The location of the property is amazing - close to everything in Annapolis. The house is well equipped for cooking and has several spaces for gathering. We had a perfect stay there.

I've stayed at this property before and the location is superb. Everything went as advertised and I keep this property in mind every time I come to Annapolis.

Wonderful, cozy, historic home! We had a lovely time celebrating the holidays in this house. Perfect location!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was great.

Great communication with Susan and the property location in relation to the downtown waterfront is hard to beat. There were some minor issues that we chose not to bring to the owner’s attention since we were busy and on the go - plus it was easy enough to find a workable solution. Just to be clear, we are confident that Susan would have addressed any and all issues brought to her attention. Our family is already talking about a future visit to Annapolis!

Simultaneous boat show + 4 reunions + football weekend seriously limited convenient and affordable hotel options in town. Susan's house was a better choice in any case. Perfect for our 9-adult get together. Fully equipped kitchen was perfect. Thank you, Susan, for a great weekend with friends. We will visit again soon!

Had 10 people stay here while we were in town for a wedding. Beautiful home, and much more spacious than the pictures would let on. Can't beat the location, either. Susan was an incredibly accommodating and responsive host. Great place to stay when visiting Annapolis.

Six of us came here for our annual ladies weekend. The location and size of the house was perfect. Parking and unloading is a little bit of a challenge, but once you do that and park in the nearby parking garage, you can walk everywhere!! The kitchen is fully equipped for the night we cooked. I would highly recommend this rental and we will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Ditto to all other glowing reviews. The only thing we were missing was a stovetop teapot. The oriximity to the Pacu House was one for which we were so grateful given our family wedding took place during a monsoon. The only hard thing is the nightmare of parking. We parked in the Gott St garage on weekdays and moved to the free on evenings and weekends Calvert st garage for the weekend. Loved the Potato cafe on state circle and the fox bookstore and coffeehouse on Maryland street. Don’t miss the downstairs of the bookstore. Thank you dove and ark for your hospitality!!

This is a lovely old house, beautifully furnished and well equipped with kitchen utensils and dining ware. It is very close to all of the Old Annapolis shopping and activities. And it was very comfortable for all of us. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

If I had realized how charming this property was, I would have made a plan to spend less time at restaurants and sight-seeing, and more time at this lovely home. Three things I can tell about this owner whom I have never met: She loves history, she has a good eye for interior design and she has a charism of hospitality. Bravo Zulu!!!

The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed our weekend in Annapolis.

Location, layout, and owner are all fantastic.
It is an older style home so the layout was a bit quirky, but we made it work and five couples stayed for two nights in complete comfort. Five stars.

Location couldn’t get any closer to City Dock which is where we spent most of our 5 days. Everything right there, liquor store, CVS, restaurants, bars and shopping. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Everything you could need was there. 10 stars if I could! Contact was quick to respond as well.

There were 5 of us having a reunion weekend. The house is great. Tons of historic charm. Spacious and clean. 3 sitting areas, large dining room, really good kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms. Large 2nd floor deck and a patio in the backyard. The location cannot be beat. Down the street is the gate to the Naval Academy and literally around the corner is the main square with all the shopping and restaurants and waterfront.

We spent a lovely weekend at this charming house. The location was fantastic. The location makes it easy to walk to just about everything! The rooms were comfortable and easy slept out party of 7. The only hassle was parking, which is a problem for everyone. Next time I think we would just get a driver from Baltimore airport, then just walk everywhere and not have to worry about parking. This house is located right behind a restaurant, so the greasy cooking smells made it unpleasant to sit outside on the back patio for most of our stay.

Charming Annapolis row home on quiet street just steps from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. The location could not be better, just behind McGarvey's Restaurant. Spacious bedrooms and bright kitchen. We loved the terry cloth bathrobes.

Everything about our stay was flawless and the house couldn’t be in a better location. The pictures do not do the home justice - it’s even nicer in person!!!

We travelled to Annapolis by boat, so being in close proximity to the City Dock was important to us -- this home, which is a very cool restored 1800's property - was in close walking distance to everything!!! Given that there were just 4 of us, we did not utilize the 3rd floor, but can tell you that each bedroom has its own unique charm -- AC was great. We particularly enjoyed the little sunroom off the kitchen, as well as the back patio for our morning coffee (and bloody mary's!). Highly recommend checking this place out!!

Convenient and comfortable
This property was ideal for a family gathering. We had five couples in town for a wedding at St. Mary's and reception at the Annapolis Yacht Club. Everything you need is located within a few blocks of this home. A quick walk through the alley and you are in the middle of great restaurants, bars and shops. The host, Susan, was very attentive and helped answer several questions I had. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Perfect location and historical!
This property was in a prime location in Annapolis. It was walkable to anything you needed and wanted. The property had an adorable back patio and the decor matched the period of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house that is conveniently located right in the heart of town.
First of all the host was extremely accommodating and very helpful. The house is decorated in antiques for the authentic 1700 period home in Annapolis. However, the kitchen was updated with all the modern conveniences. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. I would definelty recommend this for a large family gathering. The only sad part to our stay is most of the family got Covid and didn’t stay in Annapolis. What was suppose to be 8 guests was reduced to 3. It was more house than we needed but unpredictable circumstances🤪
