About this condo rental
Nestled in Marco Island, this attractive condo for £303 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This unit was just extensively remodeled by owners. It is our full time residence that we rent out when we are traveling. The unit is 1500 sq. ft. under air, which is larger than the typical two bedroom unit in this complex. We enlarged the guest bath, which opens into the guest bedroom and a common hallway. The guest bedroom was expanded and now has its own TV and sitting area. There is an office in the rear of the kitchen and the washer/dryer is also located there. The unit comes with all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bath and guest bath both have showers. There is a king size bed in the master, a king size bed in the guest bedroom and a full size Murphy bed in the living room. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. There are HDTVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The living room is a 70' , the master is a 39' the guest bedroom is a 42' . The living room and guest bedroom have Blue Ray disc players. The sound system through out is Sonos. The lanai looks due west for fabulous sunsets that change nightly. You are so close to the beach you can hear the surf. The property has two tennis courts and two swimming pools. The Marriott and Hilton hotels are minutes away by beach. Numerous restaurants are within short walking distance. Free Wi-fi and full size washer and dryer in unit. This property is lovely. Check in/out was very simple and easy. Kurt, the property manager, was resposive and helpful. The condo itself is quite clean. We take our shoes off at home and do the same when we use a vacation rental. Even the floors in this unit are very clean, which is unusual. We were impressed by the cleanliness since it's very important to us. We have often spent our first couple hours of vacation cleaning. It was unneeded in this beautiful rental. It was just two of us so we only used one bedroom but we did use both bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and would easily hold more people and is well appointed with supplies for your stay. The somerset itself is very well kept and has pretty grounds. Of course one cannot say enough about the amazing beach. It's not our thing but we saw many people gathering gorgeous shells. The location is easy walking distance to great restaurants. Our favorites are probably Marco Prime and Fin Bistro. We don't have a single negative thing to say about this condominium. We would return without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay in Marco Island. This condo is quite large with a separate seating area for the guest room. We did not need the murphy bed but it is nice for additional guests when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets!

Property is as depicted. The highlight is the west facing balcony directly overlooking the beach and ocean. The beach is wide and gorgeous. Dolphins spotted playing almost every day!
The kitchen was well stocked, and the Murphy bed was a comfortable solution to the extra bed needed to accommodate a fifth guest. Plenty of towels and blankets.
The location is good, near the south end of the island- pretty quiet but still convenient. Great to have pickleball courts available to play.
The cleanliness of the unit was average. We made use of the available cleaning supplies like vacuum and broom every couple days.
Most supplies were provided with the exception of shampoo and body wash- just an fyi for future guests.
Easy check in and check out, would stay again.

Impressive upscale condo. We have rented 25+ Marco beachfront properties and this unit is our new favorite. Nice building, excellent location, steps to the ocean, well organized check in and check out. Thanks, we will be back.

This is a great condo with great views. Owners were very responsive and helpful. They were doing some renovations at the complex during our visit but not too noisy. They were repairing on of the walkways to beach so only one walkway was available but not out of the way. Pool was refreshing. Condo was nice and had all the supplies needed for a great stay. It did not have an ice maker which would have been nice but did have some ice trays. Both king beds we’re comfortable and showers were nice and roomy with great water pressure.

We had a great stay at the Somerset condos on Marco. The condo was beautiful inside and provided everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Nice pools, a well stocked beach locker, easy access to the beach and great views from the balcony. The property managers were very nice and easy to work with from check-in to check-out. The covered parking was a great benefit, especially during the summer months.

The condo and the property were very nice. We did have an issue while there but it was taken care of immediately. Condo has towels and beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Beach is beautiful. Short walk from condo to get to the beach. Covered parking spot which was great in the heat. Close to restaurants and stores. Overall great vacation.

This condo was very nice. The property is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are updated with high-end equipment. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Enjoy drinking our morning coffee from the veranda. Wish beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented and set up. Hard to do the older you get. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful week!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Somerset condo. It was spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony day and night where the view was the best! The beach and grounds on the complex were terrific and we would be happy to stay here again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean, it has been recently renovated and it is immaculate. Everything works perfectly. All the beds and pillows are comfortable. Views of the Gulf and sunsets are awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, etc. are included. The pool is heated and is very well kept. Covered garage. I cannot think of a single item that is missing or should be changed. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. You will not be sorry.

We love the Somerset and this unit was excellent as it was very updated, convenient, and comfortable. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. The unit has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay and what beautiful views you have every single day! The master shower setup is a true gem! Both king beds were very comfortable! The pools are amazing and most of the time hardly anyone else was around! And of course the Marco beach and Gulf of Mexico are steps away and are amazing!! The only small issues we had was that the unit needed additional attention to detail from a cleaning perspective (perhaps a deep clean ie inside drawers, cabinets, walls), the couch is not very comfortable, the beach equipment is inadequate as almost every chair was broken upon arrival, and the entry lock was almost impossible to turn at times. Thanks for being a great host and allowing us to enjoy your slice of heaven!!

Perfect Condo!
We had the best vacation. Located in the gated Somerset condos, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for adults- king size beds in BOTH bedrooms, and a teenager (pull out Murphy bed.) The living room and kitchen were big enough for everyone in the family to sit comfortably. We loved the large comfy couch and the high top dining table. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful… with ample space to sit, dine and relax. We ordered in and ate supper on the balcony while watching the fireworks on the 4th. Great communication from the owner / manager. This place was clean and had all of the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely beautifully appointed unit. You will want for nothing. The view of the golf is absolutely spectacular. The building in and of itself is so clean and easy to get around. Most important, the security aspect on the property is unbelievable. I’ve never felt so secure on a property in the island.

The property/condo was very nice. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t in the condo. The only thing we saw that might have helped is not having to use keys to get in and out of the gates and instead using a fob system as we always had our hands full.

Relaxing, peaceful vacation
This was one of our family's favorite vacations. The ocean views from morning through sunset are beautiful. We swam in the pool and in the ocean. We took long walks on the beach. The owner provides beach chairs to sit by the ocean. The beach area is not crowded in front of the building. We cooked some meals at the condo and ate on the balcony with the view of the ocean. The condo is clean, quiet, and functional for a family of four. My 2 daughters appreciated have 2 bathrooms. We had a great vacation here.
