About this house rental
Located in the heart of Atlanta in Historic Ansley Park, our home is a most convenient spot from which to access the city. This is our primary residence, not simply a rental house so it is stocked with everything. While many of our belongings remain in the house, there is ample storage room for guests. This listing has complete rate information under the section marked 'rates.' If you are interested in renting our home please let us know a little about who will be staying and the purpose of your visit. For those looking for short-term stays we recommend checking out Atlanta's many wonderful hotels. For kids and adults alike we are five minutes from three separate parks including Atlanta's premier park, Piedmont Park (swim/tennis available in Piedmont Park-seasonal). We are two blocks from The High Museum of Art, Woodruff Arts Center, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and The Alliance Theatre. We are four subway stops from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, AmericasMart Atlanta and Centennial Olympic Park. In addition to dozens of restaurants within walking distance, we are less than a mile to Atlantic Station and The Center for Puppetry Arts. If you really want to see Atlanta look no further. Our first level has a living room with sleeper sofa, 40 inch TV, dining/conference area, full kitchen with sitting area, laundry room, half bath, bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom, rear patio with gas grill and a front porch with comfy chairs. The second level has a master suite with a king bed and private bath with jet tub & separate shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the second level, each with queen beds, sharing a hallway bathroom with shower. One of those bedrooms also has a television and mini-fridge. There is an optional baby-gate at the top of the stairs on the second level as well. The driveway is available for off-street parking and additional parking on the street is available with free guest parking passes which allow you to park in Ansley Park. We welcome any dog that is well trained and kept clean!

A group of us rented this house while attending a trade show at the Atlanta Mart. The house is lovely and the location couldn't be more convenient. The owners went all out to make our stay comfortable. The "extras" went a long way towards making us feel at home. It is obvious that Max and Nick are committed to making sure their guests are well cared for. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect place to stay

I can't say enough amazing things about Max and Nick, the owners of this amazing home. We came to Atlanta to celebrate the marriage of our daughter... we wanted a place to call home where our family could stay under one roof and the girls in the wedding could gather to get ready on the big day. Well, we found it in this lovely place we called home from the moment we stepped in the door. First of all, in all my excitement of getting to Atlanta I had us arriving a day early... not to worry, the owners quickly rearranged their schedule and I arrived a day ahead of THEIR schedule and never felt a moment of inconvenience or frustration. I walked into their home and was welcomed with warm hugs and a gift basket of snacks and a bottle of champagne to start the celebration, I was actually sorry to see them leave, I wanted to visit with them more!!!! Our family fit beautifully into the house and there was room for extended family and friends to join in the celebration from time to time. The location is perfect... you would never know that just a few blocks away is bustling midtown as you are tucked away in a quaint neighborhood bordered by Piedmont Park. There are great restaurants around the area and nice shopping areas, too. I'm sad to see that it has gone to a monthly rental as I would make it an annual trip for a week a year to bring our family up to visit our daughter and her new husband. This is definitely a place I could stay a month, however, if I had that kind of time! Thank you, Max and Nick, for your accommodation of my error in schedules and for sharing your home with our family. It made this week all that more special for us as we celebrated such an amazing time with our daughter. It gave us a place to call home, not just a place to stay!

I don't want to leave!

Amazing Home!
The owners, one of whom I have personally met, were wonderful. My family as well as my in-laws recently stayed at this property during labor day for the Virginia Tech / Alabama Football game and the home was perfect for hosting 12 people for the weekend (we had an air mattress). The large common spaces, as well as the numerous bedrooms (two with en-suite bath) we a perfect fit for us, and it was the perfect walk to the train to go to the stadium. I would highly rate this home to anyone, and will definitely be asking to return if we ever need the house again as we live in Atlanta, but live in a two bedroom condo that simply does not have enough space to host that kind of party. Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants, the train, the High Museum, and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood!

Wonderful experience in midtown
I rented this house for a reunion of coworkers and found Max wonderful to work with. She was accommodating and reliable and a very gracious host. The house itself is wonderful and comfortable with plenty of room for a larger group. I worried that parking might be a challenge, but that wasn't the case. The house is walkable to MARTA and close to a lot of attractions, particularly Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
I recommend it without hesitation.

A great place to stay in a great part of Atlanta. We met friend during the Final Four and the place was very comfortable, clean and cozy. A true home away from home. The backyard patio was a perfect place to enjoy the spring afternoons and evenings, while catching up with friends. A very quiet neighborhood, but just a short cab ride downtown with easy access to the MARTA.
The owners left a great introductory packet with clear instructions on the home and surrounding areas. There was even a welcome basket with gourmet snacks that came in handy throughout the trip.
Prior to arrival, the owners were very responsive to questions, and upon arrival everything was exactly as communicated. We got in late the first night and there were absolutely no problems with directions or entry.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Final Four Vacation
A great place to stay in a great part of Atlanta. We met friend during the Final Four and the place was very comfortable, clean and cozy. A true home away from home. The neighborhood is great and within walking distance to many midtown activities. I'd recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back when I can get another long weekend.

we stayed 2 days at the house. it was awesome! the house was nice & comfy in a nice quiet neighborhood , great location. we had gone up for music midtown at piedmont park and it was just a few short blocks away.the owners were on location & were very helpful. even loaned us a neighborhood parking pass so we could get closer to the park ! we would definitely recommened the house . we hope to go back next year !

music midtown 2012
we stayed 2 days at the house. it was awesome! the house was nice & comfy in a nice quiet neighborhood , great location. we had gone up for music midtown at piedmont park and it was just a few short blocks away.the owners were on location & were very helpful. even loaned us a neighborhood parking pass so we could get closer to the park ! we would definitely recommened the house . we hope to go back next year !
