Located in Oceanside, this lovely condo for £139 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sea Level Cottage, A11 at North Coast Village. What a great location for beach lovers of all ages. Sea Level Cottage, a gorgeous single-level 2-bedroom condo has amazing beach access. You also have an ocean view from your patio and lawn area. Comfortably furnished with a queen-size sofa bed, two chairs, and a recliner, the living area features a cozy fireplace and wood-look floors. It is also equipped with a Samsung Smart tv. Enjoy the state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops and a travertine stone floor. The bedrooms both have new super-comfy pillow-top beds. Sea Level Cottage has just been refurnished by the new owners, so bring your surf boards and boogie boards and enjoy the beautiful beach decor! The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous! There are stairs leading to the "front door" of this property, but the sliding glass door in the living room leads out onto a ground-level patio that is accessible from the sidewalk on Breakwater Way, so no stairs are required to enter the property from that location. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. Sea Level Cottage is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, foosball, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. This unit is in a great location and it is very nice. The kitchen is fine but the dishwasher is in a very awkward location. I love the fact that it had a key for the back sliding door - which is where we entered and exited throughout our stay. Getting to the front door from the garage is difficult to navigate if you are trying to carry luggage or anything. We ended up unpacking at the curb which made it much easier to unpack and pack. The unit was not very well cleaned when we arrived. The table was dusty, food particles on the chairs, and the floor was not even swept. We cleaned everything ourselves since we arrived a bit late but when our daughter came to visit the next day, her little one still found old cereal bits on the floor. The Vacation rental representative offered to have the cleaning crew come back over to clean but by that time we had already re-cleaned. So I did feel that my cleaning fee was too much because of this issue.

Our unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It was updated and very clean! We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach and pools. The property was beautiful and lush with grass, tropical plants and waterfalls. The unit was full of everything we needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Only families from the other homes in the area. This is hands down my favorite family beach area now! I can’t wait to come back again next summer.

Have always loved Oceanside. Sad to see such rocky beaches. Kids were still able to have fun in the sand but you have to wear shoes to get to the surf. The apartments is lovely and very convenient half block to the beach. Kids also loved the heated pool.

The rental is old. The complex is poorly marked and like a maze, making it difficult to find anything. There were ants in the bed and shower. The air mattress deflated during the night. Overall, not a very comfortable place to stay.

Nice Condo, just ensure you are good being so close to the road (garbage day, traffic, landscaping trucks etc) the benefit being ground level is to walk straight to the beach, but again there is road noise. Condo is in great shape, we found ourselves using the main pool in the main building across the street. No boogie boards surfboard or wetsuits in condo, but beach chairs and umbrella are in condo, parking space is tight for any full size SUV, pictures are accurate

We have stayed in this condo about four or five times. Our top favorite reasons are the location (so close to the beach, kids (7-12 years-old) can go back on their own, easy walk to the marina), it sleeps six and we have five and they provide things like a beach wagon, beach towels and beach chairs so you don’t have to pack those. This vacation has become a staple to our family. We love going to the beach and this is the perfect set up for us.

Perfect location for family
Wonderful stay with family. Had everything we needed. No joke about the ants. Do not leave ANYTHING out not sealed up TIGHT. Otherwise no issues what-so-ever. Loved our family daily beach walks. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again here!

There were several sets of stairs to access the condo but we found it easiest to temporarily park along the street to load/unload through the sliding glass patio door which did not require stairs. Both bathrooms had walk-in showers which we liked but those with small children may miss having a bathtub. Beach access was quick and easy. Everything we needed for the beach was provided cart, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and more. We loved this condo and would stay again.
