This is luxury! This is relaxation! This is Villa de Goulet. This home in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, has everything to make your next vacation memorable. Majestic ocean views soothe the mind all day in this premier villa complex, but there's more: on-site amenities to entertain everyone like 2 outdoor pools with large decks for sunbathing, tropical landscaped grounds, and a paved pathway over the sand dunes right to the waves lapping at the Atlantic Ocean's beach. This 3-suite top-floor condo sleeps 10 with 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, each with its own private bath of a double vanity, a soaking tub and a step-in glass shower with seating to let the cares of the day wash away. Each room is uniquely decorated for comfort as well. One suite has its own balcony with ocean views... but there is a larger balcony off the open-concept completely tiled living area, which features a great room, dining area for 6, and a fully-completed kitchen which includes bar seating for 4. It's great if you're cooking or just doing carry-out; it's spacious and open to accommodate everyone. Adding to all this, there is a washer and dryer also for your convenience. Directly across the street, you'll find the Coligny Plaza Shoppes, featuring over 60 locations of fine restaurants, clothing or specialty gift shops, even live entertainment in season. Stroll through the area or bicycle your way over the many bike paths available. Fantastic location, close to great bars and restaurants and golf courses. Unit was well kept and well stocked. Highly recommend booking a stay.

We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!! Great location and beautiful, clean condo with plenty of space. Our only recommendations for improvements would be that it seemed only half the outlets worked, and it would be nice if beach towels were provided.

The place was great! Much bigger than we expected and quite clean. We came with our family of four, my in laws and my husbands brother and his fiancé, we had plenty of room for all of us! The location was perfect and the pool was so nice to go to, especially with pool bar Jim’s right there. Would definitely come back!

Awesome location, right there in heart of Coligny, but just on the outskirts of all the busy-ness on the beach at the public access. Great condo layout, huge bathrooms and closets. There were a few electrical outlets in the living room that somehow didn’t work, but otherwise nothing bad to report, great place! Thank you!

This property was beautiful and so big! The bedroom setups were perfect with my husband and I in the king room and the other 2 were so spacious for 2 daughters with their husbands and our 3 teenagers. Plenty of space on the sectional sofa and the patio was great as well. Location was amazing directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. We had an amazing time!

If you are looking for a place with an ocean view, steps to the beach, and a lively atmosphere, this is the place for you. Great condo. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom so it made it easy for the three families with young children. Only minor issues, it could have been cleaner, the beds needed new sheets and a flat sheet would have been welcome, the kitchen could have been organized (the little ones found the knives in a bottom drawer and the silverware was dumped in another drawer). Since we had little ones we did a lot of cooking. But overall, nice condo and great location.

Our Stay in this Condo was exactly what we expected. - Clean, plenty of room for our family of 9. The view of the Ocean was great. Accessibility to Food and shopping was awesome. The Access the Beach was great. The 2 pools were perfect. And Jims Bar and grill on the property was also awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week at villa Goulet. There was plenty of room for our family. The view is amazing. Just waiting to see when spring break is for us next year so we can book again. We will be back.

This is a solid condo. Not all that fancy but 3 bedroom, nice living area, great location if you want to be where the action is. We didn’t cook all that much but the kitchen seems fairly well equipped. We prefer Palmetto Dunes simply because it is a bit more chill but this was good for a Feb visit. I’m guessing that it is pretty active in the summer. Nice to have piggly wiggly and Coligny Square stores/restaurants directly across the street.

The facility has three elevators, the Saturday we arrived two of three were out of order( repaired Monday). This put all the pressure on the lone elevator that worked, which resulted in waiting our turn, multiple times a day.
Condo held our group of nine fairly comfortably, which is what we wanted. I felt we paid a high $ cost for this convenience. Rooms were clean, seemed dated, but hey we were in Hilton Head. We appreciated the view from the balcony, and the sunrises and sunsets.
Communication from 5 Star Properties and the owner was excellent.
We could walk for morning coffee, ice cream, get groceries etc. which we took advantage of all week. Daughters really liked the closeness to Coligny Beach stores.

Lovely condo. We we travelled with 5 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room. The AC stopped working one day and the property manager took immediate action and the unit was fixed and working by the time we got back from
the beach!

Family getaway
Loved the property and we will definitely like to come back!! Even my grown children agreed. We had a total of 11 (6 adults and 5 children and it worked well). We were never notified prior to arriving that new living room furniture would be coming during our stay (smack in the middle) but we were very happy because the new sectional was very nice and much more firm than the older couch. We still wouldn’t have complained about the older couch either though. I have one constructive comment however I do not want it to deter anyone because I still feel it was 5 star…all bathrooms had step in showers which was great however no bathroom had a tall commode or handrails around the commodes or in the shower. My husband was able to use the tub in the master to help him pull himself up With that being said we did not request a handicap room. So again 5 star, loved it and we will be back!!!!

Sea Crest has two fantastic pools...and don’t sleep on the grouper sandwich at Pool Bar Jim’s! Like other reviewers mentioned, the condo is dated and is in need of some updates - the carpet in the bedrooms and area rug in the living room have seen better days. I reported a few other maintenance needs (light bulbs, functioning but leaky toilet, etc.) that the management company should address - but nothing that needed to be handled while we were there. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head!

Perfect beach getaway!
This condo was perfect for my family. Three large bedrooms. All 3 with large closets and large bathrooms. The condo is a little dated but the size, location and pool made up for that. Only negative is that the sliding door blinds need to be replaced. The bedroom blinds looking out to the main balcony are falling apart. They are missing sections. If someone is on the balcony there is no privacy in that bedroom. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. There is a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1baby.
