About this house rental
Located in Sunriver, this charming house for £329 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Catkin Lane 04 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Accented by cedar and stone, this is a fine example of Sunriver living. Your stay will be complete with a private hot tub, a foosball table, and WiFi. Twelve SHARC passes are also included! The Village at Sunriver, with its eateries and shops, is just three miles off. Bend is a quick day trip of 17 miles away, and the skiing at Mt. Bachelor is only 23 miles distant. Top quality and newly furnished, this home has cathedral ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace to add to your enjoyment. Watch some cable, or log onto the WiFi to upload pictures. The lovely kitchen has a coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessities‚Äîthere's even a formal dining room! There are four bedrooms, three baths, and a large loft, which leaves plenty of space for everyone. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor, both with king beds. The third bedroom has a king, and the fourth bedroom has a queen. The loft has two twin beds, an Aero bed, plus a foosball table and a large flat screen TV for the whole gang to enjoy. There's room here for as many as 12 guests. The spacious deck has a private hot tub and is a great place to experience the clean air and wonderful feel of Sunriver. There's even a private washer and dryer. Spend hours biking on the 40 miles of paved bike trails, head to Bend to go spelunking in the Lava River Cave, then have dinner at Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails. You'll love it here! Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Great house unless the outside temp is above 85. When the temp is above 85 turning on either the oven or stove makes the house like an oven inside.

Beautiful. Great for family get togethers. Four bedrooms with very comfortable king beds, two with attached bathrooms. Large central room, beautiful gas fire, lots of games, well supplied kitchen. Really great.

This home worked out perfectly for our party of 10 with four families. We all had our own room. The loft upstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out. The kitchen to my surprise was fully stocked with everything I needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. The 10 bikes in the garage was a bonus as well. I liked the location as it was close to the market. We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub worked great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love this house and have rented it 9 times in the past 11years. It is perfect for our annual family get togethers. We enjoy using the provided bikes and tennis rackets and, of course, the pool passes to the SHARC.

The house is beautiful and fully stocked. There is NO air conditioner and the house was hot the entire time. It was 82 degrees inside the house

Clean spacious home. Comfortable beds, great place to call home for our stay. Smaller kitchen but equipped nicely! Lots of working bikes to use too. We would definitely rent this home again.

Home had a nice floor plan for accommodating a large family gathering.

However, we experienced several problems with this home in the area of maintenance-light bulbs out, broken ceiling fan, dishwasher leaking water all over the floor, bar-b-que not working, carpet filthy. there are seberal bikes available for renters use but each had some issue that needed to be fixed. Kitchen is quite small for such a large house which made several cooks impossible. there is a refrigerator in the garage for overflow food items which was nice. We were very disappointed to learn upon arriving that the SHARK passes included with the home were useless because the SHARK was only open SAT. & SUN. which didn't line up with our schedule. Felt we should've been notified of that ahead of time to avoid a huge disappointment. Quiet nieghbors, quiet area but no landscaping at all just look at weeds in the backyard. Jacuzzi is small also which made for "shifts" to use it with a large gathering. Lots of beds however a master bedroom bed was unuseable except by children as it was squeeky, or crunchy sounded when one person rolls over.

The layout and bedroom situation is really good for adults who appreciate privacy and king & queen size beds. Most Sunriver homes are geared for families with kids and can be less than ideal for a group of adults. This home was great for my friends and me, we came for a tennis camp at the Woodlands courts, to which it was just a quick walk, driving actually takes longer. Hopping in the hot tub before the morning session was great for warming up muscles while the air was still chilly. We also appreciated the large selection of bikes. The home could use some TLC though. Several outlets did not work, the carpet was filthy, the twin beds in the loft were terribly uncomfortable, the nail heads on the deck were raised (foot injury risk) and every single step on the deck, no matter where, created a loud squeak, and 4 of 6 woven deck chairs had busted out seats. The kitchen was cramped but seemed to have all the necessities. The extra fridge in the garage was nice to have. The listing says no garage parking but there is plenty of room in the garage, even with all the bikes, for at least one car. The driveway easily holds three cars,

We used and enjoyed the Sharc passes, hot tub, back deck, fireplace, bikes, second refrigerator in the garage, washer and dryer, and extensively stocked kitchen. The house was ideal for our family, ages 10 years old to 85 years old.
