About this house rental
Located in Brevard, this attractive house for £133 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come and visit our newly and completely renovated 1940 in town home. You will enjoy the light and open feel of this home. It is a 2 bedroom /1 bath, 1300 square foot home with new central air and heat, wireless internet, smart televisions with cable, natural stone gas fireplace, bright and cheerful sunroom, and beautiful granite countertops on custom built cabinets. Some of the home's original features were kept and enhanced such as the front door, archways, windows and hardwood floors which gives the home a nice mix of old and new. There is a large yard with privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, garage for bike storage, front deck with seating and new landscaping. The home location is perfect, situated between Downtown and Brevard College in a quiet side-walk lined desirable neighborhood. It is an easy walk to restaurants, downtown micro brewery, shops, Franklin Park and Pool, Silvermont, Farmer's Market and the library. It is only driving minutes away from the Brevard Music Center and the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest. Brevard is a quaint yet vibrant little town set in the middle of "The Land of Waterfalls" with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, natural water slides and gorgeous waterfalls. It hosts several festivals, outdoor music concerts and biking events. Brevard is 25 minutes from the Asheville Airport and 40 minutes from the Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville.

This bungalow was the perfect getaway for us to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Pisgah and the lovely downtown amenities of brevard! We were pleasantly surprised with welcome snacks for us and a dog bone for our fur baby! The house had everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine!

Julie and Dennis are great hosts: understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house's location is excellent: close to downtown Brevard, in a nice quiet neighborhood, a short walk to a community pool/park, and a quick drive to hikes. The house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was the perfect fit for our weekend stay. It was immaculate and well appointed. You couldn’t beat the location-we walked into town every day. The fenced in yard was great for our pups as well. We stay in Brevard often and would not hesitate to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO with our little dog for 2 weeks. We loved everything about it! It was only a few blocks from the center of town so we would walk our dog to Quotations daily for coffee and pumpkin bread and then head off for hikes or mountain biking. The house was lovely and had my favorites - fluffy towels and lovely bed linens. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything one would need if they wanted to cook. We just walked downtown for dinner nightly with our little dog and we were able to sit outside at several good restaurants. The hostess at the VRBO was so thoughtful - she sent me a text one day stating that she was dropping off a blanket at the side door as she thought we might need it at night. My husband really liked having a garage for his 2 bikes. All in all it was such a fantastic trip and we hope to return next year and stay longer!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Brevard and the surrounding area. This home was the perfect place to crash each late afternoon/evening after daily adventures exploring many amazing waterfalls, hiking, and other outdoor activities. It was impeccably clean and Julie & Dennis provided lots of thoughtful, helpful extras that other properties we have rented didn’t supply. It is also centrally located for easy day trips to Highlands, Cashiers, Asheville, and Hendersonville. I highly recommend this home! Many thanks, Julie & Dennis for your warm hospitality.

We were there for a quick biking and hiking weekend with our Lab and this made a perfect basecamp for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC worked great since it was really hot last weekend. If you have bike(s), you can securely store them in the garage around back and there is a fenced yard for your pup, if you bring one. Will definitely look for this house again on another trip to the Brevard area.

Perfect for couple or small family
This restored bungalow presents as a new home with all of the right upgrades. Light and airy with a new kitchen with adjoining dining, a new bathroom, good sized bedrooms with a separate living room and sunroom. Proximity to Franklin Park is perfect for dog walking and there is a fenced yard if needed. Owners were so very responsive. We plan to schedule another extended visit at this property in the vinegar future.

Brevard Gem
This home is an in an ideal location for hiking in the Pisgah and Dupont National Forests. We also drove up to Asheville to tour the Vanderbilt estate. I liked that we were able to park our car in the garage which made it nice to load and unload when it was raining outside. Everything was very clean and comfortable in this home. The only suggestion I would have is to restock the kitchen with some basic items specifically I would purchase new large and small frying pans and glass casserole dishes.

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO properties, and while all have been good experiences, this one rates as one of our favorites! Its location is perfect (can walk to downtown Brevard); it's in a quiet neighborhood; white squirrels abound. The house has been beautifully renovated; the kitchen has everything you could possibly need/want; the beds are comfortable; the leather sofa and club chair envelope you in comfort; the bathroom is stocked with lots of comfy towels. And if that's not enough, the Adirondack chairs and firepit in the back yard let you relax and enjoy nature.
