About this house rental
Enjoy staying in our very clean and charming two bedroom, three bath townhome that sleeps eight comfortably in the less conjested west end area Sunnyside in Panama City Beach. Situated in a small complex of six units directly across the street from three quarters of a mile of "dedicated" beach which is EPA protected from anyone building on this lovely stretch of white sugar sand beach. This is a family friendly area and our beach is private for Sunnyside residents and their guests and it will be yours to enjoy. If you are looking for a high rise condo, like crowds, fighting for a spot on the beach and waiting for an elevator our townhome is not for you!! We have spacious roomy accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats four with two extra seats at the counter bar. Enjoy your morning beverage on the shaded front patio. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, blu ray DVD and free WiFi. The downstairs bathroom is complete with a full shower. There are lovely maple wood floors and hardwood steps that lead to the bedrooms and deck upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with french doors that open to a patio sun deck with lounge chairs where you can enjoy the spectacular gulf view and incredible sunsets. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in bunk beds and an adjoining full bath and laundry room. Please bring your own sand chairs and beach umbrella to enjoy the white sugar sand beach steps away from the front door. There are two designated parking spaces directly behind the back door entrance only six steps away. Very convenient so you do not have to cart luggage and groceries from a great distance away. Towels and linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. We supply a minimum amount of paper products to get you started. We respectfully request NO SMOKING and NO PETS in our unit. We are only minutes way from Pier Park with it’s fabulous shoppes and restaurants, Walmart Super Center, Target, Publix, Winn Dixie, Carousel, CVS, Frank Brown Complex, historic Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor down 30-A, the airport and many great restaurants and attractions. Through the years I have stayed at many high end resorts where I paid a high price for a longer walk to the beach and paid Resort and parking fees. We offer SIMPLE, CLEAN, NICE AND COMFORTABLE at a great price that leaves you with the financial resources to explore many fun and entertaining options while on your vacation staying in a fantastic vacation spot without breaking the bank. Let us be your new home away from home.

My kids and I had a blast visiting Florida. The house had everything we needed and had more than enough space for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better location being so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as advertised, clean and well maintained. Any issue we had Terry was quick to respond. Arrival and departure was so easy and laid out. The private beach access across the street was a huge win in the busy season. The property was close to restaurants and easy access to all the sports fields on Hwy 98. Excellent experience and we will definitely be back!

Location is perfect! 2nd floor tends to be warmer than first level. Owner seems very nice and easy to communicate with.

This property was absolutely perfect. Quiet end of Panama City with private beach access. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and helpful. Checkin was simple. Will stay again.

This is a wonderful place for families! The home has everything you need without all the frills of the more expensive units. The home is directly across the street from private beach access. We will definitely be back for years to come!

This was my birthday trip with my sister. I can not say how much we enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we would need plus! Our host was very attentive and responded quickly. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything but away from it all. Upstairs deck was perfect for sitting and listening to the water. We will definitely return!

If you are looking for the perfect get away that is literally a one minute walk to the ocean, then this is your place.. As soon as my family and I got there we were mind blown as to how nice and clean it was. It really was the Whatever townhome.. We did whatever we wanted.. It was a huge place with washer and dryer and basically everything you need in the kitchen. My family decided to cook most of the time and Terry had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The beach had it's own private access. We went labor day weekend and had the beach pretty much to ourselves. We checked out Monday and went to the stores and to eat in Panama City. My grandbaby was so tired so I hit up Terry and asked if we could stay another night and she was so accommodating.. We will definitely be back. I think we just started a family tradition.. it was so wonderful to have all my children under the same roof again..Thank you Terry for making our family vacation the best one we've ever had..

This week could be summed up in one word...PERFECT! This townhouse was just right for our family of 5 and the location was amazing! Very little traffic...it doesn’t feel like you are in densely populated PCB! We will definitely rent again!

We spent a week at the "Whatever" property and had an awesome time. The place is not fancy but has a "homey", very comfortable feel to it. We appreciated having three full baths and roomy bedrooms. The deck off the master was a peaceful place at night to sit and listen to the waves. Also, having a washer and dryer (although very old) was helpful. We stayed in June 2018 while the outside was being renovated. That part wasn't ideal, but we understand renovations take time.
The absolute best part about this property is that there is a private path to the beach right across the street. The beach is stunning! We loved not having lots of people all over the beach (like at or near Pier Park). It was like having paradise all to ourselves. The sunsets were beautiful, and we enjoyed many walks along the beach.
The owner is very easy to work with and is quick to respond to questions.
We're sure when the outside renovations are completed, the place will be even better.

This was our 2nd year staying here. The 6 of us sleep comfortably and love how close the private beach is. We spend our days on the beach. During the late afternoon we drive to Peir Park and surrounding area for a early dinner. And then we watch the sunset from the Beach. Afterwards returning to the condo to play games, watch a movie and socialize. Kitchen is big enough to cook a big breakfast before starting out for the day and is equiped adequately to prepare dinner when wanting to dine in rather than go out. Table only had 4 chairs, there are two additional stools at the bar. We added 2 of the outside chairs so we could all enjoy time together around the table. The early risers in our group enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony. The owners and family are very responsive and great to deal with. We are looking forward to planning our getaway again next year!

We loved the location of the property. Not too far from the sights but away enough to where there wasnt a lot of traffic. Steps away from the beach that felt almost private. Although the property is joined with others there was no problem with noise. As soon as we settled we knew we made the right choice renting "Whatever". Hopefully our future endeavors will take us back here.

a great spot to take vacation.. right across from an uncrowded beautiful Florida beach.. how is that possible.. the townhouse is nice but the location is the reason to stay here.. couldn't be better.. Terry was great with communications and made us feel welcome.. we would definitely stay here again..
