This Villas tri-level townhome has a terrific location, just one mile from Tahoe City and is close to everything! You can walk or ride bike into town on the paved bike trail in the summer and Skylandia Beach is approximately 1 mile away. Palisades Tahoe is a 10 minute drive.The open plan great room has high ceilings, big windows, wall mounted flatscreen TV over the wood burning fireplace. There's a dining table that seats 6 and two more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens into the great room and has a dishwasher, gas stove and all the basics you'll need. This clean and comfortable home has nice tasteful, newer furnishings, a washer, dryer, TV/cable and internet. There is a loft with a double bed above the kitchen with is accessed by a tall ladder and is not advisable to use unless you are young, fit and not afraid of heights. If your group is six people, please be aware of this and plan accordingly. The downstairs level has two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. The homes full bath is located on this level, along with a full-size washer and dryer. HOA does not allow renters to use BBQ's - NO BBQ access at this property. The complex has a pool, tennis courts in the summer. The year round sauna is no longer available. THIS HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A MONTHLY RENTAL - YEAR ROUND AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE AS A VACATION RENTAL. PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells and Bennett will be charging separately a $500 down payment at time of booking to hold your reservation that will go towards your final balance. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. Holiday Booking Policy CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required.
