We Want To Make Staying In Our Home The Best Possible Experience From Start To Finish. This beautiful, relaxing, ALL ONE LEVEL town home is one of the newer Coral Ridge properties. The CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND and picnic tables are adjacent to this town home! You will be able to walk to the TWO LARGE POOLS, 2 HOT TUBS, Clubhouse, fitness center, ping pong table, foosball table, showers, small putting green, kitchen and lounge. We have nice seating and tables on the backyard courtyard and a WEBER bbq for your cooking enjoyment! Our home is professionally furnished and everything is clean and fresh. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to the down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort. Some of the amenities of the house are: 3 SMART televisions with RoKu and many apps, DVD players, high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath with soaker tub and shower, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom, twin on top that is designed for youth. (sleeps 6) All have luxury bedding. Two car garage, alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios, desk/office space. Games galore, and books and puzzles. If you enjoy golfing, we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up the street. There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

I can’t say enough good things about this place…. It had every single thing we needed and the house is absolutely beautiful!! Location was perfect and super easy to find! Our kids favorite part was the pool, actually “pools” we travel a lot and this was our families favorite pool area!! And the host is wonderful with communication as well… do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it! If we ever return, we will for sure be staying here!

This property was perfect for our family needs and the location was what we wanted. We could easily get to the multiple parks we wanted to visit and was a peaceful, relaxing place after mornings of hiking. Everything we needed was an easy drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we made it back to Southern Utah!

This home is so wonderful, even more than the pictures! The park is right next door, we could have our coffee on the porch of the property and watch the kids play in the mornings. The pools are amazing, we didn't realize there were 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. There were many families and kids to meet. The inside of the home is so comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and will equipped kitchen. We can't wait to be back!

Our stay at this Bay Hill beauty was amazing! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed.
The BBQ grill got lots of use! The board games were a great addition, we played games every nights.
Communication from start to finish with the owner owner was great!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well stocked with linens, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space. The host was very good at communication and replied in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this rental!

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and clean and had a great open layout. Lots of towels and blankets, which we loved for the pool and watching movies. Jane was very easy to communicate with.

Loved how Jane had thought of every detail to kid frequently games, multiple charging ports, the cleanliness. And loved how open it was perfect to be able to relax and enjoy everyone’s company. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and we’ll stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! We had fun with the board games provided.
However, there was no grill as described in the listing. I had planned and purchased food to grill, but we just adapted. Not a big deal to me. Would definitely stay again!

We came to St George for a dance competition and stayed with another family in this condo and LOVED it. It was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The sheets and towels were soft and high quality! We didn’t come across anything that we needed that this condo have! The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the pools were super warm, which was nice since we were here in a cooler weekend. Huge bonus that there is 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.
If you have a little one, there is a pack and play and high chair which was extremely helpful and convenient. Another major bonus if you have kids is that it is situated right next to a little playground.
We loved it and would definitely stay again! The owners were very helpful and easy to contact also!

This property is exactly as described. All of my children found fun things to do here. The clubhouse swimming pools were heated during the winter and were a lot of fun. The host was very responsive to our text messages during our stay. The home is very spacious and very clean. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time here. The house is right next to a small playground, and we could watch our daughter from the patio. Some of the kids enjoyed swimming at the clubhouse (it was winter, but the pools are heated). Everything was very clean and we were able to cook our own food in the kitchen. The surrounding area is nice too. Multiple Walmarts and other stores nearby. The scenery is gorgeous. Our favorite day was probably when we went to Kayenta Arts Village to shop and walk the Desert Rose Labyrinth, drove through Snow Canyon, and then went to Veyo Pies.

My family of 8 spent over a week at this property during Thanksgiving Break and it was lovely. We swam at the pools every day, and the water was warm. We are so glad they were well-heated! The property had everything we needed. I cooked most of the days we stayed here, and I made good use of the crockpot, blender, and casserole dishes. The sheets were so soft, the towels all smelled so fresh and clean, and there were plenty of games and puzzles to pass the time. The owner was so responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the fishing pond down the road is super pretty and enjoyable to walk around. Next time, we will bring our fishing gear!

The rental was perfect. Everything you ever wanted in a rental was there. Lots of space, modern and clean bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Location is perfect for mountain biking or hiking in the area. Communication was great too. I will definitely come back!

Our family family went down to St.George for the St. George marathon. We stayed at a lovely townhome in Washington. The townhome was very clean, well furnished. Our grandchildren loved the room with the double bunk beds. There is a playground next to the townhome and club house with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs in walking distance.
We recommend this townhome to our friends and family.

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and provides many extras that help you feel right at home. Clean, comfy, and stylish decor. TVs, games, and books are great for entertaining kids. Kitchen is well-stocked. Costco and Walmart are not far from the property. We loved the pools, pond, and nearby golf course too!

Very well maintained townhome in very quiet neighborhood. The “community” pools were beautiful, and also well maintained. Owner responds quickly to any question! Also, the home is stocked with all you need. Big spacious porch area to enjoy as well! I’d stay here again for sure.

Very pleasing neighborhood, well kept, beautiful facilities. We hiked in Zion for two of the three days we stayed here and it is about 30-35 min from the park entrance, we have four kids and the area had something for all of them. The home was spacious and comfortable, even provided some nice extras in the kitchen I don’t normally see, along with lots of games and linens and beach towels! 5 minutes from Quail creek state park which was a fun water day for the kids! Reasonably priced for size and location.

Amazingly Beautiful Condo
My family and I stayed 4 nights in this condo in July 2022 and it was beautiful. It was super clean and had way more bath towels, pool towels and blankets than we could ever need. Instructions to get into the condo was very clear and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We went to Zion 3 days and the drive was easy took us about 40 min. Lots of food and shopping within 10 of condo. Will definately stay again if our travels take us in that direction again......5 Stars!

This property is nicer than the photos! It is extremely well kept and clean. The owner is very gracious and the home is the best stocked home I have stayed in for a VRBO! Bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen have everything we needed. We loved the games and the community pools. The play ground sits right next to this property and the beds were amazing! The only thing that would be helpful is ceiling fans in the two bedrooms. I still give this a raving 5 star review!

This property is very clean and spacious. The townhouse is in a newer planned community. Our kids loved having access to the two swimming pools at the community clubhouse. The property owner has provided everything you would need to have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary dishes and utensils. Plenty of books and board games for the kids were available in the living room. And the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again.
