The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could want for a delightful stay with friends and family in Cabo.

Our stay at Casa Del Sol Naciente was really nice. Location is great to explore both Cabo San Lucas but also close enough to San Jose Del Cabo to make for an easy drive. House was perfect for our group of 6 people. Francisco (House Manager) was an incredible help for directions, things to do and coordination of activities. He made arrangements for massages in the house, personal chef (who was amazing) at the house, etc... Private beach was great/beautiful Highly recommend.

We had a great week at this property with 3 generations ranging from 10 months to 70+ years. Overall the property suited us very well and Daniel was never far away if we had any questions. A few things to note: The tiled area around the pool can get very hot and slippery - I would recommend taking a pair of sliders / flip flops to wear. An extra parasol to provide some extra shade would be very useful. The table seats 6 easily, 8 at a squeeze. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant so used a couple of outdoor chairs round the table for the kids. The office room that houses the sofa bed doesn't have a/c and got very hot in August. It was too hot for any of us to sleep in even with a fan. Take bug spray- we ate outside on the first night but as we all got bitten we ate inside the rest of the stay. The WiFi was intermittent so we reset the router a few times which seemed to help, but this could definitely do with an upgrade to add stabilty / range. The house provided a pack n play and high chair but a stair gate would also be a good idea. I only gave the description 4 out of 5 as it said the swimming pool was fenced off but it isn't. Ii only gave the cleanliness 4 out of 5 as the black railings around the property were really dirty. The house was great, the layout really suited us and the location gives you views of the arch from the rooftop. We spent most evenings up there after dinner watching the sunset. There are supermarkets close by and the location makes it very easy to get into Cabo, San Jose or even up towards Todos Santos. We would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back! We stayed here with our young adult children. There was enough space for all of us to spread out and to still spend a lot of time together. We really enjoyed having our own pool and cooking our own meals at the house in the evening while sitting out on the rooftop to watch the sunset. One night we even got to see fireworks!

Everything about this house was amazing! This is our 2nd time to stay in the subdivision. The house had everything you needed. Francesco was so great to work with and so accommodating! I wish I could have stayed here longer! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home!

He met us at the house upon our arrival to walk us through the house and showed us where everything was- throughout our stay I messaged him a few times and he immediately got back to me! The house was nicely appointed and was clean- kids loved the pool as well as the beaches we visited! We felt totally safe and let our older four kids, ages 12-16, walk to the private beach when they wanted to. I recommend this house for larger groups or families with kids! Our family of 7 fit comfortably in the space!

He was available by call/text during our entire stay to help us arrange taxis or answer any questions we had. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe and has security at the entrance to vet all cars that enter. The house is a ~5 minute walk from a beautiful quiet beach and a few hotels which have coffee shops & restaurants. We absolutely loved the home and our stay. Cannot recommend the property & praise Francisco’s hospitality enough!

Just a heads up if ordering an Uber the address is very confusing to most drivers. Shuttles were fast and convenient. The security booth was able to call for one. The downside to the house we didn’t have a Jacuzzi. We found out after our booking that there’s no heat, but that won’t ruin our vacation. Just would have been amazing to have this. We weren’t a rowdy group, but we did have a lot of beers and trash for the garbage cans. I felt so bad leaving it behind. The house manager let us hangout for an additional two hours and had no problem with this. We were definitely hungover so it helped us physically feel better by staying to pack and clean. Thanks so much for an awesome stay.

This is an amazing property in a secure gated quiet community with all the amenities. The roof top deck with its view of the ocean and lounging/sitting area is a bonus. The home is clean, spacious, well decorated, and stocked with cooking utensils and games. The American tv channels were also a plus during NCAA playoffs. We lacked for nothing. Perfect for a family, couples getaway, ladies trip or more. WiFi worked well for an online class we needed to join. Take a short walk to a private beach, order an Uber or taxi for your grocery run to Fresko’s (similar to Whole Foods across the street) or walk to the hospital/pharmacy next door (if needed). If you choose to go downtown, it’s a short 10-15 minute taxi ride. Francisco, the property manager, is excellent. We loved our time at this great property in Cabo. Ade was wonderful to work with before we arrived. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and was very helpful in making arrangements for a chef, covid tests at the property etc. Francisco checked in with us often to make sure everything was ok. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the quiet setting, the decor of the home, the outdoor kitchen, and the short walk to the private beach. We felt very safe in the gated community. The rooftop terrace was amazing to watch beautiful sunsets. We would stay here in a heart beat if we chose to visit Cabo again.

Such a great property for our annual "Ladies Beach Trip". Plenty of room to have solitude, with common areas allowing for group interactions. The house is well equipt for group cooking and activities. Francisco was delightful to work with and insured a great stay.

Fabulous home to spend time with family! The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the New Year's Eve firework displays put on by all of the surrounding resorts.

We stayed 4 nights at Karen’s place in mid-December. It was very clean, had great amenities and was just overall a great place to enjoy the beauty of Cabo. It’s a great spot to vacation!

Trying to find the place was as difficult as things were. Great location, very quiet and secluded, but close enough to Downtown Cabo to enjoy the nightlife. Was awesome to be able to kick back by the pool and BBQ. Watched a little football, drank beer and palomas. At night sat underneath the stars and watched the lights of the City… All in a weeks vacation
