The unit was spotless. It blends classiscs with modern touches. The host has thought through all the little details so you don’t have to. The neighborhood is charming and a short walk to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was amazing. We walked most places, but there was so much to do within a short drive, as well. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, and amenities plenty. I traveled with my mom and sister on this trip. Now, I'm trying to convince my husband we need to visit Portland. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here. Perfect spot!

Jennifer was very helpful with a couple questions I had leading up to our stay. The pictures really don’t do justice to the space- much more spacious than I’d expected. It has some of the ‘charms’ of older homes (tight bathroom etc) but we are used to that. 😊 Perfect location close to restaurants, park, and port, and street parking was easy.

My wife and i loved our stay on Munjoy Hill. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. It is in a great neighborhood with access to the east Portland Promenade only a half block away. The accomodations were nice as well with only one issue worth mentioning. Seating in the front room was not very comfortable. That being said, i would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat if i visit Portland again.

Great place to stay in Portland! The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to local breweries and views. The apartment was well equipped and the host goes the extra steps to make you feel welcome.

Loved being close to Eastern Promenade. Spacious. Very small bathroom (This comment for owner only: bathroom permeated by odor of old urine.)

The apartment was in a great location, in such a pretty neighborhood. Very comfortable and cozy!

Munjoy Hill house location was great for access to Portland and neighborhood restaurants & stores. We especially liked the Front Page restaurant. Although it rained almost the whole time we were there we found plenty to do in Portland and surrounding areas.

This was a great apartment with a wonderful location. Communication was easy and check in was seamless. Definitely recommend!

This was a super charming, spacious clean apartment located just a block up from the waterfront in the Eastern side of Portland. It was perfect for my husband, myself and two teenagers. We were within a short walking distance to a few excellent neighborhood restaurants- The Front Room and Jing Yan Tavern, plus a few markets. It’s walkable but quite a distance to the downtown area- put on those walking shoes! There was so much to explore and see! If you want a more quiet place to stay, this is a nice option.

This beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a long weekend getaway with our toddler. Well maintained and cleaner than my house! Street parking was easy. Quick walk up and down hills to breweries, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and cafes!

Jennifer’s home is lovely and spacious and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and it’s a VERY short drive to all the shops and wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend and will stay there again if we ever come back.

We really enjoyed our time here. Clean, great area, and host was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Portland area.

Very cute place. The little snacks and coffee and tea were an extra nice touch. We enjoyed spending time in Old Port as well as visiting area colleges with our high school age daughter.

We had the best time in Maine, and it was genuinely *made* by this place. Perfect location, adorable property, great communication.

The location of this apartment is great! Minutes away from restaurants, parks and the water. I’m only giving it 4/5 stars because of the noise. The walls are thin and the clicking heaters are a little loud.

Will go back for sure!

When Goldilocks visits Portland, she stays Here—not too much, not too little, but Just Right. Location amazing. Super tidy (ocd) and everything you need is right where you need it and everything you don’t need isn’t there. On top of that, Jennifer is quick to respond and pleasantly accommodating. Just stay here already.

The location of the apartment was great! Walking along the Eastern Promenade is peaceful & the place is only a 20-30 min walk away from the main nightlife/restaurant scene. The apartment was easy to find and access (besides one of the door numkeys being hard to press), and there was a lot of parking right in front. Inside, the apartment was clean and the host had left toiletries and snacks.

We had a beautiful time on a family vacation in this amazing home. Not only is the place super charming and VERY clean, but the host looks into every detail, including a welcome note and some snacks. The place is just as nice as the host. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.
