Stay was good & facilities great with friendly staff, definitely value for money for a weekend stay.

Security met us at the gate and opened up for us. Nicolette was very helpful and friendly

you don't get a remote for the front gate, someone at reception must let you in and out and I get hat this is a safety and security feature, but it's only a brilliant idea, if the execution meets the idea and or information provided. Upon leaving, we had to wait for about 10 minutes, before I had to hoot, for someone to open the gate. The pool is under construction and not working and would be an added bonus feature considering the region and it's weather.

Like they say , don’t judge the book by its cover , the apartment was very beautifully I loved everything . It very close to the nearby activities , cable way , little parties and many more plus shopping malls

On the second day of our stay , We were told that the housekeeper only comes on Mondays , our room needed a change of towels and cleaning in the bedroom .thank god one of the security guards come to our rescue , we gave him keys n he immediately attended our apartment

Worst 2 days of my life

The kitchen was nice, the bedroom was awesome. It's very stylish and breathtaking

There was no water to bathe, and it was not communicated. It was the worst 2 days of my life when I went to the office to enquire about it. They asked me how would I get water like it had to be supplied. And they gave me 5 liter bottle and not even a bowl to use to bath. Then I had to use the basin the whole water ran through even if I closed it. Then what choice did I have to do, cause clearly they didn't want to help. I use the wine bucket to bathe in it. 2 days, I went to request for the water, and the lady asked me, "There is no water. Why request the water if it was there? If there is a water issue. An urn with water in it will be nice,an extra bottle of cold water is needed, and a washing basin should be supplied to. And the noise I struggled to sleep and when the sleeps came and enjoying it, you will wear the noise from offices, not considering that they are guest sleeping. If they are changing shift or whatever they are doing, they need to be considered. Some of us were there to rest and have a piece of mind not to be inconvenient. Sheets were not clean, found some red dots on it, and when trying to look for a plug next to the headboards, there was an ant soil behind the pedestals. And the gate, it is right next to the main road, when you get out you can not see the coming traffic from the right,which is easy to get into the car and cause an accident

Fantastic Weekend away!

We liked that it was central to the places we planned to see. It was such a cute little apartment. Very cozy, Super clean and romantic. We had security 24/7 of course and they were all so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again

Parking space was a bit of an issue as it was hard to get out if there are other guests parked in

I loved everything about that place from the friendly staff, to the cleanliness and the location was superb it was close to the shops and amenities.

We loved the privacy and it felt really safe and the stuff keeps on checking if we settled well,an of course the back up of generator when it was loadshedding

The stay was Incredible.

The location was good, the staff were very friendly. They even advised us on local restaurants we could have dinner at. The place looked beautiful and clean, our overall stay was incredible. Thanks Team@MBG Guesthouse 🫶🏾❤️

Nothing much, just outside signage next to the street number could have been instrumental to easily identify the Guesthouse.

was fine for a 1 night stay because we had a wedding to attend, so didn’t spend too much time there.

good security and it was clean

damp in the wall and it smelled funny would have been nice to have a coffee station, 2 hand towels in the bathroom and 2 pillows each. was a bit sparse on what was provided.

Rooms were very clean and spacious ,ideal for couples . Staff was very friendly. And bonus it was close to everything we wanted to do.Shops are a walk away to.

Everything else was excellent. Do not let the comment about what I didn't like deter you from visiting this amazing place. I just love peace and quiet, and I know it's not everyone's cup of tea

WIFI password did not work at all. I went to the security to double check this, and the one supplied did not work. We were woken up by the security on Saturday morning. There was just some banter and laughter that we were not expecting for a weekend away. No iron present, but an ironing board was supplied.

Very poor

I thought the place was well located, and because they shared a premises with a security company, it made me feel safe. I was there for a few nights. But great is my disappointment to realize that a thief has stolen my Samsung Tablet with all my most important work on it. When I tried to report this to the owner's wife Amanda she treated me rudely. Vodacom Centurion located my Tablet at a restaurant right by the guest house 2 days after I left there. I would not recommend the place! If you suffer damage, they are supposed to be of help! All guest houses are suppose to have insurance. We definately going to investigate it further. My directors are VERY dissapointed!! We lost huge info that had costs us a big lost!
