Outstanding Pikes Peak views from this spectacular home. Warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Comfort supreme for the perfect vacation visit. Main Level Master Bedroom with two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom off the family room in the lower level. Full Kitchen, eating area, counter bar and dining room. Formal Living Room, Main Level Family Gathering Room and Lower Level Family Room. Laundry room and 2-car Garage access. Steep paved driveway to plenty of off street parking as well as 2-car garage. Snow plowing done as needed in wintery weather. OWNERS MESSAGE: Our family has enjoyed this Woodland Park vacation home and the scenic areas surrounding it for many years. Because we live in Florida, our schedules don’t allow us to travel out as often as we would like. In the meantime, we hope others who visit enjoy this peaceful spot as much as we do! Our home is in a mountainside neighborhood, but still maintains a private feel on the almost one-acre property. We have many wildlife visitors that will likely make an appearance while you are here. The town of Woodland Park is right around the corner, and it has every amenity you might possibly need during your visit including Safeway, Walmart and many restaurants.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. We made most of our meals and the kitchen was great to work in. Coffee on the master bedroom deck in the morning was lovely and we almost always saw deer in the yard in the morning.

We enjoyed the location, layout, and amenities at this house. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and access to so much room. The kids enjoyed the lower level and had a space to themselves. We were worried about not having a/c, but we were diligent about keeping the windows open at night.

We can’t get over the view. We were in town filming the Pikes Peak International Hill climb and we had the most majestic view from this property. Spacious clean and seemingly off the grid with nearby amenities. Deer in the yard every day. Missing it already.

The house is super close to Walmart and Safeway but still has an excellent view of Pikes Peak. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but the driveway goes around the house so if you are someone who doesn’t do stairs well, you can get in the side or back door with only a couple of small steps. The bedroom on the main floor also makes this home accommodating for those who can’t do stairs.
The home was clean and in good condition and the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly.

I wanted a place with a view of the mountains and enough space for my family of four + two. This house was perfect. We awoke to the view of Pike's Peak every morning. There was enough space where no one felt cramped. And after a day of of activities in The surrounding areas, it was a quiet place to retreat and relax together. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Family Reunion
My Sister hosted a family reunion in Florissant so 8 family members from NC stayed at this rental property in Woodland Park. It was the perfect size, perfect location and came with a spectacular view! Clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend this rental.

The property was perfect! Close enough to all the attractions in Colorado Springs but away from the city life. Views were amazing. Never saw a neighbor so it felt like we were secluded on the side of a mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Five stars does not do this home justice. The home is charming and perfectly comfortable. This home also has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of extra linens for a large group. The location is just beautiful, the views of Pikes Peak are absolutely breathtaking. Hopefully this will be the first of many vacations spent at this beautiful house.

Five stars does not do this home justice. The home is charming and perfectly comfortable. This home also has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of extra linens for a large group. The location is just beautiful, the views of Pikes Peak are absolutely breathtaking. Hopefully this will be the first of many vacations spent at this beautiful house.

Beautiful house with great views of mountains!
The house was very clean and had good layout to enjoy the Mountain scenery. Perfect place to comeback after the day activities and enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking Pike Peak.

I was there with 4 teenage boys and they had the basement to themselves while we each had a bedroom for individual privacy at the end of the day. It could not have been more perfect.
Lots of wildlife sightings, a beautiful view and everything we could have needed to grill out, make dinners and enjoy one another's company.

The best views + house layout
We had such a great few days at your beautiful home. The layout of the house is perfect to accommodate a large group of people. Perfect location and peaceful area
House was as expected and true to description. Location was convenient to surrounding activities planned during our stay. Everything was within 20 or so miles of the property, including pikes peak hwy, cave of the winds, cheyenne mountain zoo, cliff dwellings, seven falls. Woodland Park is a lovely town and found an excellent mexican restaurant we frequented. Would have loved to stay longer! Not a big deal, but housekeeping should clean under furniture. Other than that, I would rent this property again. It was very comfortable for us and enjoyed watching the chipmunks play in the back on the retaining wall and the morning visits from the deer.

There were plenty of supplies in the bathroom and the kitchen. We stayed for 5 days and saw deers and a bear outside the downstairs window. Our kids were very excited! We enjoyed our stay! We wanted to stay longer.

Spectacular Views
We loved eating breakfast in the main dining room, which has a spectacular view of Pikes Peak! You could even see vehicles going up the mountain on a clear morning!
There were plenty of supplies in the bathroom and the kitchen. We stayed for 5 days and saw deers and a bear outside the downstairs window. Our kids were very excited! We enjoyed our stay! We wanted to stay longer.

Family Vacation
The location and home were excellent for our family vacation. Lots of room and a great kitchen and dining area, though we ate most dinners out on the deck. We loved the view, deer, wildflowers, and outdoor swing in addition to the proximity to attractions in the area.

Very nice place!
We had a very enjoyable time at the home. It is fully equipped with everything you need and is very homey. The view is amazing and make you feel like you don’t even need to leave the home. Lots of space and very bright and sunny! Would definitely stay again .
