bedding was on the bedroom closet floor and covered in dust/fur so we washed it before we used it. It was advertised as a house that accepts pets so no fault of the owner. Lots of random electrical issues- selected outlets not working, bathroom fans not working but it’s an older home that needs some updating. We’ll choose a more suitable home for our needs next time but thank you for welcoming us.

The property at first glance was quite lovely, excellent location for easy walking to the Village/Sharc. Cozy and clean. A few quirks that weren't detrimental to our stay, but could use improvement. There is no functioning fan in the bathroom. Plug-ins next to bed were nearly impossible to get to for charging phones overnight. The hot tub jets were stuck on and off, and wouldn't turn on easily. Smart TV would have been nice for our snobby selves.

The house was great for our family of four and my parents. The hot tub was awesome! We were able to cook and prepare our meals. Loved the easy access to the Village and the SHARC. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to concerns. Great stay. Would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfy and cozy! Added bonus, so close to the mall! We could walk to the bakery for breakfast and lots of close by places to choose from for dinner. I grew up going to Sunriver as a kid and really want an opportunity for my kiddos to create similar memories.
We would definitely stay at this home again! I think the only thing that might be nice is adding a little more lighting as the home is a little dark.
I can't say enough about what a wonderful place it was to stay. It checked all the boxes and then some for us.

This was my first Sunriver experience and we had a great time. The unit was as described and in very good condition. Proximity to village shopping, groceries and snopark was excellent. Minor blip with access code was rapidly remedied by property management. We would definitely do again!

Everything was great at this house. My only complaint, and it's fairly minor, is that some of the dishes weren't clean out of the cabinet. However, that is an easily remedied problem! The beds were comfortable, the amenities were amazing and the location was perfect!
