Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front beach condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ocean view, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The unit is comfortable and sleeps 6 people. The unit is ocean front facing the beach. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and swimming in the large pool as well as later watching the sunset from the balcony at the end of the day. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as the Gulfarium and the pier within walking distance. There are also restaurants nearby as close as across the street from the complex. The complex offers, tennis courts, a workout room and a spa area as well. Destin is 6 miles away . Also close is outlet shopping, a waterpark as well as beautiful golf courses and putt putt.

We were on the road when we got the email with parking pass and couldn’t get it printed in time for our arrival. Wish we could’ve received it earlier. Construction at facility entrance made for a little inconvenience, but otherwise we REALLY LIKED our stay! We plan to make a (or several) return visits! Thanks for being a gracious hostess!

This condo was amazing! It had everything we could possibly need right down to nightlights and a pizza cutter (trust me, most places dont have one). It truly was a home away from home!

Sea Oats was the perfect place for our family!! Our boys lived their best lives going from beach to pool and pool to beach all week. Very clean, owner was very responsive and helpful.

The condo was well kept and better than described on the VRBO website. The kitchen was one of the best equipped that I have had in vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and other linens. Housekeeping even left enough dishwasher and laundry detergent to do 5 loads of each. However the most surprising thing about this condo was the owner Janet. She is very easy to work with and responded to any questions and/or request that I had in a matter or minutes usually. We will definitely put her condo on our list to book again. Thank You Janet we will be back.

This condo at Sea Oats was perfect for us. We had a fabulous view, large pool and beautiful beach. There were restaurants across the street and we walked to the aquarium as well with more restaurants near it. Janet was a wonderful hostess and answered our questions in an timely manner. We'd love to return!

The beach front view was awesome every morning and all day long. The condo was very nice and clean. All you need to bring with you is your groceries. We will be booking again!

We loved this condo. When we arrived it wasn't very clean no big deal didn't want to complain . We left the condo cleaner than it eas when we arrived even washed all the towels swept amd wiped everything down . We got charged 140 dollars for the cleaners having to work longer amd a supposedly soil spot on the carpet and couch . All that needed to be done was the bedding being washed. We done alot of cleaning before we left even made the coment that we made it easy for the cleaners

Beautiful condo, very convenient to everything we needed. Once we made a trip to the grocery store just over the bridge, we didn’t even need to move the car. Stewby’s across the street has great food, highly recommend! Great views from the balcony and bedroom, the perfect height as you get bird’s eye look at the water and still be able to hear the surf. A real gem of a condo and Janet is a great hostess! Thank you again for allowing us to visit, and we’re certainly planning to come back again!

This was our second time here. Last year a week just wasn't enough, so we stayed 10 days this year to enjoy more sights. The host is wonderful and prompt in getting back with you. Property is always clean and beautifully decorated. This place is a blessing to all who get the privilege of staying here!

I have booked with Janet for a couple of years now. Room is always clean, well stocked for cooking, and has a great view of the ocean/beach. We will continue to book with Janet year after year!

Janet is a pleasure to rent from. She promptly responded to any questions or issues we had both before we got there and while we were there. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are clean and had extra soap shampoo, etc. There were plenty of nice soft towels. The pictures need to be updated. There is a newer couch and loveseat that were both very comfortable. The pool area and pool are larger than most condos and the hot tub is in an enclosed room so it can be used in any weather. We’ve stayed in condos on vacation for about the last 10 years and we definitely recommend this one!

Several of the “Snowbirds” moved in during our stay…very nice to meet at the pool. All-in-all were very happy there.

This was a very nice condo and the rental process was very smooth. Janet, the host was very helpful and communicated well. We had a lovely time with local family members for Christmas and would stay here again.

We traveled with our three children, one an infant. The condo is plenty big enough. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The rooms are more updated than in the pictures listed with the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in the condo. The pool area is nice with plenty umbrellas for shade. The walk to and from the beach is short. The washer/dryer combo was so nice to have in the unit to keep our laundry done! We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future!

This is an awesome room. The view from the balcony is amazing. The beds sleep great. Colors of rooms give a warm beach vibe. The owner is great. Great communication before and during our stay. Always ready to help if needed. We have stayed here many times and hope to return when we can.

Wonderful stay at the Sea Oats Condos. Had our coffee with the dolphins in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms were nice to have. Walked across street for meals and ice cream. Any problems we had were addressed quickly by the property owner. Would stay again.

My family of four enjoyed our stay and look forward to more years at this condo! Great location and quiet. You are near good restaurants, things to do, etc. Definitely recommend this place! Also, owner is very on top of things and easy to deal with!

You simply take the elevator down and then walk through the pool area to get to the beach. And we always bring our own beach chairs and umbrella, so we like to leave those in our car. Then it's a simple matter to pick them up on our way to the beach and put them back each day when we're done. There's also several good restaurants close by that we enjoyed.

This condo is by far one of our favorites we've ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated in a soothing beach theme and the view from the oceanfront balcony is STUNNING! I have zero complaints except for having to leave...lol. 🙃 We will definitely be visiting here again! Thanks Janet for allowing us to use your litt piece of paradise 🌴❤️🌞
