Great Stay
The unit was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. There was reserved covered parking right at our front doorstep. Good location with easy access to skiing at Snow Basin. All at a very affordable cost. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay!
5 Stars! This was a beautiful, perfect little townhouse, we stayed here while we were in town for the Layton Home and Garden Show. The home owners were more than accommodating and the house was very well furnished and clean. Recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect apartment
The apartment looks new and really cozy. Everything you need during your stay is present. The owner is really nice and helpfull he give us some tips for good restaurants and bars. The owners life near by so you got a lot of privacy and if you need something or if you have questions they will be there in 10 minutes.

Work Stay
I can't think of a better place to stay while here in Ogden Utah area. The owners of the unit I stayed in have treated us like long lost family. They are always ready to bend over backwards to help whenever possible. Not only is the customer service incredible but, the unit is immaculate and very well decorated. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Don't pass this one up in your search for a VRBO stay in the Ogden/Salt Lake City area. The best stay ever! Thank you so much I wouldn't think twice about staying here again it is a sure thing.

Great apartment, great location.
I booked this apartment for 14 weeks while I worked in Utah. The apartment was better than expected. It is just as nice as it looks in the pictures with pretty much every amenity you could need. Fully equipped kitchen (utensils, cookware, seasonings, etc), bedrooms with full sets of linens (comfy beds and a TV in each room), bathroom (with some toiletries and tons of towels). There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cleaning supplies (which I used since I was long term), DISH TV with a million channels plus a smart TV with Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc. and wireless internet. I found the apartment to be in a perfect location, within an easy drive to the airport, downtown Salt Lake, Antelope island, and all the ski resorts. I felt safe going on runs around the area and it is located within walking distance to many places to eat and a bus stop is literally right out the door. Then there is Charles and Jennifer, they are absolutely great to work with. I didn't see them often but anytime I had a question they immediately were there to help. Overall, my stay here made my time working in Utah a great one. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Utah (short or longer term).

Apartment with a View
I was here to stay for work for a few months and this property was absolutely perfect! Jennifer and Charles sure know how to make you feel at home and were so helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and comfortable with every accessory you could need! They thought of everything: cookware, utensils, towels, linen, DISH TV, wireless, dishwasher, washer/dryer...the furniture is very comfortable as well! Awesome view of the mountains and located near many restaurants and stores! Thank you Charles and Jennifer for such a great experience here in Utah! You both are wonderful!!! I hope to be back in the future!

Business trip to Utah
Great short term rental. Need a place to stay for a few weeks that is affordable? This place has everything you need, from cooking utensils to towels and linen. The property is updated and included DISH TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer even comfortable beds. 2BR/1Bath clean and close to everything in Layton, UT. I would diffidently stay at one of Chucks properties again. Thanks for providing a clean safe place for me to lay my head after a busy day at work. Gary

Owners apartments were clean and well maintained. All appliances were up to date and in excellent working order. If you are looking for a weekly or monthly place to stay look no further. Thanks alot Charles and Jennifer for the stay will look you guys up again when I head back out that way.
