Just remodeled guest bathroom March 2023, and new pavers around pool and new putting green March 2023. Just completed a remodel of gardencitybeachsc in May 2020 that includes: new Hardy plank siding, new windows, new doors, new metal roof. New floor in kitchen. Decks to get their makeover soon. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HEAT THE POOL ANY LONGER !! 2nd Row raised beach house only 20 steps to the ocean. You will not find a better location in Garden City for your family. We are located south of the Garden City Pier in the Inlet Point area. Our home is a 4 bedroom 2 Bath with a half bath down stairs and a outside shower. Master bedroom has a king and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and share a bath with bedroom 3 which has a queen as well. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with the bottom being a double bed. New Sleeper sofa in den. Watch the kids play down below in the in ground pool . The best thing is the location...all you have to do is cross the street and you are on the sand. Just a short walk to the Marlin Quay Marina where you will see lots of nice boats coming and going , and also dine at the Gulfstream cafe. The house gardencitybeachsc has luxury vinyl tile throughout and is kept extremly clean. The fully stocked kitchen will be your delight including nice upgraded kraftmade cabinets and dishwasher. Large flat screen tv in Den as well as flat screen in each of the bedrooms. Down stairs you will enjoy a place to hang your hammock located under the porch for that afternoon nap as well as many tables and chairs while listening the oceans majestic sounds. The pool is fenced in as well as the property itself for that added safety for little kids. Last but not least..if you find a problem call me then , dont wait till you leave . I find it very hard to correct a problem for you after you leave. My goal is for you to be happy with your stay and want to return. We do have synthetic grass around the pool as well as a 6 hole putting green. MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF PARENTS...DON'T LET YOUR KIDS SEE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BOOK WITH US.....OR EVERYTIME YOU RIDE BY MY HOME YOUR KIDS WILL SAY ' REALLY DAD TELL ME AGAIN WHY WE DID NOT BOOK THAT ONE '!!!! Fantastic location with super easy beach access and a wonderful pool. Plenty of room for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer if needed. Sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Very relaxing and comfortable. Rodney was very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic
Best spot in the area in my opinion. You literally only need to take your clothes and whatever food you want to bring in. Very short walk to an amazing beach and a salt water pool that is cleaned professionally every other day. If we had to give one piece of advice, it would be an instruction page, detailing when the trash is picked up and what was expected to be done before check out, etc. This place was perfect and our family enjoyed it greatly. Will definitely be back! Thanks Rodney and family!

This place was phenomenal. This was my buddy’s and I first time in SC and it did not disappoint. We came in from Philly and had an early flight. Rodney let us check in early, which made the first day so much better. He was so quick with a response early in the morning. Top notch place and top notch owner. The location was spot on, and if you like the beach it was 15 steps away. Everything you see in pictures on the place on the site was spot on. We caught a sunrise on our last day and you can see it from the front porch. We will definitely be back and if you are looking in this area, you better stay here!!

Paradise in SC

Pool was a hit!!
House was nice and clean. Location was awesome - right across the street from the beach, less than a 2 min walk. The kids loved the pool the most. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It’s further down in the inlet so it takes at least 10 minutes to make it out to the main road but we didn’t mind!

Some of our favorite things were the pool, porch and the downstairs covered area. There’s a ring game down there that we played nightly!

The house location on the second row was great. You can see the ocean from the front porch. Very relaxing.
The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking and dinning needs.
The one complaint I have is about the mattresses, they were hard, lumpy and a made squeaky noises with every single move (in all the rooms) My wife had to sleep on the couch during our week stay bc she could not handle sleeping on squeaky mattress. And that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall rating.
I believe the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house should be the mattress.

The house location on the second row was great. You can see the ocean from the front porch. Very relaxing.

We had a great time during our stay. The location of the house is amazing! The public beach access across the street and the the private pool was ideal for our group of teenage boys who couldn't stay in one spot too long. The house is located on the south end of Garden City, which kept the traffic to a minimum. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

Best Location!
Rodney's home was great! We were so close to the beach to go back and forth as needed during the day. The home was clean when we arrived. Rodney was kind and explained everything to make the check in process very smooth!

Great Location, Listing Outdated
The best feature of this property was by far the location. Wonderful beach access just across the street. The photos of the property in the listing were misleading. The beautiful landscaping was not maintained. The pool was green from Saturday until Monday, however the owner was very responsive. Once clear, pool was great. The deck was deteriorated to the point the surfaces were uneven and nails sticking out. The laundry room dryer was rusted. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival with food remnants left in the refrigerator, something spilled in the freezer, and coffee/food splashes and drips down cabinets. The property served its purpose, but did not meet expectations based on listing.

Beach trip 2020
I am not normally one to write a review. However considering the welcome we received upon arrival to this house and the hospitality we were greeted with I felt the need to express our gratitude. Not only did the owners go above and beyond to ensure our wants and needs were all met, we also were treated with such thought and caring as if we were were family. The ease of the ability to the access of the beach was a dream on its own. Our children could go from the pool to beach scenery within seconds. If we were to pick a fun feature that seems unique to this location would be the outdoor shower and bottom level restroom near the pool. For those with young children this set up is a must! It provided more time for Mom and Dad to spend outside enjoying this vacation and the kids could go from one fun activity to the other. We have already started planning our own outdoor shower at our home! Lastly, the best of all was the extra fridge in the lower level. It allowed us to have large amounts of space for waters and groceries for everyday needs with children. We cannot thank you enough (to the owners) for their consideration and thoughtfulness you showed to our family! We will for certain be booking for next summer!

has nice front porch and views of ocean. Loved the pool. We had a few small issues and Rodney was quick to respond and take care of them. I would definitely rent again!

Great Beach House
The location is wonderful. It is very private on the beach and you can walk back and forth from the house to the beach in just a minute or so. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool is a great as we had beach lovers and pool lovers. The owner was very easy to work with.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect for our family. The location to the beach access was perfect. We had a little blip when we first arrived but I contacted the owner and his response was amazing. We would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

Late March early April vacation
Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. Every thing was as expected from the review for rental. With the beach just steps away it was very convenient. There is plenty of places to eat nearby and things to do.
Now if only the weather cooperates for your stay we highly recommend renting this location.
