ABOUT THE RENTAL Perfectly placed in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs this two bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect “Northern Michigan Getaway!” If you are looking for a quaint rental that is still close to lots of activities, then look no further. Located just 5 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Harbor Springs offering you plenty of options for great shopping and exquisite dining. This condo is located right off the Little Traverse Wheelway, which is 26 miles of a beautifully paved bike trail that extends from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix. If biking is not your thing, go hiking and/or walk 2 minutes to the Petoskey State Park and enjoy your time at the beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Different from other condos in the Bathing Beach community, this unit offers a large wraparound deck that is great for grilling out and enjoying a glass of wine. The four large glass sliding doors to this deck offer plenty of natural light into the unit. The living area has cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after fun fall and winter activities to play games, watch TV, or just relax. My Two Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days Condo. It was a perfect location for our extended ski vacation as located close to both Petosky and Harber Springs. Place was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and provided a true "home" feel during our stay. Additionally, overall communication with the rental management office was excellent. I would definitely book this condo again in the future.

My family is in both Michigan and Cape Cod. We were travelling to meet family in Michigan for the holidays and to celebrate our first Granddaughter together!
Condo was everything and more!!
We lacked nothing, great area and enjoyed both Harbor Springs and Petosky- plus dipped in Lake Michigan up street for NYE!!

We stayed here in the fall (bonus: peak fall colors!) For 2 nights with our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and great location. We spent a good deal of time in downtown Petoskey for a family wedding but also visited Harbor Springs. We love this area and hope to return again in the summer. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

This condo is very cute, the photos and descriptions described it perfectly. The location was close by to all the wineries and other local attractions we wanted to check out on our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Communication with the property management prior to check in was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We love the location of the condos, close to so much, the State park, easy travel to harbor springs, Tunnel of trees, boyne city etc.
the condo is nicely laid out, we enjoyed all the windows and sliding doors to the deck.
When we entered the condo a pretty strong foul smell was coming from either the garbage disposal or under the sink, we could not figure it out. Thankful we could open the doors and have air moving through. The kitchen seemed well stocked with supplies to cook if we wanted which we decided against because of the odor in the kitchen. Nice to have cleaning supplies, vacuum and use of washer/dryer all in unit. Well stocked bathroom with towels, soap and TP.

Rather than staying in a hotel we decided to stay at the condo and it was a great decision. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and could’ve certainly accommodated more. It was clean, well stocked, bedding was comfortable and the advice on where to go and how to get there was welcomed. It’s proximity to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey was awesome as was the short walk / bike / drive to Petoskey State Park. Our kids spent hours looking for Petoskey stones and found a few. Great stay and great value.

The place was a great location, but lots of traffic noise on M-119, very clean, had trouble getting in with the lock box, the property manager eventually came out.. we waited an hour. Overall good experience.

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property. We've had a fantastic experience both times. It is a perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was very clean. We appreciated all the little things, like beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, etc. that we didn't want to bring from home. Excellent location, too. We walked every day to the beach.

We stayed at the Happy Days Condo for a week and found it to be a very easy home base for exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. We especially liked the easy access to the bike trail. The condo is very clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with just about every kind of dish, pot, pan, etc., one might need. We appreciated the attention to detail with the coffee set-up! The beds were very comfortable, and we loved being able to eat outside on the deck.

We found the condo clean and very well stocked (could possibly use more than three coffee mugs). The location is perfect! We enjoyed the beach right next door at the State Park, the bike path, area wineries, breweries, and restaurants. We appreciated the large deck and BBQ grill. The condo was a comfortable place to relax after a full day of activities. Management company offered clear communication and everything went very smoothly.

With close proximity to great restaurants, nightlife, and the ski hills we couldn’t have been happier!No extra toilet paper was found in rental for 6 people....disappointing to say the least.

I highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of five it had so many extras that we were thoroughly impressed such as spices, crockpot, blankets, coffee fixings, laundry detergent with it being a nice, etc. It was comfy and cozy with it being a nice warm place. The towels were just like at home. It was close to nubs knob in the Highlands, where we skied as well as the grocery stores. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay there again. There was only one pitfall and it wasn’t a big deal. On our last morning there we ran out of toilet paper.

This is the 1st time we've stayed there and we had a great time. There were 3 of us that went, but this place could hold 4 no problem. It had everything we needed for a week up north.
The location was fantastic to be the jumping off point to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw, and parts of the UP.
Loved the layout and really liked the fireplace for the chilly evenings.
Would absolutely stay there again!

We came up for a weekend, Thurs-Saturday. It was in a great location! Condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to shopping in Petoskey, and great walks in the State Park nearby!

This location was very convenient. Rental was clean. Beach chairs, beach tent, cooler and two bikes are at your disposal which was very convenient. The beach is a five minute drive and we spent a lot of time there. The only complaint was the last the bed was too small and soft, but not a big deal. I just think a king size would be perfect. Would definitely go back due to price and convenience.

Comfortable & Centrally Located
The house was a perfect location to use as a base camp for family excursions to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Harbor Springs — location to Petoskey state park was a plus. The house itself was great, very clean; beds were confortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed to spend a week away.

The location of this condo was perfect for my husband & I as we bicycled with some friends who were camping in the State Park, connected to the condo area by a trail. Access to the paved bike path was just off the parking lot! The condo was very clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed and beautiful. We would definitely go back!

What an amazing and wonderful experience I had with my 4 sisters celebrating my 60th birthday! The place was perfect for us 5 women even with just one bathroom! Walking distance to the state park was exceptionally beautiful this time of year. The only thing that was of concern was the check out time 10:00 is too early...and ALL the things that were required upon check out. Other than that a beautiful stay and so many lasting memories. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Cozy, Comfy and Quaint
We were quite comfortable in this condo. Cleanliness was fine.
The proximity to neighboring towns was great! We loved the deck, but there was a lot of street noise ( to be expected on that particular well-traveled road. )
Overall, the condo could use some sprucing up with updates and new paint if one wants to be picky.
We very much enjoyed our stay !!!
