We had the flat on ground floor, clean and comfortable, with shower room, own privacy to cook eat, watch TV, patio door to sit out in the garden if you like , lovely in the sun 😎.. had a really good stay.

There's no kettle in the room,even though there was an empty fridge, room smelt of smoke from the last person,even though there are notices everywhere stating no smoking allowed !! I was given a half empty can of air freshener and the window left open to air,the bed was ok on one side as the other side was broken the facilities down in the basement was taken over by a large family booking,who made you feel very uncomfortable trying to use the kitchen/games room/lounge upstairs and trying to get a shower or use the toilet was a nightmare and they were extremely noisy at night running around up and down the stairs,so sleep was impossible!!! ...I understand the reason of a £20 returnable deposit,but I strongly disagree with them taking a photo of my passport, surely that's breaking DATA PROTECTION?? I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless you're desperate, I really did not feel welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at Backpackers Blackpool. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and patient. The kids had a great rime in the games room, library and lounge. They also enjoyed the comfort of the garden where they played different games every evening. I admired the fact that we could self- cater and had do much kitchen equipment to our disposal. We weren't limited to one toilet and bathroom, there were several to use. We also has a hand wash sink in our bedroom which was very useful. I slept comfortably every night for the 7 nights we were there.

There can be more electric sockets in the room as having to charge 2 tablets, my phone and a headphone with only 2 socket and 2 USB sockets with the TV and fridge plug in was a struggle. Make sure you have a multi USB hub

Plenty space great that has a kitchen and a games room for when want be able save a little or cook a homemade meal also it has washers and dryers so no need come home with wet stinky clothes can be washed well you away

Friendly manger did everything he could to help you couldn't of asked for better than that even if there was an issue he was straight there no problem at all

It would of been better if they had a travel cot for toddlers

A designated space in kitchen for food would be good.

Ventilation in room, extractor fan in ensuite, bunk beds very unstable also mattress needs replacing

We all just settled in straight away the children enjoyed the games room so much.

Things were a bit noisy at night
